About: I’ve loved and cared for animals as long as I can remember. My first job as a kid was as a kennel assistant at a veterinarian’s office, and I’ve pet sat for friends and family ever since. I can’t wait to meet your pet! I’m a stay at home mom in the Mandarin area and am free to do pet sitting and dog walking around the Duval County School schedule. I’d love to set up a meet and greet for first time families so you and your pet can give me a face to face rundown on your needs.

About: My first best friend was my dog. I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life and can’t imagine a home without furbabies. I am happy to play, love on, walk, feed, pick up potty, scoop litter boxes, and administer medicine if needed. I was unemployed from my full-time job this summer and started doing Rover full time. I enjoy meeting my neighbors and their pets. I’ve been pet sitting on the side for five years now and am happy to provide references. I will treat your home as if it were my own. Safety and security are my top priorities. Whatever security measures you have in place and want to share, I will follow your requests.

About: When you board with us, your pet gets more than a place to stay, your pet gets a family to be a part of. We are a family of 6 humans, 1 dog, and 6 chickens. Your pet will have plenty of playmates! I am a single mother who works from home. I drop off and pick up my kids from school, and run the occasional errand, but usually I am home. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. I also have two extra crates if your dog is crate-trained and feels more comfortable sleeping in a crate. Pets being on furniture is discouraged, but rarely enforced. I have an SUV and am willing to transport pets if needed.

About: As a dog mom myself, I know how important it is to find someone who truly treats your pup like family. I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and personalities and currently focus on pups 40 lbs and under to keep things calm and comfortable in my cozy home. My own dog is about 65 lbs, gentle, and great with dogs of all sizes! I only care for one family’s pets at a time so I can provide focused attention, a peaceful environment, and personalized care for your pup’s unique needs. I work from home full time, so your dog will have lots of companionship, attention, and supervised time throughout the day. While I don’t include walks by default, I’m happy to offer them if requested. I do require that all dogs are crate trained, just in case I need to run a quick errand—your pup’s comfort and safety always come first. Your dog will be cared for in a safe, calm, and loving home with a fully fenced yard for outdoor potty breaks and play. I only accept crate-trained dogs under 40 lbs and host just one family’s pets at a time. This helps ensure a low-stress, high-attention environment tailored to your dog’s comfort. My dog is friendly and well-socialized, and I always prioritize slow, respectful introductions. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax, knowing your pet is in great hands.

About: Hi! My name is Leah, I’m 20 years old, currently in college for graphic design. I absolutely love dogs and have always been surrounded by them. I use to work at a doggy day care and was known for being able to work with all dogs. I loved seeing the pups excited to be with me! Dogs have always been a special part of my life and brought so much joy. Since I am unable to own right now, I’d love to be able to help you with yours! I’m usually free during the day, everyday (more on the weekdays). I work Monday and Thursday nights, occasionally other week nights if needing to cover. My schedule is pretty open for the summer since I am taking online classes. I’ve owned a dog for most of my life and have always given him the care and attention he needed, walks, playing, food and water, and love of course! I would be doing all the same with yours!

“Karli was very understanding and gentle with my puppy. This was his very first stay away from home, so he was a bit anxious in an unfamiliar environment. She had a safe and cozy home with plenty of room for my pup to have the space that he needed with his kennel. I recommend.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I’ve have a lot of experience with many breeds & sizes. I work from home & will provide a lot of attention to your pet. Work from home & available all hours. I am here all hours. The animals that I care for are a priority. They are treated like my own. II live in a great apartment complex. It’s gated & safe. I take precautions when walking them outside & will be on a leash. Love dogs!

About: My dad is a veterinarian, I am very lucky since that allows me to know how to vaccinate animals and even suture an emergency wound, what to do in cases where a puppy is fading due to its consumption of some food or to act in case of poisoning I am currently working part time that allows me to take care of and play with your pet after 3 in the afternoon during the week and also on weekends The neighborhood is very quiet and we have nearby parks if you want me to take your dog to one, in winter we could look for options to protect your dogs pads from the snow and the cold

About: I've had pets, including dogs, since childhood. My friends trust me with their doggies, of various breeds/ ages, and they refer me to others often. I work from home (remote), but will sometimes be out during the evening for a few hours. I am attentive! I can take your dog out for exercise & potty breaks. I am willing to work with your schedule! Lots of love & petting! Can be on the couch with me. Frequent walks if desired. Can visit dog parks. Good with feeding schedules. Bedding is helpful (and crate if necessary).

About: I’ve taken care of various different animals my whole life growing up. We always had dogs and cats at my house, as well as, a horse. I’ve also been helping my girlfriend do rover at her house for over a year now. I bartend at Hurricane Eddies in Gulfport and just live right behind where I work so I’ll easily be able to just go across the street and check on pets and let them out while I’m working. I live in a very dog friendly city and the bar where I work is very dog friendly as well. There is a nice dog park in my neighborhood as well!

“Joanna is incredible! She immediately connected with my two dogs with her warmth and openness. Every interaction I've had with her, she's been responsive and communicative. She also understands the anxiety I can have leaving my pups in someone else's care and navigates my concerns with ease and kindness. I would recommend her, 10 out of 10!”

“Leah is so sweet and clearly has a love and understanding for dogs that runs deep. My grumpy old man dog bows down to her. He turns into a puppy when he sees her! We are so thankful for Leah! She has been such a huge help.”

Breinne H.
“When my dog Callie began losing her sight and needed regular insulin shots and eye drops to keep her comfortable. I was overwhelmed. Brienne stepped in not just as friend but as a devoted caregiver. She assisted me with every detail of Callie's complex care routine with patience and love. Giving insulin shots and administer eye drops multiple times a day is not small task, especially when it is essential to preserving what's left of your pet's comfort and health. But Brienne did all with compassion. If you're looking for someone to care for your dog like they're family Brienne is that person.”

Renata R.
“Renata is a loving and caring animal caretaker, she has taken in rescues and helped nurturing them back to health. She hopes to one day own an animal sanctuary to help find loving homes for all dogs in need.”

And I just know she loves on our dog so well, because he really loves her. I wouldn't be able to recommend her care enough for your furry friend.”

Amelia K.

“Amelia and her family are so amazing people. Very kind and good pet sitter!!! I recommend her 💯%!!! Thank you Amelia!! 🐶🐾❤️”
