About: I have been around animals all my life. Born in the country, cows and horses are most common, but I’ve come to love having dogs, cats, and reptiles of my own! There has never been an animal I couldn’t warm up to, and I love getting to know every pets unique personality. I DO OWN PETS, I just am not offering boarding services or requesting sitting services so I would prefer not to share their details! I am always willing to move around my schedule to better fit my clients needs! I have a ride I depend on for now while I’m learning to drive, so I cannot be out too late unless I’m staying the night. I prefer to pet sit or walk pets at other homes, not my own, as I have a reactive dog with history of abuse, and she is not amicable with other pets.

About: I have alot of experience with horse sized dogs and little obes alike, its important to me that they get the love they miss from their owners. Im currently going to school partime and learning the area so i have tons of time to go for walks or play with your fur baby and keep up their schedule. I want to make sure both of our spaces are respected, i like to keep places as nice as i left them so i try to take an hour to spot clean anywhere ive been or where your pet may have made a mess and leave it tidy. I do the same for my home, i clean after every visitor.

My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of time and attention rather than simply stopping by and rushing off. I’m available for weekday and weekend care, including longer house-sitting stays. I can plan my day around your pet’s usual feeding, walking, play, and rest schedule. When I’m house sitting, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and familiar as possible while you’re away. Trust is extremely important to me. When you invite me into your home, I understand that you are trusting me with two things that matter enormously to you: your pet and your personal space. I carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, doors and gates, sleeping arrangements, and household routines. I never introduce a pet to unfamiliar animals or take them somewhere without the owner’s permission. I also treat every client’s home with the same care and respect I would want someone to show in mine. My experience working in private residences has taught me the importance of discretion, cleanliness, security, and attention to detail. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos, and I will always contact you if anything seems unusual.

Keeping routine is my forte. I have most experience with dogs, all breeds and sizes! Exercise takes time and I enjoy the physical aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Keeping a balance of short and or long walks. Depending on the breed I could make exercise minimal or lengthy. Currently I have a 15ft by 5ft outdoor kennel. Yard is well maintained with space and away from any roads. Private residence. I keep my small dog on a lead. Lead is also an option for other animals. My yard has plenty of space for playtime and fetching.

About: I have always had a special relationship to animals that is mutually beneficial. I not only bring an infinite amount of love to their lives but they return such energy. I find so much pleasure in forming bonds with animals, even for short periods of time. I love to volunteer and have done so at local SPCAs and even at a zoo in Peru that held practically every type of animal! I myself have owned many cats, raising two since they were kittens. I grew up around dogs as well and they grew to be my best friends through hard times. I even owned a pig and chickens! No matter the species, I would be beyond excited to meet your pet and be a helping hand. I am currently on the job hunt, so I am extremely available. I am free everyday, no matter the time. I have a car as well! I have a litter box and will bring your pet into a cozy environment that can be shifted depending on their needs. If your pet is more social, I have two other roommates who would love to play with them. If your pet is on the more timid side, I have a quiet space that they could relax in.

About: Hi! My name is Andrea. I have lived in the Hudson Valley for almost 4 years now, and have been working in the area off and on since 2014. I live with my partner, Mike, and precious pups Kona and Desi. I have always lived with dogs. I am an Occupational Therapist in a school district full time and love to farm and bicycle during my off time. I’ve done house sitting and dog sitting previously and enjoyed the work. I have my own vehicle and am used to commuting around the Hudson Valley for work and for fun. I wanted to get back into dog sitting and pet sitting to assist in getting a new car and to get to spend time with pets! I have always been obsessed with dogs!
