About: My first dog was a miniature schnauzer.. in the past 22 yrs I’ve had 2 rescues. Border Collie/ Labradors. I miss and love them so much My schedule is flexible.. please don’t hesitate to ask.. I am retired and I do travel more now but sometimes it’s just overnight or just a few days I have a fenced in backyard and a safe dog friendly neighborhood.. I can easily crate a dog and use baby gates if necessary safety

About: Hello! My name is Rachel and I’ve cared for all types of animals for the last 2 decades. Spanning from specialized senior canine care to helping kittens with neurological disorders, I’ve seen the gamut. I was a vet tech for a brief period. I worked at the local animal shelter. About: I will provide a fun, family friendly home for your beloved pet to stay while you are away. I have had 1 wonderful dog of a mixed breed that I grew up with during my childhood and one large breed dog that I owned for 10 years during my young adulthood. I currently have 3 dogs at home, 2 pugs and a female golden retriever. I only hope they can bring joy and fulfillment to my children as they grow with our family. I currently work from home so I am available to care for your beloved pet at anytime of the day. I can do multiple drop-in visits throughout the day. My hours are very flexible. I can walk your dog around the neighborhood if that is what you prefer or let them out into your backyard if you would like drop-in visits at your home. I have an unfenced backyard with a lead in the ground so your pet can be in the backyard and have safety and security to run around or I can take them on walks if that is what you would like.
