“Kristen was wonderful. She really tried to get to know my Ragdoll kitten, Muffin. She kept in touch with pictures, video, and comments. She let me know what she did during each visit and went above and beyond. I came home to a relaxed and happy kitten who had never been left by himself before. She's great, I highly recommend her.”

“Jae was awesome. We had a chat before to go over basics and left some notes with details. She was great with our two cats, gave them each the attention they needed/wanted, kept us updated via text and the Rover app, and when we got back the cats were happy, healthy and happy to see us (in their feline ways). Thanks Jae!”

“Anthony was nothing short of incredible! He last minute accepted my request after a previous sitter cancelled. Would definitely hire him again in the future :)”

“Simply put, Claudia was an amazing cat sitter for us. She kept us well updated, responded quickly, sent many photos, and really got to know our four cats' personalities and quirks! Our babies have never been so happy with a sitter. They enjoyed Claudia's company and were grateful for the attention she gave them. We have never seen them befriend someone so quickly! We will absolutely hire Claudia again. Traveling was made easier knowing that the cats were in such good hands.”

“Ethan may have a soft spot for dogs, but it's clear that all creatures trust him. Our four cats warmed up faster than I've ever seen, and our three skittish hens were happy and excited when we got home. Thanks for the great care you took Ethan! 🙂”

About: Hello! I started pet-sitting seriously in graduate school and had a consistent base of clients for two years. Later, I volunteered at a local humane society where I cared for and interacted with cats and dogs multiple times a week, for three years. This experience taught me a great deal more about dogs, including behaviors, breed traits, and exercise needs. While it's not my profession, animal care-taking has definitely become my passion! I've taken care of cats with very specific feeding programs as well as dogs who have special needs (like my lazy friend Colonel Lafayette the Basset Hound in my pictures). I treat every animal exactly how they want to be treated. Sometimes that is a lot of love and affection, but sometimes there are cats who like their distance! Whatever your animal needs, I'm happy to accommodate them. I commute daily and can easily work in visits in the early morning and late afternoon. Weekends are quite free for longer visits and homestays. It's an honor to have a key to someones home and to be trusted to care for their animals, and I take this very seriously. I am a guest in your home, but in that time your pet is family to me. I always make sure to leave a home neater than I found it, and will double, triple check that all is as it should be before I depart.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have a German shepherd of my own. I’ve also walked and cared for many dogs since I was a teenager including dog sitting for my own Veterinarian’s dogs. I’m a part time therapist and I work remote so I’m always local. My availability varies but I’m mainly available mornings and afternoons before 3pm as well as most weekends. In your home I would make sure your dog is as comfortable in its routine as if you were home and leave no trace of my presence. If I were to care for your dog in my home I have a friendly German shepherd puppy (fully vaccinated) and a dog-friendly cat. If your dog is comfortable with other dogs and cats I’d be happy to welcome them into our furry family for their visit.

About: Hi! My name is Emery and I am a recent college grad. I've had a wide variety of pets that I've taken care of in the 7 years of experience I have. I have taken care of dogs for about 4 years and have experience feeding, walking, and watching dogs. I also really enjoy taking dogs on hikes! I have mostly done house drop ins where I would feed the dogs and play with them. I own three cats myself, Pumpkin (13), Bean (11 weeks old) and Sprout (3). I have trained the older ones to do tricks and to go on walks. My most recent experience has mostly been in care for cats, where I would feed and play with them at home visits. I am currently a line cook and I work mostly evenings. I can easily work pet care around my schedule by making sure I go to take care of your pet needs before any shift. I have two cats at home, and I am willing to house cats at my home. Small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. I have an extra bedroom to be used as a safe zone for your pet's privacy. I also already have extra litter boxes. Our cats here have experience meeting other cats and dogs. They interact well with them. As for dogs I am willing to dedicate as much time needed to make sure they adjust well and feel safe with me. I love to play with dogs and give them belly rubs.
