“Genniver was nothing short of amazing. She was unable to get in the gate (my fault) and unable to get in touch with me. Many might have gotten frustrated and left, but Genniver got creative and was able to take care of my boy. She sent prompt updates, took care of Gus, and provided pictures of the walk. “Here's the thing...Mandy is awesome! She wanted to do a Meet and Greet with our pup, before setting up a walking appointment. Our Border Collie is a shy girl when it comes to strangers. Mandy came in and sat on the floor, being patient and letting our dog come to her. After maybe 2 minutes our pup was best friends with her lol. Our pup kept getting Mandy to play tug, and throw her toy. It was so funny and cute. She didn't want to just take our money. She wanted to make sure she was a good fit for our dog, before committing to a walk. That's pretty cool. After taking our pup on a walk she always makes sure there's water in the bowl before she leaves. Mandy is very organized and professional! I would 100% recommend her.”
