About: We love all animals and have been with Rover since 2015. We have two female miniature dachshunds, Daisy Mae and Poppy who are both very playful and friendly.. My husband and I have always felt a very strong connection with all animals. We couldn't imagine our life without them. They bring such unconditional love and companionship every day! We enjoy walking them every day and just hanging outside with them. Your fur babies will be given lots of affection and exercise and will go home happy. :) We are both home all day to watch over your pup.. We have a fenced garden area where the dogs love to run around in or they can just hang out and be mellow on our back deck. We also have a year round creek that runs through the back of our house where the dogs love playing in the water. Lots of chew toys, balls, treats and beds are included too! Your pup will sleep inside with us either on a bed, the floor, or if they are kennel trained, we can provide those as well. We provide daily texts, videos, and photos so you can have comfort knowing that your pup is safe and happy 😊 We look forward to meeting you! My husband and I work as a team and are both recently retired. We are home all day with the dogs and make sure they are happy and safe. :) We also are available for dog walking, drop in visits, and staying in your home to care for your pups during your absence. We take them all for daily walks, playtime, or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. We have two very friendly dogs they can play with or just hang out together. We feed them all two times per day unless otherwise needed. We want your fur babies to feel comfortable while you are away so we are compassionate to their needs. They all sleep indoors at night. We send daily pictures and updates on how they are doing throughout the day. Lots of love and kisses in this house!

“Hi my name is Corbin. I'm an 11 year old border collie "puppy that needs a lot of exercise. My mom found me a new friend - Dakota - who comes and takes me for walks and to the dog park for work outs. I'm kind of afraid of new people, but after a few minutes I knew I was going to like Dakota. He is very kind and patient with me. My mom tells me when Dakota is about to arrive. He has been reliable and on time which is very important to me as I'm not very good at waiting. My mom is really happy because each time Dakota takes me out, I come back happy and very well exercised! Thank you Dakota! Corbin (and his mom, Mary)”

About: I have taken care of small and very large breed dogs since I was a child. I am able to give medications appropriately as well as easily notice any signs of discomfort in animals. I read animals very well and am able to give them what they need to be comfortable. I moved last summer back here to Pollock. As I am taking time off from work right now I have plenty of free time to help you with your pets! I currently live in a mini cabin like studio on a property by myself. My family also live on the property in their own homes. We have almost an acre. Your pups would be inside mostly and only outside for restroom unless outside together. I can do walks or dog park routinely. I am also flexible and able to tend to each animals needs for whatever best suits them!

About: I have been owned by cats and dogs in the past. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). Do they do well with new people? I prefer not to sit pit bull terriers, but mixed breeds I don't have a problem with. About: It’s like camp for dogs! Your dog can have a great vacation too. We know how important it is to have the fury family taken care of in order to relax while on vacation. We have always had our own pets and we have taken care of other peoples furry family members for years, We have fostered for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue for the last 25 years. If your pup is used to sleeping on a dog bed, or on the couch, or with people, they can do the same here with us. We won’t change the rules on them. We are well-versed in taking care of dogs with special needs or just simply providing TLC. When we have had fosters, we helped pups recover from surgery, given medications, adjusted pups to family life, trained and more. We just lost our sweet pup Cooper so we don’t have any pets at our house. This might be helpful if you have a dog that likes people all to themselves or if you have multiple dogs. Walks, car ride (wind in their hair) treats, playtime, attention, lounging in the fenced yard are all available. We both work at home so pups don’t have to be alone and can have all of their needs met. Reach out and tell us about your furry family and what they might need while you’re away. We would be thrilled to have them. We can work our schedule around what you furry family needs. Since we Work at hime and there are two of us someone can always be here if needed. We only serve one Family at a time. We don’t have meet and greets while your dog is with us. It’s all about them when they are here. We follow your instructions for walk, food, routines. You can read our references but it might be best to come to the house to meet us and see for yourself. It’s important to feel comfortable so you can relax while you are away. We take extra measures to lock the latch on the gate and use a double door system if we go in and out of the house.

About: I’m an experienced sitter. My clients are primarily dogs and cats, but I am experienced and open to accepting all animals! I’ve taken care of other peoples animals, ranches and farms (chickens, cows, horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, dogs, bunnies and cats) for over 10 years. I have experience with live-stock guardian pets, reactive animals, high energy pets, and pets that just want to relax all day. I am comfortable and familiar with animals who have anxiety, boundary reactivity, resource guarding issues, behavioral issues, puppies, senior animals and so much more. I’ve worked in shelters, on farms, and in training for over 10 years. Your animals will be treated just like my own-with love, respect and understanding! Feel free to ask any questions about schedules, as I’m typically able to work with whatever you need. My rates differ slightly for non-constant care and constant care while I’m with your animals. I don’t currently offer boarding since one of my dogs is reactive. Your pets safety is my biggest priority! I want to care for your pets in the way you do, to ensure they’re as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I am open to any schedule, services, and needs your pet has!

About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I would feed them and keep them hydrated, and then take them out for a walk. I also taught them tricks until they could master it without treats. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. My main skills with pets includes strict attention to time management, understanding their behaviors, and attending to their needs. Other skills include having patience, clear communication with owners, being on time, and being responsible with the duties given. I currently work part-time as a cook in a nursing home. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.

About: I have 8 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, potty breaks, and giving pets plenty of love and attention. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, so I always follow the owner’s instructions closely and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures so you can see what your fur baby is up to! I’m a full-time college student with a flexible schedule, giving me plenty of time throughout the week to care for your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and boarding in my apartment. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m stopping by your home, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and care. I keep my Rover calendar updated with my current availability! I share my home with my best friend, who also has experience boarding and caring for dogs, and our Great Dane. We’re both comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and needs. I personally have experience handling reactive and dog aggressive dogs and understand the importance of boundaries, supervision, and safe separation. Because other dogs may be in our care, I always want to know about reactivity or behavioral concerns beforehand so we can provide a safe and comfortable environment for every pet.
