About: Aside from having 4 of my own, I also have outdoor cat shelters and keep an eye on the neighborhood cats while offering treats, food, and medical attention or tnr if necessary. My youngest cat I bottle fed and cared for from 3 weeks old, she is now 2. She was successfully introduced and integrated with 3 other cats and 2 dogs (which she was terrified of and I really had low hopes for but slow and steady really pays off)! My eldest cats (11) do require senior care with special diets and medications so I can definitely handle any special needs. I am willing to travel to you, or watch your cat in either a shared or private room, or kennel at my home if needed.
About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a range of animals from chickens to cats. From there, I have always had a pet to share my heart with. I have had guinea pigs, cats, dogs in my own home and have yet to meet an animal I don't get along with. I am looking for flexible work so that I can finish writing my novel without letting the burden of finances fall completely on my husband. I figure walking and caring/sitting for animals to help keep my family fed is a great match for me, my personality, and my love for animals. Both of my girls are rescues from different shelters (Angels for Animals and One of a Kind Pet Rescue) and they both lived stressful lives before me so my job is to give them sanctuary and love. That said, in regard to care, Lily is pretty self regulated. Every other day, her food bowl is re-filled (no, you can't see the bottom of the bowl but she's my sweet princess who gets what she wants) and her kitty litter is scooped every other day and changed as needed. Ellie is a rescued Puppy Mill momma who grew up in a very confusing way and is forever married to routine. To keep her happy and healthy, we let her out same time each day (7am) where she eats 1.5 cups of food, potty break at 12pm and again at 5pm (1.5 cups). Ellie's gets let out 3 times a day, per her wants because I try to let her out more and if she doesn't have to go potty, she turns around and lays on her Tempur-Pedic bed. Otherwise, when the weather is appropriate Ellie and I take a minimum of a 15 minute walk in the park behind my house. One was shy and barked at me at first, but now happily runs up to greet me—an experience I truly value. About: My family has always had animals, and I've always loved taking care of them. Dogs, cats, birds, the whole nine yards. I've been around pure-breds, mutts, strays, elderly animals, young animals, a whole range, and I've always been very close with all of them. The most direct experience I've ever had was helping raise and train my mother's dog Ivan, a big American Bulldog with German Shepherd and Siberian Husky heritage, from near-birth to nine years old. Beyond that, I've helped care for my grandmother's many dogs, including Jasper, who is pictured in my profile picture. I'm currently on summer break between my Junior and Senior year of college, so I have plenty of time to care for animals at most points during the week. I generally like to keep Sundays and Mondays open, but I'm otherwise totally free to work. I'm a fairly relaxed pet owner myself, but I know when animals need to be taken seriously. I tend to walk dogs between 8am to 11am and then do my substitute teaching job between 11:45 to 3:15pm and after that will walk a dog as needed. During the summer time Im free all day for walks and for house sitting. I will make sure to follow any instructions or recommendations from the client concerning the well being of their pet. I typically give the dog daily exercise 4 to 7 times per day. With the owner permission I will take dog to the dog park and keep a watchful eye on the dog at all times there. If I feel another dog is getting aggressive I will immediately remove the dog so nothing escalates.

About: Hi! My name is Dayne, and I’m a 22 year old college football player with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve grown up around pets my entire life, and spending time with them has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Right now I have a German Shepherd and a Beagle, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I actually trained my German Shepherd myself from the time he was a puppy, and seeing him grow into such a well behaved, obedient dog has been incredibly rewarding. That carries over into how I care for animals. Your dog won’t just be “watched” they’ll be exercised, cared for, and paid attention to. I live in a 1600 square foot home with plenty of space for dogs to move around comfortably. I have a large dog crate available if your dog is crate trained or needs their own quiet space. I also have two friendly, well socialized dogs who love to play and will keep your dog company. Safety is always my top priority. I’m experienced with large breeds and strong dogs, and I understand proper leash control, structure, and supervision. I keep a clean, organized home and always make sure dogs are monitored, comfortable, and secure. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone, and I don’t take that lightly.
