“Let me start off by saying that I highly recommend Heather for any of your pet related needs! We had a trip planned prior to knowing we'd have a little pup in our lives. Given that he was only 11 weeks old I was undecided as to whether to cancel the trip or find a sitter to stay in my condo with him while we were gone for the weekend. We found Heather on Rover and after an day of exchanging messages I felt comfortable enough to book and meet Heather the day prior to our departure. She took care of Linkin as if he was her own. She was 100% responsive to all of my texts and sent lots and lots of pictures of my little man having fun in the condo, while he was out for walks and even when he was exhausted from playing and fell asleep. If it's a friendly, reliable pet sitter you're looking for...look no further, Heather is great and I've personally found my go to sitter for Linkin from here out.”

One of the cats had special medical care, and she handled it perfectly. She also kept an eye on my lizard and even looked after the bird feeder. “I can't sing praises enough for Michael. We typically make arrangements for dogsitting well in advance. This time, one of our sons was house/dogsitting. He had to be taken to the hospital, had emergency surgery, and is still hospitalized. Our other son and his family work full-time and couldn't stay at night. I made arrangements with Michael from a cruise ship in the Eastern Caribbean, which meant we couldn't do a meet and greet ahead of time. Our other son met up with Michael to introduce him to the dogs. Michael took great care of our dogs and our home while we were gone. He was very communicative. It's good to know we have an excellent option for care next time we're going away. Looking forward to actually meeting him in person next time. About: My family has always had dogs while I was growing up. I love all breeds of dogs and would enjoy dog sitting, dog walking, or even checking on them! My pictures include my family’s dogs. Although it looks like a lot of laying around due to her anxiety and wanting to cuddle, I do enjoy playing and going on walks with dogs. I work full time as a teacher in Osceola County. I’m typically available during most weekends. I’m also available some evenings throughout the week, after 4:30-5pm. I do not currently have pets in my home. I am willing to go to parks to walk and play, or dog parks while taking care of someone’s dog (only if they are trained and dog friendly).
About: I've been pet-sitting for friends, family, and referrals for the past 10 years. Yorkies, Doodles, Dachshunds, and other mixed breed dogs, cats, and birds. I love caring for pets, especially cats and dogs and keeping them on their routines, feeling safe and loved while their owners are away. I've cared for senior dogs and have administered medications to both cats and dogs. I love taking dogs for their walks ...I personally walk 3+ miles every day and will gladly sit for dogs who love a good, long walk. I typically do overnight stays from 2 nights to 6 weeks. I am now accepting dogs, one at a time, for day sits in my home. I have a big fenced in yard and currently no pets. As a writer and yoga teacher I work from home and have lots of time to play with, walk and provide lots of loving attention to your pets. I do not currently have a pet. I used to have cats and I love all pets. I have a fenced in back yard. I typically pet sit in the pet's home when owners travel and am now offering daycare for one dog at a time in my home. I love to send pictures of the pets to their owners to let them know their pet is happy and well cared for.

Kaia was wonderful with my pitbull Guillermo. He took to her immediately and loved his time with her. Guillermo can sometimes refuse to eat when he is upset and he had no issues with Kaia. She even made sure to put on his glowing collar for his walk after dark. Highly recommend and will be booking many overnight stays in my home with Kaia.
We had a wonderful experience with Kaia! She took such great care of our dog, Savannah — we could tell she was happy, comfortable, and well looked after the entire time. Kevin is an absolute gem! I recently had him watch my two dogs for three days while I was away in Phoenix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
