About: I bring a lifelong love of animals and a wide range of hands-on experience. I grew up caring for animals of all kinds, have walked dogs and supported adoptions in shelter environments, and have provided reliable in-home care through years of house sitting. I’ve also lived with and fostered cats for most of my life—including young, feral, and undersocialized ones—which has given me a strong intuition for reading animal behavior and offering calm, compassionate care. I'm skilled in administering all types of medications and am happy to handle the day-to-day tasks, from walks to litter box deep cleans, with real care and attention. As a self-employed person with a very flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate pet care throughout the week—including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. This allows me to tailor my availability to meet the specific needs of each pet and household, whether it’s daily visits, drop-ins, or walks at off-peak hours. When boarding cats in my home, I provide a calm, private room just for them—completely separate from my own cats—to ensure they feel safe and stress-free during their stay. In a client’s home, I’m attentive to any specific routines or safety needs, including crating dogs if requested. I always prioritize a pet’s comfort and well-being, keeping their environment clean, secure, and aligned with what they're used to.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up in Alaska raising ducks, chickens, rabbits…even a ferret! I’ve always had dogs and a cats. I currently live with a senior pup and a young cat. We have several backyard chickens too! I worked as a professional dog walker/pet sitter for a number of years in Connecticut. I’m used to being outside rain or shine. I also know the importance of being able to adapt to each pets’ individual needs including special diets or medication. I work from home with a lot of flexibility so with proper planning and coordination I can be there to meet you and your furry friends’ needs. I have a fenced yard and a dog who doesn’t mind the company of other well socialized animals. We do have a cat and small child so please consider that before booking. If staying at your home, I will treat it just as my own with respect and consideration for you and your family and your privacy.

“Cindy was wonderful-reliable, sent great pictures and was able to get both dogs to go on daily walks (I wasn’t sure one would join in). Both dogs looked happy in the photos and I would certainly trust my pups with her again!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life, I've been a cat owner for a decade, also experienced with small pets like hermit crabs, rabbits, and fish I have a very open schedule, so flexibility is not an issue. I prefer scheduling within normal business hours, but can adjust that as needed I approach new animals (and homes) with respect first, boundaries are important! I lead with openness and patience, and take my cues from the animals

About: I've been caring for my personal cat since 2018, although I grew up with cats and a dog in the house and had close relationships with them. I have a Bachelor's in Animal Behavior from the University of New England (UNE). I worked at a doggy day care for a year and since the beginning of 2025 have been walking dogs and providing other pet care services for clients. Pet care is the focus of my weekly routine. I'm available from 10am-5pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and 10am-4pm Fridays, for walks, and can be available for check in visits or housesitting any time of the week. I go above and beyond to try to make sure your pet enjoys their time with me, while also following all rules and instructions you might leave me. I provide a summary of each visit as well as at least one photo, to make sure you know exactly what's going on with your pet.

“Callie was absolutely terrific and her help was very appreciated when I got a new puppy and I had to work. She came by beforehand on her own time to meet me and the dogs and get the lay of the land, so when the extended rover "job" began, I felt completely confident. I received daily updates and photos at exactly the agreed-upon time, and when I got home in the afternoons, the puppy and older dog were both calm and comfortable. Communication was easy and fast, and I will absolutely hire Callie again in the future if I need the extra hand.”

Heather S.
“I’m not sure if anyone loves cats, or any animal really, as much as Heather. My dog was very fond of her, to say nothing of all of her own cats, friends pets, and street tabbies besides. I would leave any four legged member of my family with her, and I’m not quick to that trust.”

Emily J.
“Emily has been one of my dearest friends for over 20 years! One of the bonds of our friendship is our shared love of animals, and she is always my first choice to watch my own pets when we go out of town. She is dependable, detail oriented, and goes above and beyond when pet sitting. Whenever we return from trips, our cat is relaxed and unbothered, because she takes the time to spend time with him as well as making sure he has all the necessities. She's a perfect candidate for Rover, and would absolutely be a kind and trustworthy pet sitter!”

She is thorough, attentive, and takes seriously the well being of my pets. I have had no concerns having her house sit for my cat and dog, and both were happy to have her as company.”

Renee R.
“Renee comes 2-3 times a week to walk and spend time with my dog Blaze. She is very conscientious and always pays attention to his needs. Some days he feels like a long walk and other days he prefers to play in the yard. She makes sure he stays hydrated and lets him rest as needed. At the end of her visit she sends me information about how the visit went along with pictures. He looks forward to her visits and I am happy that he is getting some exercise. She is wonderful.”

“Jennifer would be a fantastic caregiver to any pet. She has been the best dog mom to our dog Kaija for 4 years now. She is the most thoughtful person I know and would do anything to ensure people or pets under her care are well taken care of. Anyone would be lucky to have her watch over their pet and will have the piece of mind that they are in good hands.”
