About: I care for 3 dogs, 9 cats, & more in a happy, healthy, and clean home. Animals and their wellbeing is central to my life at home. I'm happy to offer my caring attention to your family as well! I am a local middle school teacher who's off for the summer, so I am free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Open to long or short term work. Each species has it's own language, each breed it's own dialect, and each animal a unique personality. After years of caring for my own animals, I understand that nothing is more important than looking and listening when they attempt to communicate.

“Kayleigh was amazing with all of my animals. At first I was pretty hesitant to leave my dog, who is very sensitive and special needs, with anyone he wasn’t familiar with. Kayleigh was very accommodating and came a couple days ahead to do a meet and greet. My dog instantly loved her, so of course it alleviated many anxieties around the situation. She also did a great job with my two cats, I could tell they really enjoyed having her around. Overall Kayleigh was super responsive, gave lots of animal updates and photos which was really nice to keep me at ease. She took such great care of all of my animals, and did a nice job of keeping the house clean and just as I left it. MAISY IS WONDERFUL! Honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience. Since it was my first time using Rover I was a bit nervous but she exceeded my expectations. She communicated constantly, sent me photos and had no issue sleeping on my couch with him (he’s a cuddler and needs the love). Also spent time real quality time with him outside, giving him his favorite bones and giving him lots of head scratches! I was skeptical because she only had one review at the time but it’s clear that experience was due to negligence from the owner who deliberately told lies. Dont be fooled, Maisy is an amazing dog sitter and human being. Thank you Maisy!
Taylor did an absolutely wonderful job watching our two dogs in our home. Her communication was excellent the entire time, which allowed me to truly rest easy and enjoy our trip knowing the dogs were in such great hands. It was our first time with this app our first time getting Adriana as a sitter for my doggie. She was great with my baby(gufy) he liked her. Everything was smooth she communicated with us on anything and gave me updates on Gufy every day. We are happy that we choose Adriana to take care of our baby Gufy. She is a very responsible person.
Lyndsay is amazing!! She took care of our Sigi as if she was her own. She also stayed the night and made sure she was comfortable and took very good care of our house. Atreyu took amazing care of Nico and we couldn’t be happier. He followed every single instruction carefully, kept us updated throughout the stay, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He sent regular updates and clearly paid close attention to Nico’s routines and needs. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about the pets he looks after. On top of that, he left our place in excellent condition. Everything was clean, organized, and just as we left it. We would absolutely trust Atreyu again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and reliable sitter.
Risa took excellent care of our boy for a solid 15 days straight while we vacationed. She stayed in contact with us & sent pics to let us know he was eating, playing & doing well. He is a very emotional dog &, in the past, would get depressed & not eat. When we returned home we could tell he had been well cared for!! Jenn was amazing to have as a petsitter. She stayed in our home for 5 days while we were gone for a wedding, and we couldn't be happier with her care. Zoe was great for our furbabies. She was very attentive to their extra needs and anxieties, especially with the holiday fireworks. She even had our grumpy old man cat snuggling up at bedtime. I appreciated her communication and updates. I will definitely use Zoe again for future needs!
Nicole did a wonderful job with our anxious dog, Reggie, who usually takes a long time to warm up to new people. She took her time over a couple of visits to get to know him and understand his routine. During the house sitting, Nicole sent lots of updates and pictures, which we really appreciated. It was clear that Reggie was well loved while we were away.
We were out of the country for two weeks and very anxious about leaving our pets, especially our old dog who is having a lot of mobility and incontinence issues. We knew from previous trips (and other old dogs) that Layda would take excellent care and be able to handle any curve balls that Aster might throw her way. Layda cares for our pets like her own and we felt much more confident on this trip knowing that she was here with them.
