About: Throughout my life, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for the companionship of dogs. I have had the privilege of caring for puppies and kittens, as well as senior pets with medical requirements. I am fully cognizant of the profound bond that exists between humans and their canine companions. My most recent pets, both of whom were rescued, are my current perfect senior mutt, Rooney, and my beloved black lab, Sally. I understand the challenges associated with finding reliable and trustworthy pet care, particularly when balancing the responsibilities of caring for one's pets with the demands of a crazy work schedule. I recently retired from my full time job - I am now working freelance from home so I have good availability and can also spend time with your pet during some weekends. I feed Benji two times a day, I add water to his bowl about 4 times a day, I take him out in the backyard every 4 hours, I walk him early in the morning before I go to my day job. Please send a message to ask if I will be available during a specific holiday. I can walk your dog in the afternoon and make sure they are fed and have water in their bowls. I go to client's homes because I feel the dog will be more comfortable being in their own environment. Usually the dog is very comfortable being in their own home and is able to get comfortable with me. If there are any rules in the house, I follow them. I make sure to keep the common areas clean if I end up staying over someone's home.
