“We had Keerie for the first time this vacation. She really made our cats comfortable with her daily check in at the same time. She sent pics of our babies daily. So while we were on the beach she assured us they were being cared for. We liked her so much we booked for our next vacation. She went above and beyond her skilled cat care. High score for us!!”

About: I have been around animals, exotic and domestic, since I was taken home in the carrier. Animals are my passion and there’s no animal that doesn’t need loved! I am a first responder with no set schedule, so I would like to spend my free time with animals and helping people out if they are needed. I couldn’t think of a better way to help out! I am very flexible on my off days and would be willing to go above and beyond for your pet. I understand some pets require certain things that may be different or difficult, but I would be absolutely willing to work through that! Walking dogs, doing litter boxes, playing fetch, and giving attention are all my specialties!

About: My senior dog passed away recently and I’m looking for pups to care for until I decide on my next fur baby. I am a hiker and constantly in the woods so if your dog likes walks, I’m your gal! I’m skilled in emergency care and can administer medications. I am a medical professional and my schedule is flexible. I’m willing and able to spend the extra time and love your doggos (but I’m not prejudiced to just dog love!) because all creatures deserve kindness and respect. I have experience dispensing medications and caring for animals with anxiety. Please consider asking me to care for your dog/cat, I will treat them as if they were my own. -Sam I am a remote worker and am able to spend ample time with your animal! Walks are typically 30 minutes minimum, unless otherwise requested. I hike daily and I’m always looking for a hiking companion. Your dog will be able to roam freely in my home (unless otherwise requested). If I’m away, I will likely crate your dog unless they are potty trained and have house manners.

About: I've had at least one dog since I was 23, and currently, I have two that I absolutely adore. Lately, I've been searching for pet sitters and thought, "Why not do it myself?" I’d love to help others by providing trustworthy care for their four-legged friends when they can’t be there. For drop-ins I can come 3 times during the day everyday except Tuesday and Wednesday, I can only do 2 on those days. I work in the office two days a week but am home on weekends. On office days, I’m there for 8 hours, but I can come home during lunch to let your dogs out if needed. If your dog gets along with mine, they’ll have free rein of the house. If not, they’ll stay in the kitchen when I can’t supervise them. My yard is secure since I have an escape artist of my own! :) I typically only take one dog at a time (or two if they're from the same family).

About: I’ve been watching my family pets, since I was 15 I love dogs and cats and would be an amazing fit for drop in and walks. Not to mention I’ve been a vet assistant for about a year now! I working part time and I’m in school as well, but I’ll always make time for your lovely pets. I work about three days a week. I’m very respectful of your house and privacy, I understand how difficult it is to trust strangers in your home, however I feel you can trust me.

About: Hello, I am a life long animal lover and I have been trusted to care for pets of family & friends many times. I am proud to offer reliable care that meets both you and your pup’s individual needs. Taking your best friend to a kennel isn’t an option for everyone, due to the unfamiliar and potentially unfavorable circumstances. I specialize in providing care for dogs with special needs, including but not limited to: senior dogs, puppies in training and reactive/aggressive dogs. My professional experience in animal care is as a stable assistant, so I helped to managed the care of tens of horses. My work there started voluntarily but later would become my first part time job, which was invaluable in learning about animal behavior and necessary care that I have also found very applicable to caring for dogs. My personal experience is mostly with my family dog, which might be considered as difficult. He is frequently aggressive to other dogs and sometimes acts unpredictably which has made me very aware of otherwise neglected risks. It is sometimes necessary to think creatively and quickly to avoid a situation with another dog or person that might end poorly otherwise. Pet care (sitting, walking & drop-ins) is currently my full time job and only obligation, so I have a fairly flexible schedule. I would be happy to communicate to find a time that works for you! I am a college student so I will be unavailable from August 18th until early December. I prioritize communication between myself and a client while they are away through frequent updates on their eating habits and activity levels, depending on their specific needs. I would like you and your fuzziest family members to have the best experience possible by minimizing stress and making their time fun and comfortable, while they are without their favorite people.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for my entire life — something for which I am very grateful. Over the past few years, I have gained a lot of experience house sitting and dog walking. I’ve kind of lived all over, meeting amazing animals along the way! During my AmeriCorps service year with the Cincinnati Zoo, I handled animals ranging from Madagascar hissing cockroaches and exotic snakes to domestic bunnies and owls. When it comes down to it, dogs and cats are still my favorite animals to spend time with! I grew up with at least one dog and one cat at all times. I also appreciate all weather and am very willing to walk or run your pet as long as the weather is appropriate for the dog. I am a teacher, so I’m typically available after 3pm on weekdays. I typically have a very flexible schedule on the weekends, just ask me! I trust that the humans have given ample directions to take care of the pets. I always treat animals and other peoples’ space with respect.

“Julie was amazing again this week with our golden and two kittens! She always goes above and beyond, whether it’s doing extra checks on the pets, giving them medicine, or working with our complicated vacation schedule.”

About: I have worked with all varieties of dogs with several different levels of training. I am reliable and will make sure that your fur babies are safe and cared for. I am currently working part time while in school. I can fit in walks, visits, and home sit most nights while I do my schoolwork or before/after work. My schedule is flexible ask me about any day and I will let you know! I have one cat at home who is spoiled with all the toys, treats, and head scratches she could want. I have cat carriers if needed. I will make sure your pets are safe with me.

About: I have experience watching and walking cats & dogs—yes I have walked cats before! Whether it’s a daily walk or drop ins, I’m ready to be there for you and your fur babies! I currently work 8:30-5:30 M-F. I have flexibility in my schedule and do drop ins/walks before or after the workday. I am generally available every weekend! Making you and your pet comfortable is my number one priority. Listening, observing, and respecting the cues of the pets is vital. I’d be sure to ensure each and every concern is address to make sure your fur baby is safe & comfortable.

About: Since I was young, I have had a love for animals. My care of pets began when my parents bought me my first dog. I have been pet sitting for 2 years now. I work with senior dogs and have experience with giving pets medicine if needed. I have worked with all size dogs. I have regular customers that have used me frequently. I am a senior at St Vincent St Mary high school. My availability is very flexible and my mom helps if the pets need let out during the day. I prefer to care for the pets in your home. I make sure that they are taken on regular walks and let out frequently. I have no problem spending the night in your home in order to help your pet be the most comfortable.

About: Hi I’m Nathan and I want to make your life easier! I learned to walk my grandparents dog as soon as I was old enough to hold the leash. I have always had a cat, but I only had one dog for most of his life until he crossed that rainbow bridge. I found that the paw prints left on my heart could be filled with the joy of helping my friends and family with their dogs. I love to help keep dogs happy and healthy, including a good diet, and plenty of exercise. I work from home full time, so I’m available for evening walks. If your dog is cat friendly and on the smaller size, and decides I’m a safe human, I’m also willing to board both during the day and overnight. I have two cats, I keep their food out of reach of dogs when they’re over, and their litter box FAR separated from where a dog can access it.

About: Trusted Dog Sitter with Years of Experience! Family and friends have recommended me to their own family and friends. I’m passionate about making your dog feel at home, providing attentive care, playtime, and exercise tailored to their personality and needs. Whether they love long walks, play sessions, or cozy cuddles, I’m here to ensure they’re happy, comfortable, and safe while you’re away. Let me give your dog the care they deserve and peace of mind for you! I am currently in school at The University of Akron, but I commute from home in Wadsworth. I am only on campus for one or two classes a day. My schedule is pretty open otherwise, so we should be able to work around whenever you need me! I do not board pets in my own home. I travel to your home for part-time stops, full day, or overnight pet sitting. I can even do weekends!

About: I have taken care of my own families pets for basically my whole life! This includes 6 cats, 2 dogs, 3 rabbits, and a guinea pig. I have also taken care of my grandparents dogs over the years when they go away on vacation. I currently have 1 dog and 3 cats in my house and take care of them everyday. I would love to be able to provide care for other peoples animals so they can get away, whether it be for a vacation or business trip. I am also available most hours of the day for check ins or walks depending on my schedule that week. I really care about the animals that I take care of and make sure they have the best time possible! I currently work part time, about 16-20 hours a week. I am currently in college, at Kent State University studying Sports Administration. I live at home with my parents and sister, so I have no problem staying at your home since I can get out of the house! Most of my classes are online so really most of the week I just work either in the morning or evenings. I usually work every other Saturday and don’t work any Sundays. I have a mostly fenced in yard with a few entrances to the backyard that are not gated/fenced. I am able to crate a dog in my house if necessary. I am almost always cuddling or playing with my animals when home. My parents like to say I am the “pet whisperer” of the house because all of the animals want my attention lol. But yeah I really do love my animals and will treat your animals with the same sense of care and safety I do my own!

“Jess has watched our pets for years. We trust her in our home and with the care of our animals. She thoughtfully sent us pictures of our pets while we were away & kept a running dialogue of what our pets were up to. She kept our animals’ bowls and litters clean and tidy. We couldn’t ask for anything more in a pet sitter than what Jess did for us and will continue to do for us. Because there is nothing better than the freedom having a good pet sitter affords you when you want to travel.”
