About: Hello, my name is April R. I have had more than 20 years of experience with dogs of many breeds. Currently own 3 dogs, one is a 6 year old pit bull, the others are a 3 year old lab and a 6m old corgi. As your sitter you can expect your dog to play, run and be tuckered out by the time you come home. I also offer baths, nail trims and minor grooming. I am studyinging to get my ADT for dog training, I can offer some training in leash walking, manners and a few comands now but hope to expand that in the future. I look forward to meeting you and your 4 or 3 legged companions. Thank you for your consideration in you pet sitting needs. Im home all day except for school drop off and pick up for my kids. Weekends are always available unless my slots are full. If your dog has separation anxiety please inform me before booking so I can make arrangements for school drop off/pick up so your baby wont be left alone. With on demand potty breaks and play time your fur baby will have a ball here. Water is filled hourly or as needed and food is offered on the owner's schedule, 2am feedings for fluffy? Not a problem!

About: I have not only owned dogs my whole life but i am in school to work with a variety of animals and have learned so much about different behaviors and caring for different breeds. I have worked in an animal hospital as well as volunteered at several shelters. I have waked neighbors dogs and stayed overnights at family friends to care for their pets for as long as i can remember and am no stranger to the importance of good communication with the owner when they are away from their beloved pet. I have an unusual schedule for work where i conduct data collection on a boat but when i am not at sea then i am able to help out with any pet care needs so just reach out and i can communicate my availability! Unfortunately i do not know far in advance when i will have to work for my job so it is hard to book out for pet care far in advanced. I have cared for many different breeds of dogs with a variety of energy levels and needs. My own huskies have taught me to be extra aware of my surroundings and where they are in relation to what is around as they would try to run off after wild animals and get themselves lost often when they were younger.
