About: For the past 12 years I've worked as a full time dog walker and pet sitter. Before that I worked as a Vet Assistant for which I went to school for. I was trained on handling pets in stressful situations, prepping and assisting in surgeries, administering medications and injections. I'm available for dog walking and pet sitting Monday through Sunday. I have very open availability and can work with the owners to figure out a schedule that works best for them. I service all of Albuquerque. I do not provide services for Placitas, East Mountains or Rio Rancho, I can provide pet sitting in my home. I can do pet sitting in your home and can go by as often as needed for as long as needed. I do not take my clients dogs to dog parks. I also never allow them off leash nor do I use retractable leashes. I can provide my own leash if necessary.
About: I have had cats and dogs around since I was a child. I have been boarding for almost 2 years, and walking/doing check-ins for nearly 8 years. I started out doing walks to help fill my want for pets. But now that I have two of my own, I realized this is something I really love doing and it is always a joy to meet other peoples' fur babies. In my home, I do have one other dog who LOVES to play and gets along with every animal and human he meets. I have a scaredy cat, and a handful of kiddos who I have taught animal etiquette to since they were all babies. We have cared for the smallest dogs to the largest. We have had older dogs, puppies, dogs recovering from surgery, and females in heat (although not at the moment until our puppy is fixed). We love your babies like they are our own, and love to be able to take them with us if we ever go on any adventures while they are here (of course, with permission!) I am a stay at home mom, so I am home the majority of the day to care for any animals in my home. My kids are AMAZING with animals, as I have taught lots of animal etiquette over the years caring for animals -- and now that we have our own fur babies too. In my home, we just treat your fur babies like one of our own. We give them lots of attention, play time, walk time, etc. I also incorporate your schedules with ours (ie feeding, etc). If there are any special requests, I fulfill those needs. When I go to a clients home, I respect everything around me and be as gentle and careful as to make sure that the fur babies are comfortable with me in their home.

About: I have been caring for animals since my childhood and have several of my own. I am a veterinary assistant and am comfortable with animals of all ages and sizes, as well as with responsibilities such as administering medication, walks, special diets, etc. I work and go to school part time. I have the most freedom on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but can also periodically check on your pet on the other days of the week. I can do overnights as well. I will work with your pets needs whether that is specific feeding times, a walking schedule, or other routines that you and your pet typically do.

About: I am an experienced positive method dog trainer. I work during the day and I a make sure everyone is safe, comfortable, and happy while I am not home. Kennel training helps keep everyone safe if they are boarding but we can discuss options. My dogs are very sweet and mellow as is my kitty so they get ahold well with most everyone. I do special need animals and have experience with blind and def animals. Additionally, I have have contacts to local vets/ vet techs for advice if emergency issues or questions arise on visit if you or your vet cannot be reached. My summary of experience includes house/pet sitting, boarding, walking, training, drop ins and I have done a bit of grooming as well. I respect any rules you want to implement for your fur babies. I am knowledgeable in dealing with all manner of problems and shenanigans that your animals can come up with. Size of dog only matters if temperament is aggressive. I want to make sure everyone is safe. About: Since I started providing pet care through Rover, I have gained experience caring for older dogs, puppies, dogs with special hearing needs, and dogs and cats with strict allergies or dietary restrictions. I have grown up taking care of my family's dogs and cats and am experienced with large, medium, and small dogs, old and young dogs and cats, and pets with a variety of backgrounds and stories. From traffic other animals that could put me and my dog in danger .As an owner/walker I’m conscious of imminent weather conditions be it extreme heat or severe cold .

Greg is a natural dog whisperer. I was reluctant when I first started using Rover, but I knew that I didn’t want to board my dogs every time I left town. My goal was to find a dog walker with the aspirations of finding a house sitter who could stay with our dogs when we travel. Let’s face it, it’s a total stranger and these are my babies and one of my babies is very particular about strangers. That baby happens to be a 200 pound English Mastiff so it’s hard to find people that want to walk him but also that he trusts. Well, it worked! Greg started walking our Mastiff three times a week prior to housesitting and our dog (s) fell in love with him. It was an easy transition. The housesitting was also a success. 🌈 I’m not going to lie, I gulped at first when I saw how much it would cost for the housesitting. However, when I looked at the cost to board 4️⃣ dogs, have them groomed, pay for the extra playtime bc lets face it, they are in a cage and then multiply it by four-I justified it and put faith in the Universe that it would work out. Greg took care of them as if they were his own. He walked each of them twice a day and played with them. We were able to leave the dogs in their environment, with their routine, their food, I could go on and on. Why Greg is so great: ⏰for starters he’s punctual — always on time. 📱 I love that you can see where they walk and he always takes pictures of the dogs while they’re on their walk and sends them to me. 🐕🐶The dogs love him. I’m going to regret weiting this review bc now he is going to be booked liked crazy, but he deserves the shout out!
