We almost never leave our dog behind and were nervous to do so, but Cristina’s updates and photos showed how seriously she takes her role as a pet carer. Our requests and instructions (we know we’re a bit high maintenance) were followed perfectly. Something that really set Cristina apart for us was that her updates were always honest - not sugarcoating if perhaps our dog’s appetite wasn’t as good or she wasn’t cooperating to take her medicine. We’ve found that often sitters will tell you everything is going great at the time and you only find out about any issues once you’re home. Understandable that someone wants you to enjoy your trip, but had we known about certain things, we could have given tips/tricks to help. Not Cristina - she was honest and completely willing to try new things we suggested for our picky pup. Our girl was happy to see us and be home but we think she’s also missing Cristina a little now. We are so happy to have found someone who can be a home away from home for our dog.”
