“My 2 pups are always excited to go walks with Elena. She is so loving and kind to my dogs. She’s dependable and I’m just so grateful to have her since I work long hours and they need these walks”

About: Ever since I was very young, I have taken care of a multitude of different pets and animals! I have taken good care of very small and very large dogs, cats of different personalities, young puppies and kittens (some requiring more care than others), and even different types of animals such as turtles and guinea pigs. I am very educated on what it takes to care for an animal and the different needs they may have from pet to pet. I have always treated the animals in my care with very much love and respect and will always take the time to teach and correct behaviors properly and know the correct animal body language to tell when an animal is uncomfortable with a situation or is in need of care. I currently have open availability throughout the week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This flexibility allows me to accommodate a variety of care needs, whether it's drop-in visits, extended stays, or last-minute bookings. I am committed to providing dependable, consistent care and ensuring pets receive the attention, companionship, and routine they need. For in-home care, I will provide exclusively in my clients' homes, where pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routines. I will take the time to learn each pet's schedule, preferences, and any special care they need to ensure consistency while their owners are away. I prioritize safety by following all care instructions carefully, securing doors and gates, monitoring pets during play and walks, and keeping a clean, stress-free environment. My goal is to build trust with both pets and their owners by providing reliable, attentive care and regular updates throughout each visit.

“Emily is fantastic. She was very patient with my finicky pups and has developed trust with them. She gives me great updates and obviously cares for them in a very loving way. Thank you Emily!”

About: I have had many dogs growing up who I’ve cared for. I currently take care of my best friends dog while she’s out of town and love interacting with new dogs. As of right now I have a free schedule so anytime I’m needed will work. I’m open work to anytime of the day or night. I have a fenced back yard where they will have room to play and be comfortable. If they aren’t outside dogs then they are more than welcomed to roam in my house.
“I am so grateful to have found Lacey to take my pup (kona) for daily walks. She was gracious to accommodate a meet and greet within days of finding her on rover. The first day she came, she spent extra time with my pup, making sure she was comfortable with her. I so appreciated her patience and caring demeanor! Kona loves her! Thank you for treating Kona like your own pet, Lacey! I feel 100% confident leaving Kona with Lacey! Lacey is trustworthy and communicative...what more could a dog mom want? She sends me pictures and updates which I love to see. She also was able to help us out VERY last minute, which was a huge blessing. I would highly recommend Lacey to provide services to your fur baby!”

We even had up to seven dogs in the family at once! Being surrounded by dogs and the happiness they bring has been one of the most important highlights of my life. I've also had and cared for cats, rodents, reptiles, and birds, so no matter the pet, their paws, wings, or scales are in good hands! I am available from 11 am to 10 pm including weekends, aside from the occasional exception. As long as your home is smoke free, you can count on me! As "The Pet Whisperer" (an honorific from my wife and family), I will care for your pet in your home paying specific attention to any care instructions provided, as well as any requested pet walks or play time they may sant or need. If your pet likes to lounge around, I can also be their couch buddy!

About: Dogs have been in my family for many years. I've gotten to bond with many fur babies through walks, play time, cuddles, sitting and etc. I currently work at a Veterinary facility where I'm able to bring my own pets to work making it easy to give them 24hr care. I will take your fur babies out for walks around the neighborhood. I have a fenced front and backyard where your pets can play safely.
About: I've been watching my friends' and neighbors' pets on and off for the most of my adult life, and it's something I truly enjoy. I'm also a mom to two orange boys - Tumbleweed and Scrumbles- who bring me a lot of joy. I currently work full-time as an Archives and Library professional, and I'm looking to supplement my income and pay off student loans by offering pet care through Rover. As a Rover client who’s had wonderful experiences, I’m excited to now provide the same care and love to your fur babies! I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. I'm fully available on weekday evenings after 4 PM, as well as all day Saturday, Sunday, and on federal holidays. I follow your cat's usual routine for feeding, play and litter box maintenance to keep them happy and stress-free. I also keep your home secure and clean, and I'm happy to provide updates and photos of your fur babies.
About: What sets me apart is the level of attentiveness and care I bring to every responsibility in my life — and that absolutely includes your dog. As a healthcare personnel , I’m highly detail-oriented, reliable, and trained to notice small changes in behavior or health that others might miss. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I’m naturally patient and gentle, which makes me especially great with puppies who are still learning and senior dogs who need a little extra understanding and slower pacing. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic training (crate training, leash manners, routines) and I’m very consistent — something dogs thrive on As I’m currently slowing down in clinic, I have more flexibility in my afternoons and evenings for walks, playtime, and quality one-on-one attention. Because I’m used to balancing patient care, studying, and responsibilities, I plan my days carefully and don’t overcommit. That means when I take on a dog, I’m fully present and intentional with their care. Morning and evening walks, feeding schedules, and check-ins fit naturally into my routine. I have a fenced yard, and 2 friendly dogs to keep your baby company. They have their own doggy door, and a crate if they need to be crate trained

About: When I was younger I had a dog named Penny, he was my first dog and that’s when I first became a dog person. We unfortunately had to give him away due to not being able to keep him while we bounced around houses. Since then I have had around 2 dogs! Haven’t been able to keep all due to my past living arrangements but I have a puppy of my own now! She’s 3 months old and I take her on walks regularly, she’s potty trained, loves to engage with other dogs! I work full time as a PCA for a local hospital. I work about 3 days a week so I have 4 days off which I would love to spend more time caring for pets 🥰. In my home I let my babies roam around, I don’t like to restrict them. My puppy is crate trained, my cats roam around but they are calm and have their cat tower! I have a balcony that I leave open so they can go outside and enjoy the sun as well so they’re not inside all the time. I live in an apartment although I have a big open area of grass right downstairs that I take my puppy to potty in!
