About: We enjoy having a dog. We do walks, sniff games, chicken broth ice cubes for happy hour in our fenced in yard. We want your dog to feel like they are on vacation when they are with us. They might be spoiled when we give them back. Sorry about that. My husband is fully retired and I have a hybrid position. At least one person will be home to attend to your fur babies needs. We enjoy taking care of a dog. There are no children or pets in our non smoking home. We have a fenced in yard and a nice neighborhood for taking walks. We also have an Apple air tag to put on your dogs collar. We enjoy being outside with your dog in the yard.

About: There have also been pets in my house and I have also made myself available to pet sit for friends and family. I am flexible in when and how to care for your smallest or largest family member. I am a runner so I would love to have a buddy join me on a run, jog, or even a walk. I can care for your pup at my house or your house which ever one you would be comfortable with. At the moment I can be open anytime of the week, and visiting houses multiple times in the day to ensure that your furry friend feelings loved and cared for throughout the day. Whether that's a potty break, a snack, or a big ole tummy rub. I’m a teacher on summer break though I do have a part time evening job that starts at 430 my husband comes home at 4 and probably loves dogs even more than me. I have a large fenced backyard and plenty of room in my house for exploring. We do have a small rescue Chihuahua, but she is friendly and very kind.

About: I have always grown up around pets around the house! I am currently at college and am missing being around animals. I am always available to hang out, walk, play, or just chill with a pet. I have dealt with my goldendoodle for 9 years and it is the best thing that has happened to me. I am a college student and have 2 classes everyday which are each 1 hour. Therefore, I have a lot of flexibility before, in between, and after classes. I exercise daily so walking/playing with a dog fit perfectly in my schedule. At my home I live with 3 other girls who also love pets so having pets in our place is no problem! We have a dog park right down the road and also plenty of trails near me where I can them on walks.

About: I've owned and taken care of all kinds of dogs, cats, and other animals from a very young age. Ive pet sat for many neighbors and relatives since I was 10, where I was responsible for feeding, walking, bathing, giving medicine, etc. I have great experience with dogs that are anxious, nervous, or shy, as my rescue dog and many pets i’ve looked after are like this. I also have experience giving pets medicine or any other special care they may need in their time with me. Most importantly, I love animals more than anything and I can promise a caring and safe home for your pet!! I’m a student at virginia tech with a very open class scheduel! I have 1-2 short classes a day where im gone for only an hour. Other than those classes, Im free all week and on the weekends to make sure your pet has constant care! I live in an apartment with an enclosed dog park less than a minute walk away, and along with that, my apartment is safe, secure, and kept very clean making it a great environment for any pet. When walking the dog, I prioritize safety with keeping the dog close to me at all times.

About: Hello, my name is Lucas and I have had many different kinds of cats and dogs my whole life. I currently have 2 cats and 1 dog who I love to take care of the best I can, and love meeting new pets. I am currently enrolled in Radford University, and love taking care of pets in my time off. About: I am a veterinarian who has dedicated her life to caring for animals. I have worked with animals from a young age, including many hours working in vet offices in high school leading up to college and vet school (became a licensed vet in 2020). I am quite comfortable with caring for animals who need medications administered, or more intense levels of care while their owners are away. Working with animals brings me joy and peace, and making sure they are happy and well cared for is my life mission. I believe in fear free handling, and I am happy to work with animals who do not trust unknown people. I am a licensed veterinarian but I am currently in grad school so I am very flexible. I can be home all day if needed, and can provide close supervision. I have a 3 year old female German Shepherd (very friendly!) and cats (mostly outdoor). I have the ability to keep my dog separate if needed but she loves playing with other dogs! I have a full sized truck and the ability to transport animals with me safely. I have 2.5 acres of fenced land for dogs to run and play as well as a small fenced in section adjacent to the house. A pet door offers come and go access to the house. I am free to drop in during the week or board animals for extended periods, and if your animal needs medications administered as part of their care I am very capable. I am comfortable handling large dogs (I have a lot of practice in my line of work as a veterinarian). I am also comfortable with young animals, cats, older animals, and any animal requiring high levels of care.

About: Over the past 16 years, I've cared for just about any animal you can imagine! A flying squirrel, a 15-foot python, dogs, cats, horses and more. I have my own pup of seven years and we absolutely love welcoming friends into our home. We live on a .4 acre lot in central Christiansburg and I have an incredibly flexible schedule so we're up for anything! Let me put your mind at ease as being away from your beloved pets is hard enough. I'll send multiple updates throughout the day and lots of pictures. Happy to care for any and all animals. I'm working full-time in ministry so I have lots of time throughout the day to care for your loved one and will be gone no more than a few hours per evening for bible studies and groups. I take my dog, Tonka, out 5-6 times per day minimum and we love to go on walks and be outdoors. I have a large field directly behind my home and live in a very pet-friendly area tucked off the main road so your pup will enjoy lots of safe and supervised outside time! I allow animals on the furniture and keep all choking hazards up high. My dog has a knack for finding even the smallest things to mess with so I have good practice with keeping a safe home.

About: I’ve owned a black Labrador(Anna) for over 13 years, she has not once had any sort of health issue as I’ve feed her well, and kept her up to date on vet visits. I’m caring, compassionate, and smart and versatile enough to be calm in any situation that may arise. I assure you that I will treat your pet as if it were my own. This allows me the freedom to stay focused on your pet and be there when other folks have to leave. If a situation ever does arrive my strength are communication so you can rest assured I will be in constant contact, which as a pet owner for an older girl myself id expect from others if I left her in their care. If the pet requires adequate exercise I have no problem going on a long walk with them and the space is pet friendly as my dog (Anna) is there. In your home, I can assure you that my experience will allow me to provide the best care for your loved ones.

About: We've taken care of our own and family dogs for 20+ years, including dog sitting, outings, walking, and training/agility. We treat dogs as our family and are truly passionate about their well being. We currently work from home remotely and have flexible time to attend to the dog throughout the day, including frequent visits, walking, playing, and training.
