About: Hello! I have worked at a boarding kennel for 5 years and have volunteered at the Humane society for 2 years as well. I am comfortable with everything your pet brings to the table! I am proficient in understanding a dogs behavior, your dog will be in trusted hands. I am currently working remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and would love some more dog time! I am available throughout the days on these days. I am also available on weekends! I will be sure your dog has the most fun on our walks! I know my way around many types of harnesses/leashes/muzzles. “Lori is a true professional and a wonderful person! We drove five hours to Miami and were about to get on a cruise when we learned that the cat sitter we had booked never showed up. She was scheduled to come at 8AM and by 11AM we realized she wasn't going to show. I spent over an hour on the phone with Rover to get help, and they didn't help me at all. I had reached out to Lori a few weeks prior to our trip as she was my first choice for caring for our cats. Due to her location and availability I went with someone else. On the day of our cruise when I realized our cat sitter was a no-show and Rover was not helping at all, in desperation I reached out to Lori. This was at about 12:30PM on a Monday. She immediately answered my text and when I explained what was going on, she right away jumped into her car and drove 30 minutes to our house to feed and check on our kitties. She then agreed to take the job for the whole week and as a result saved our vacation. If it hadn't been for Lori, we would have had to cancel our cruise and drive home. She took excellent care of our cats and sent us of loads of photos each day. I can testify that she has earned the top rating she has on Rover!”

About: I am very loving to all animals, My own girl is a rescue from St. Thomas that I adopted from Pet Search 10/2022. She was abused as a puppy and very anxious and afraid of men mostly and takes times to gain humans trust. I am very patient with her and always keep her safe. I know how to identify if she is not feeling comfortable in a situation and remove her from the situation to make her feel safe. She loves all dogs and children but needs to gain humans trust. I have been around dogs and owned dogs since I was a child. I have done pet sitting for my parents dog , family members and friends dogs including cats. I am just new to Rover, not new to being a furbaby sitter. You can trust me to be very attentive, while your fur baby is in my care they are my number one priority. I can administer oral medications if needed. I have a fenced in back yard and perfect neighborhood for walking. I currently work a full time job as a medical assistant at a doctors office since 2006. I am off early on Fridays and off on the weekends. I have a furbaby of my own that is three years old that I adopted. I am available on friday afternoons after 3 and Saturday and Sundays all day. I can do home visits, walks, or you may come to my home as long as your furbaby is good with another dog. I have experience walking and pet sitting dogs for neighbors, family and friends. I have a big yard for your babies to have lots of playtime and also have a fenced in back yard to keep them safe. I also have a safe neighborhood for walking and there are many trails by my home. My dog also gets along with all other dogs and is very playful. I do require proof of up to date vaccinations including Rabies.

I do not board animals in my home. I am willing to leash walk or play with your furry friends in a fenced in yard or park.
