“This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. About: I’ve had all kinds of pets growing up through childhood, always had dogs and cats especially. Worked at a vet clinic for 2 years, loved it and miss it. Took courses on animal care and calming while working in the clinic. I’m currently working at Amazon as a flex employee, right now I’m only working 1-2 days a week there. About: I've been around dogs my whole life- growing up, our family dogs always slept in my room, played hide and seek with me, and I've always been the one naturally drawn to caring for and protecting animals that crossed my path. I currently have my own furry kid, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon mix with a pink tail, so daily walks, feeding/ potty routines, playtime, and lots of love is my joy, my connection with my soulful self. I think I'm unique in the way that I see that every dog just like all of my former students, they're all different. They each have their own little mind filled with thoughts in their own little world. About: Hi there! I have been taking care of dogs, big and small, my whole life. Growing up, I was the one entrusted with feeding, bathing, and walking the household dogs. Once I was able to, I began to house sit for neighbors and take care of their furry friends. I became a regular caretaker of a disabled dog, so I am well versed in the care require for special needs pups. I'm currently an online student, so I spend lots of time at home with my own pets. I’m able to provide lots of attention and care to your fur babies because of this! I can do video call or meet and greets prior to caring for your pet, just to make sure everyone is feeling comfortable! I love going for walks, playing fetch, or playing with a string toy; whatever your furry friend prefers! Since it can get pretty hot here, I always make sure that it is safe to walk your pets outside and that they don't overheat.

About: I have grown up with all types of animals from dogs and cats, to birds and horses. I have a cat, two guinea pigs, a leopard gecko, and a dog myself. I also have experience working over two years in an animal shelter taking care of both dogs and cats. I adopted my current dog at 5 months and we have spent the last year training, so I am comfortable using various commands to communicate with your dogs. I am currently a post grad taking a semester off so I am available full time to take care of your animals. I can drop in, do dog walks, and doggy day care or overnights. I have a large fenced in yard but live with multiple cats and a dog (who is very friendly but hyper). If that environment would not work for your animal I could do day care or drop ins at your residence, although i can only do overnights at my house.
