“Super thankful for Olivia! We’re so happy we found her! It’s been a challenging journey to find the doggy day care for our 11 week pup. When we finally found Olivia, she allowed us to have an informal interview with her which we were super thankful for because for some reason some sitters on here finds that offensive (?). She welcomed us into her gorgeous home and”
About: With over 15 years of experience caring for a diverse range of pet breeds and ages, I offer personalized, trustworthy pet sitting that prioritizes your furry family members' unique needs. I understand how much pets mean to their owners, and I’m dedicated to providing the highest level of care and companionship while you’re away. Your pets will feel safe, loved, and right at home! I am fortunate to be able to work from home Monday-Friday, which allows me flexibility throughout the day to serve families in my area for short visits or walks. Weekends are wide open for longer visits or even overnight stays! I prioritize safety, trust, and a nurturing environment in all my pet sitting services. Your pets deserve a secure and loving space, and I ensure they receive the highest level of care and attention while you’re away. My back yard is fully fenced as well. About: Your pets are your babies; your home is your sanctuary. I understand & relate to both. I treat your pets & home as I would like mine to be treated. Leaving our four-legged friends behind while we work or travel is really hard. You miss them, and they miss you. Will they be OK? Yes! With me, they will be more than OK. They will be happy. They will be loved. They will have fun. They will enjoy our time together. This all means you can leave your babies behind and not worry!! Caring for pets brings me great joy. I hope you'll reach out. Thanks! Specializations: I specialize in caring for seniors, separation-prone anxiety & nervous cats & dogs; untrained puppies, and recently rescued, adopted & fostered. It's all about building a trusted relationship where an animal feels safe, secure & loved. I work with my niece, who is an Emergency Veterinarian. Birds/Parrots: I am also an avian behavior specialist who rescues and provides forever homes for parrots, including large ones, screamers, biters, and disabled. If you see this and know of a bird parent who can no longer provide the care & attention, proper nutrition, cage-free time & medical needs for their parrot, please reach out to me. There are so many birds out there with owners who just don't have the time, patience, or financial resources that parrots need. Many outlive their caregivers. Thank you! Need care for your pet at the last minute? No worries. I try to be THAT sitter you can count on to always be there for you when you need help the most. I am flexible. I don't charge for last-minute changes, and if available, I'm more than happy to accommodate your change in plans. I'm interested in working with families and their pets on a loyal, repeated, long-term basis. Your pet deserves a familiar face and a trusted caregiver when separated from their family. Each home, owner, and pet is unique and special. My services are uniquely tailored for every pet I am privileged to care for. I will provide you and your pet with the specific care and services you and your loved ones require and expect.
About: I got my first dog when I was 18 years old. She was the sweetest pup I have ever met! Since then dogs have become an irreplaceable part of my life. I have cared for puppies, senior dogs & few dogs with behavioral needs. I have fostered dogs through the years and learnt how meaningful this experience can be. My last foster was a young adult who was a year old. Open to pets all day subjected to advance notice/short notice. I'm mostly home so I can be flexible with your routine and needs. A small heads up is always appreciated. I live in an apartment complex which is 5 mins away from 2 dog parks. I'll take your dog for daily exercise and morning, afternoon and evening. I live in a neighborhood which has lots of space to walk for regular/short walks. I have a 7 year old mild tempered female dog who will provide excellent care and comfort while you are away. I can easily crate your dog if needed, I have a large crate.
“I can not say enough about how wonderful Cecilia was in taking care of my 2 Aussie pups. We were in town for 2 days visiting friends and having her and her husband to take care of our children allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. She even offered to keep them till 8pm and deliver them to us. Both our babies us came home happy and exhausted. Cecilia is so passionate about caring for furbabies. I especially loved how she could read their body language and make quick adjustments to how she introduced them to her home. You could tell that their comfort level was more important than just moving from point A to point B. Thank you Cecilia for being you!”

About: I’ve cared for the pets of friends and family for many years, and I’d love to offer my help with your precious friends too! I currently have a Bassett hound/springer spaniel mix named Moody Blues, but enjoy dogs of all sizes and even the sassiest cats! This is currently my main job, so ensuring my flexibility for you is priority! I look forward to working with you to make sure your pets are cared for. I love to visit and take care of friends! For dogs, we can walk, play at home, I can bring Moody Blues if your dog would enjoy visits, and I’m happy to take care of any cleanups or feedings as well. For my cat friends, I’m happy to take care of the same things, with offers of cuddles and lap time in place of the walks for the indoor kitties.
“Jenning is amazing! From the time I reached out she was responsive and quickly accepted my request for last minute daycare. She was so patient and kind when we arrived and took my pup out on a walk right after I left and sent a photo of him within the first 30 minutes. I think I had more seperation anxiety thamy dog. When I checked in she responded promptly, assured me he was doing great, and shared pictures from their afternoon hike. I will definitely reach out to her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take excellent care of your fur baby!”

I lost my own dog earlier this year and have boundless love and care ready for the pets of my community! I live in a house with a large backyard (unfenced). About: I can definitely relate to the stress caused by taking out the suitcases when it comes to your pets. Those sad eyes! Or maybe you have the occasional extra-long day at work or away from home, and just want the peace of mind that comes with knowing the dog was able to go out, get some attention, and eat at his normal time. I also know what a relief it is to find a reliable and caring pet sitter - especially one who goes the extra mile to make sure you can spend your time away from home knowing the animals are well cared for. I’d love to meet you and your dog(s) and/or cat(s) ahead of time, but life happens - so I am available on short notice as well. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am happy to consider any special needs your pets might have, dietary, meds, etc. I live in Newark, DE & currently have lots of flexibility in my days to accommodate your needs for drop in visits or walking. You can usually find me outside and I’m often taking a walk - with my cat in his stroller! (He loves it!) I’d love to give your pup some exercise on my next walk. And I’m all his during our outings :) Just tell me what you need me to do! Let me know anything to be aware of, likes/dislikes, if you’d like photos while you’re away… basically I will treat your fur-baby the same way I would want a sitter to treat mine.
Spring Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
As usual, Sara was there for me. I needed her to take Mina for the day and I requested a stay at the last minute. Sara did not hesitate and was happy to keep Mina. When I picked Mina up, I had the pleasure of meeting Sara's children! Delightful little kids who clearly love having Mina over to play with them. Thanks, again, Sara!
