About: Hi there! I’m Christiana. Originally from upstate NY, I’ve been enjoying life in California since 2019. I’m excited to get out, stay active, and what better way to do that than with some furry friends? I am a proud fur mom of 2 kitties. Pets have always been a big part of my life, and I adore animals of all kinds. I promise to care for your pet as if they were my own, showering them with love and fun while ensuring they’re happy and comfortable. I’m responsible, reliable, and passionate about making every visit special for your furry family members. Currently, I’m available on weekdays and some weekends/holidays, depending on your needs. I’m happy to keep your pet on their routine and offer comfort and companionship. I can visit them in the comfort of your home and can help with crating your dog if necessary. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I am able to stop by and hangout with your pet in the comfort of their own home. I can easily crate your dog if needed too. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who has cared for just about every kind of pet you can think of, dogs, cats, geckos, and everything in between. I’ve loved animals of all ages and personalities, and I’m comfortable with shy, playful, energetic, or senior pets. I have my bachelors in child development and am almost done with my master in social work! I’m a social worker by profession, so compassion, patience, and keeping others safe and cared for is part of who I am. I work from home most days, which means I have plenty of love to give to your pets. Honestly, I’m just looking to add more animal joy into my daily life! I’d love to care for your furry (or scaly!) family member and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’m available for boardings Thursday through Sunday, and during the week I can easily fit in walks and drop-in visits. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a longer cuddle session, or a good outdoor adventure, I can make it work. I regularly travel between Sacramento and Pollock Pines, so I’m happy to support families anywhere along Highway 50! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to build trust at your pet’s pace, paying close attention to their cues, routines, and comfort levels. Whether I’m in your home or out on a walk, I create a calm, predictable environment so your pet feels secure and understood. I treat every animal with the same care and respect I give my own. You can trust that your pet will be in safe hands, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere where they can relax, play, and be themselves.

About: I have taken care of small and very large breed dogs since I was a child. I am able to give medications appropriately as well as easily notice any signs of discomfort in animals. I read animals very well and am able to give them what they need to be comfortable. I moved last summer back here to Pollock. As I am taking time off from work right now I have plenty of free time to help you with your pets! I currently live in a mini cabin like studio on a property by myself. My family also live on the property in their own homes. We have almost an acre. Your pups would be inside mostly and only outside for restroom unless outside together. I can do walks or dog park routinely. I am also flexible and able to tend to each animals needs for whatever best suits them!
“Hi my name is Corbin. I'm an 11 year old border collie "puppy that needs a lot of exercise. My mom found me a new friend - Dakota - who comes and takes me for walks and to the dog park for work outs. I'm kind of afraid of new people, but after a few minutes I knew I was going to like Dakota. He is very kind and patient with me. My mom tells me when Dakota is about to arrive. He has been reliable and on time which is very important to me as I'm not very good at waiting. My mom is really happy because each time Dakota takes me out, I come back happy and very well exercised! Thank you Dakota! Corbin (and his mom, Mary)”

About: I grew up in a home filled with animals, so caring for furry family members has always come naturally to me. During the 7+ years I lived in Philadelphia, I taught at a large charter school and began house and pet sitting on the side for fellow teachers and staff. Over the years, I had the privilege of caring for so many sweet furry babies, including pets who needed extra attention, medication, and around-the-clock care. I truly grew attached to many of them and missed them dearly when my Philly chapter came to a close in 2024. Today, I proudly call Sacramento home and am excited to share that same love and care with a new community of pet friends! I’m a firm believer that animals can see and feel the energy of humans in ways we sometimes cannot. I lead with warmth, patience, attentiveness, and genuinely good energy…and animals tend to pick up on that pretty quickly. I’ve yet to meet a furry friend who didn’t eventually warm up to me. 😊 I’m especially comfortable caring for pets who need a little extra support, including administering medications, following detailed routines, and providing consistent care throughout the day or night. I work best with thoughtful pet parents who deeply care for their animals, their homes, and the energy within both. When you book with me, you can expect plenty of LOVE, communication, respect for your space, and most importantly…ACCOUNTABILITY. 💛 I work remotely and have plenty of time to share with your furry family members. I love nature and take many walks/hikes as a form of self care. I’m sure we can work just about anything out—flexibility is our middle name😉.” Interactive pup toys to keep them engaged (i.e Kongs, Hide&Seek Treats) My energy can be extremely high most times so playtime is always a thing both indoors and out!! On a chill day/evening you’ll find my toddler (if approved) and I cuddled up or sprawled out on the floor with your fur babies vibing.🕯️

For dog walking bookings, your dog walker can send a Rover Card with details about your dog’s walk. Rover Cards require at least one photo and may include a map of the walking route , the total walk time and distance, and any pee or poop breaks recorded by the walker.
