About: Hi! I’m Devin, a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for dogs of every size, shape, and personality. I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors — and now I’m opening my doors (and my heart!) to pups on Rover. Whether your dog is a high-energy goofball or a snuggly couch companion, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and at home. I've trained my own little pup from 8 weeks old and he's a Shiba (well known for their stubborn personality) I dont work weekends or holidays, plus my lunch breaks are typically on the longer side (1 to 3 hrs). Fitting in check ins, potty breaks and walks are a piece of cake. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and keeping each pet’s individual comfort level in mind. I pay attention to body language and energy, and I always go slow with nervous or shy dogs so they can warm up at their own pace.
“Elba is the absolute best pet sitter!!!! We went away for vacation and needed around the clock care. Elba was very thorough with the instructions and information we gave her. She took care of our animals as if they were her own. She gave updates every single day and sent the best pictures. Our animals were so happy and loved while we were away. And Elba even went above and beyond when we had a tree branch from a neighboring yard fall during a storm and damage our fence. She kept me notified and sent pictures. I would absolutely recommend Elba for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy person to care for your pets! We will most definitely be using Elba in the future to take care of our fur babies!!!!!!!”

Elba is a fantastic pet sitter!!!!! She definitely treats your fur babies as her own and takes the best care of them! She has great communication and keeps you informed the whole time you are away. Kaia was wonderful with my pitbull Guillermo. He took to her immediately and loved his time with her. Guillermo can sometimes refuse to eat when he is upset and he had no issues with Kaia. She even made sure to put on his glowing collar for his walk after dark. Highly recommend and will be booking many overnight stays in my home with Kaia.
