About: I enjoy spending time caring for animals, especially dogs. I love going on walks, playing, and making sure pets feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away! I’m currently a college student at Central New Mexico Community College, and during this summer I’m taking online classes so I have a much more flexible schedule. While I do have other activities, I’m still able to make multiple visits throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, care, walks, and playtime! About: I have had animals my whole life, and have worked in the pet industry for 6 years. My day job experience has been at 2 different local pet food stores, where I’ve learned a lot about the needs of dogs and cats, as well as body language. My old job had foster cats, so I have experience taking care of up to 10 cats at a time (feeding, litter cleaning, meds, and playtime). I also have pet sat for many of my friends and family members. I love walking! I enjoy taking my own dog on short walks or really long walks to get his energy out. I have experience with high energy dogs that may pull or not be comfortable around other dogs or people. I also have experience with puppies and kittens, and special needs pets. I’ve owned 2 disabled dogs that required diaper changes, meds, and regular bathing and cleaning up after them. I am currently going to school full time at UNM. My schedule is pretty flexible though, and I am willing to work with you! I can come before, in between, or after class and on weekends! I will always want to come meet you and your pet before I start the service. I will take notes on everything so I can keep your pet on their routine, no matter how specific. I want to make you and your pet 100% comfortable! I am experienced with reading body language with pets, so I can tell if your pet is too overwhelmed or nervous. I also love sending updates, including photos and videos, to let you know how your fur baby is doing!

About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away. I know what it means to be a good and responsible sitter, and I can guarantee if you trust me with your pets you will not regret it! I'm offering drop-in sitting and dog walking, and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to meet your pets. I work full time, but am available outside of standard working hours to spend plenty of time with your pups! I have pets of my own so I know how important it is to spend time with them & make sure they are happy while you are away. When caring for pets, I always make sure to guarantee they have a comfortable and clean environment as well as plenty of play time (for their benefit & because I just love dogs!)

About: I've cared for pets my whole life - as a child, through adulthood, and with my own family. Now, my wife and I have Zeus and Nala, two adorable lab mixes who rule our life with walks, baths, and dinner time. I'm a longtime professional transitioning to a new career. Currently, I have no recurring commitments and have lots of availability and flexibility for intermittent or regular walks and sitting. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pets company. I'm at home most of the day, and the doors stay open with access to a breezy porch and lots of sunlight.

About: I am a veterinary assistant that has been taking car of pet for at least 9 years. I started pet sitting for my family and neighbors pet. Then I whent to the pound walking and helped in the clinic. Then I became a veterinary assistant to help more animals. I am currently working full time 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week. So I have 3 days to focus all my time with your pets. I have a full fenced yard. I have 1 lovely dog that is friendly and get along with other dogs. I also have a crate if you would like me to use that.

About: From birth I have been surrounded by cats, dogs, horses, chickens, goats, and many creatures in between. My dad trained dogs and horses (no such thing as cat training…. If you know, you know) and taught me all he knows. I have fostered and trained puppies and currently have 2 cats of my own who are great with dogs. I am a travel nurse and don’t think the long shifts would be fair to have a dog of my own, otherwise I would! I had to remove all of my bengal’s teeth after an emergency and had to fight a newly adopted bengal to give him his antibiotics and pain meds in forms of pills and drops. I have lived through many animals’s passing from old age so am well versed in senior cares as well. Through my career and life experiences no emergency is too big for me. Your pets activity level will become mine- young or old hearted I am here to hang! I got cats so I could go away for weekends and still hire folks on Rover to come give them love on trips they can’t come cause I feel too bad otherwise. Pets are our babies and alike to humans all have their own personalities. I am super excited to get to know yours and thank you for trusting me with your family members :) I work 12 hour night shifts from 7pm-7am 3 days a week, but my partner works from home so there is always someone to give them love. Off days are spent in the mountains on trails or relaxing around the house. I have a large backyard and 2 cats who are missing a dog to play with or rooms they can safely relax in if your furry friend is not other-pet friendly. I come home to go on a walk and wake up in time to drink some coffee and enjoy some hours before work. I have a high fenced yard. I like to keep the routine the same as their normal, so will rely on your directions on when to feed, exercise, and wind down if there are any specifics. Multiple walks a day during the cooler hours is my favorite way to exercise, and if your pup is social enjoy a good social outing to the local dog park. I like to fish up in the mountains so picnics and splashes in some mountain water is always a dog approved activity in my experience

About: I have been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had 13 dogs, so caring for them and being surrounded by animals was a significant part of my childhood. As I grew older, so did they, and unfortunately, most have since passed away. After moving to New Mexico three years ago, I quickly realized how much I missed having my furry companions around. That inspired me to begin providing pet care services through Rover. Since then, I have had the opportunity to care for many different breeds, personalities, and ages from small and large dogs to puppies and seniors. Becoming a pet sitter has truly been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made. A few months ago, I also began co-parenting a Miniature Schnauzer and. Shih Tzu with my sister, which has reminded me just how much I enjoy spending time with dogs, caring for them, and keeping them happy and entertained. I’m mainly a homebody, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. I’m currently a graduate student and attend school Monday through Thursday, but I’m typically only away for about 1–3 hours on those days. When pet sitting, I spend 16+ hours a day at the owner’s home, so your pets will have plenty of companionship, attention, and care throughout the day. I also work a part-time job on Friday and Saturday nights, when I’m typically away for approximately 8 hours. Outside of those hours, I’m home and able to dedicate my time to keeping your pets comfortable, entertained, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I am a dependable, trustworthy, and attentive pet sitter who understands how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. About: Now serving the greater Albuquerque Area! To all of my Utah clients, I miss your pups 💜 I moved to Albuquerque in September 2023. When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. Sophie, my senior pup, had to be put down before I moved to Utah. I cared for her heart and kidney failure for 3 years. I am experienced with senior pups and can handle all the way down to puppies, too. I love cats. I am also a trained bird handler. I have pet sit for my professors and coworkers before, from hunting lab puppies to senior Maltese. Since moving to Utah at the beginning of the year, I have house sat, done drop-ins, and walks. I have house sat for all kinds of pups from labs to yorkies, goldendoodles to bulldogs. I work a very flexible full-time, telework option, job. I can check/walk in morning, lunch, dinner and through the night if needed. Week days and weekends. I have extensive experience giving pets drugs and other heath needs. I can do any form of exercise or travel needed. I will always double check doors are locked and secured.

About: Mostly I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, including seniors, pups and kittens. I am sensitive to and will want to get them care if an emergency arises. I love to love them all. Presently I am flexible to meet pet parent needs. I do need 1 day notice for planning 🙂 and ensuring I am prepared for your pets. Presently I am able to provides services at your home only ( except for very young puppies and kittens who can stay with me if needed) -in your home I’m most familiar with cats and dogs. I am glad to keep your pets environment fresh during visits including waste clean up, hair brush or deshedding with your tools, refresh food, water bowls as needed. I will have non-toxic cleaners for hard surfaces if needed.

About: Hi my name I Paul, I would be happy to watch your pet(s) while you are away! I have 4 year's of experience taking care of dog’s and cat's of all kinds, I also have live stock experience. I always do a meet and greet beforehand. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you! My cat loves attention and companionship from anyone, he love’s to play and be brushed as well as eat and take naps with me. I am free all the time right now so please let me know! And I willl set up a meet and greet and then we will go from there! I always make sure everyone's pet's are well cared for! I stop by and spend time with them, I give them food, water and needed medication as required and I love playing with animals!
