About: Ever since I was a small child, neighbors and friends have entrusted me to check in on their beloved animals and ensure they are fed, played with, and cleaned up after. As an adult who normally teaches full time, I have house sit for colleagues who have children and take them on vacation while I look after their dogs and their parents' chickens across the street. I don't work summers or during school breaks and I don't have kids so I have a lot of flexibility and free time when school is not in session. I'm great with animals On breaks and weekends, I can make pet care my sole focus. No children or other pressing obligations means that I can give all my attention to your furry friends. I come prepared to enrich your pets time and can read a book while they sleep. My husband can handle my household chores so that I don't have to leave your house if that is what the job entails. The only real routine barrier is my teaching job but that is only during week days in the 10 month school year not accounting for planned holidays, Summer or weeks off. I can prepare food, take on walks, clean litter boxes, give medicine, regularly keep water bowls cleaned and filled, play with and ensure that all animals are where they are supposed to be when I turn in for the night or leave the house. I will defer to client's needs or requests as well for anything out of the ordinary.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. Many of them were street dogs of all kinds. I feed them and gave them much love. My dad is the major dog lover in the family. He cooks a special and big meal every 29 of April (Animals’ Day in Argentina) for the dogs of the neighborhood — yeah, my dad is pretty great. I am an architect and Assistant Professor at Cornell AAP. I live with Juan Manuel, my husband, who is also an architect and Visiting Critic at Cornell AAP. We teach twice a week (but on different days) so we are flexible to baby sit your pet every day. We are also available during the weekend! We live very close to a park in downtown Ithaca, which is a fantastic park for dogs, so your pet will have fun meeting some new friends! At home your dog will be indoors, in a warm quiet and very clean ambience. We will take care of your pet as if was ours. Your dog will be invited to play with us, cuddle, lay on the couch with us, spend time outside, do some walks and tours in the neighborhood. About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. About: I have taken care of pets since I was six years old, starting with a few fish. Then it developed into lizards, birds, hermit crabs and dogs. I love and care for all and make careful research to provide the best care. Pet care is a wonderful addition to my weekly routines! Walking dogs helps get my steps in and I especially love the longer walks. As a student, my Mondays are busy, but all other days are mostly free except for the late mornings. I keep alarms set at home for when to feed my pets so everyone knows when it’s breakfast and dinner time! Three times a day I will take my dog out for 30-minute to an hour long walk. As a 75lbs husky, my dog loved to pull on the leash but I was able to slowly train him out of that habit. Now he walks beside me and makes walking around the neighborhood a breeze!

I am a student with a flexible schedule and a car to get me and your animals to where they need to go! Overnight stays are easy for me to do and I often have time for long walks. I can and will care for your pets in any way you need me to! I can easily house sit as well and chauffeur pets to veterinary care or other appointments.

About: Hey! I'm Yazmeen. I've been petsitting for the last 8 years. I started with my sister and continued on my own. I have experience giving medication and with senior dogs as well as kittens. I love a long walk if the dog is up for it, and I'm always down to play and snuggle. Let me know if you're interested! My schedule is pretty flexible right now. I I usually wake up early, so I don't mind an early walk or feeding schedule. I typically go to bed around 11pm-midnight, but I am happy to work around a pet's schedule, especially to accommodate any medications or weather. I was raised to leave things better than I found them, so I always do a thorough clean before I leave a petsitting gig (including washing sheets, so you can go straight to bed!) I can also bring in mail and water plants if you give me a watering schedule.
About: I’ve volunteered at shelters to walk dogs since I was 10, and I got my first dog at age 16. I am currently a puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind and am raising my first dog for the organization. I have experience with puppies as young as 8 weeks and as old as 14 years. I am a full time student at Cornell. I have a back yard for puppy play time. I take boarding, sitting, and walking as long as the schedule fits. Also I can do same day appointment to support our pet parents. I have fenced yard. Extra leashes and harness. We are in a dog friendly neighborhood.
