“I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful care you provided for my dog, Luna! From the moment I dropped her off, I could tell she was in great hands. You took the time to understand her personality and needs, which made all the difference. Luna had an absolute blast during her day with you! Thank you once again for giving Luna such a wonderful day. I will definitely be reaching out for future dog-sitting needs, and I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a caring and responsible sitter!”

“I recently boarded my dog for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Shayna. She’s caring, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving Bowser in her hands. We received updates and could tell he was getting plenty of love, attention, and exercise. He was happy, healthy, and well cared for, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provided and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate dog sitter. I will definitely use her again when I can afford it.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Kim!! She was the perfect fit for my 8yr old Mal-Shi, Ella. She took such good care of my anxious little girl, giving her lots of love & comfort, as well as paying attention to the details of her care. She absolutely treated her like the queen that she is.”

“Susan and her husband were great to work with. Our dog Max felt right at home. I will certainly have them watch our dog the next time we need a sitter! Thanks Susan!”

“Alayna and Adam deserve a 10 star review. They met the needs of our dogs, they followed instructions provided, kept the dogs engaged and stimulated. Dogs were perfect little angels and never showed distress as they were made to feel at home during their stay. Great communcation via messages, videos and pictures. They shared any concerns they observed during the stay and checked in to make sure it was normal behavior and one of our dogs health was okay. They were amazing and accomodating. Their house is clean!! I can't say enough things about them! Will definitely book them again!”

“Amazing! Jenna did an amazing job taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. She has great communication and sent a lot of pictures each day. Our dog loved her! We felt very comfortable the entire week and will definitely book her again.”

About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! I have rescued several cats and found loving homes after getting them medical care (I always keep in touch). One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. I also provided supportive care for my two eldest cats (11years) after their major surgeries (perineal urethrostomy and gallbladder removal). I am also in the process of obtaining my wildlife rehabilitation permit for I always seem to be brought animals to care for and I would like to do more for them than just transporting to a rehabilitator! I have a lot of room at my house which includes the finished basement area with separate rooms, a mudroom, a large fenced in backyard, and kennels if needed. I'm willing to travel to you, or care for your animals here! All my animals are friendly (successfully introduced and integrated) but if yours needs some privacy I can absolutely provide it. I'm here to help, I hope it's clear how important your fur babies would be to me! I would love to make whatever it is you need happen. I am currently a stay at home mom with my own fur babies. My day starts at 6AM when I wake up to feed and walk the dogs and check to see if the cats need anything. I would be more than happy to care for your animal(s) here or get out of the house and care for them in their home! I have a large fenced in yard, a finished basement with separate rooms, a separate mudroom, and kennels if needed! My 4 cats and 2 dogs roam the house and would love to make new friends, but if your animals are shy, we have plenty of space to accommodate. All I ask is for a clear set of instructions if caring for your pet in your home and you can expect those instructions to be carried out with love and respect for your animal(s) and property. I am also insured for pet care/housesitting through PCI.
“I cannot put into words how much I appreciate Megan. We were so nervous about leaving Libby for the first time. She put our minds at ease instantly. She did a meet and greet and then sent updates every day that we were gone. I couldn’t be more happy! I felt that Libby was very well taken care of and we will definitely use Megan again. Thank you so much for everything!!!”

“Christine was great with sending pictures and updates so we knew our boys were well cared for. She even got them treats and played with them so I knew they were getting exercise. Thank you so much Christine!”

“Dee dropped in twice a day to feed and check on my two cats over a week. She spent time playing and cuddling with them. I came home to find two calm, rested, happy cats. I highly recommend Dee.”

“Anna is a wonderful sitter and human! She accommodated my last minute request, which truly saved me so much stress and worry! She always ensured my cat had plenty of attention and love. She even took out the food and litter trash because I was going to be gone for weeks. I will 100% book Anna again, and you should too!! (Thank you Anna, you're a lifesaver!)”

About: love the energy and vibe of being around cats. I’ve always begged my family to get a cat and any time I would be at a friends house and they had a cat, I was inseparable from it! I am very familiar with liter training and how to take care of that. As well as being able to read the energy of cats because as we all know, they can get a little sassy sometimes ;)

“Jennifer was wonderful! My two kitties loved having her take care of them while we were away. The peace of mind Jennifer gave us was priceless. It was wonderful to know my pets were taken care of as if I was there myself. She really goes the extra mile with care, safety and security. I highly recommend her services! Five stars doesn’t seem enough!”

About: Hi! My name is Lindsay. I'm a pediatric occupational therapy assistant who works in the school system, and during the summer months I'm home full-time, allowing me to provide flexible, attentive care for your pets. I previously provided pet care through Rover and am excited to start offering services again. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I have a friendly, energetic 2-year-old pup who loves meeting new dogs, as well as a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of space for running, playing, and getting their energy out. Whether your dog enjoys active playtime or simply relaxing with company, they'll receive lots of attention, care, and affection while they're here. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! Feel free to send me a message if you'd like to schedule a meet-and-greet before booking a stay. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. During the school year, I work as a pediatric occupational therapy assistant, but throughout the summer I am home full-time, which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog is an important part of our family's routine, so daily exercise, outdoor play, feeding schedules, and lots of affection are already built into my day. With a large backyard and a dog-friendly environment, I enjoy spending time outside and making sure pets get both physical activity and companionship. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I'm happy to follow their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they're in my care. When caring for pets in a client's home, I understand the importance of maintaining their regular routine and keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment. I make sure they have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for while they're away.

About: I've been a dog and cat owner my entire life and have a deep love for animals of all kinds. I'm especially passionate about rescue animals and understand that pets are much more than pets, they're family. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I'm committed to providing a reliable, loving experience for both you and your animal.

About: What Sets Me Apart As a lifelong animal lover and current cat parent of two, I understand just how special and particular our feline friends can be. I specialize in cat-only care and provide a calm, reliable presence that helps keep your cat comfortable in their own space. Whether your kitty is shy and independent or playful and cuddly, I take the time to connect and provide exactly the kind of attention they need. I also handle all the essentials—feeding, litter box cleaning, fresh water, and of course, plenty of love and play (if they’re into it!). You’ll get regular updates and peace of mind knowing your cat is in caring, experienced hands.
About: I have taken care of the pets for family and friends for years, with many over night stays with them. Animals tend to be drawn to me and I can never get enough of the unconditional love that they provide! I am great with requests for the special care of your special furry family members! I work at a school, so we are currently in summer and I am off of work at 2 ever day of the week, but also available at night for any possible over night needs! I will not be taking animals to my home, as I have a roommate who has cats and they do not do well with other animals.

About: Aside from having 4 of my own, I also have outdoor cat shelters and keep an eye on the neighborhood cats while offering treats, food, and medical attention or tnr if necessary. My youngest cat I bottle fed and cared for from 3 weeks old, she is now 2. She was successfully introduced and integrated with 3 other cats and 2 dogs (which she was terrified of and I really had low hopes for but slow and steady really pays off)! My eldest cats (11) do require senior care with special diets and medications so I can definitely handle any special needs. I am willing to travel to you, or watch your cat in either a shared or private room, or kennel at my home if needed.
About: I am a caring and dependable dog walker with a genuine love and respect for animals. I currently walk two dogs Tuesday through Friday and have built a strong bond with them. One was shy and barked at me at first, but now happily runs up to greet me—an experience I truly value. I also volunteer at the Humane Society animal shelter, where I help feed cats, clean their cages, and walk dogs. At times, my responsible and gentle 14-year-old son assists me on walks, offering extra attention and care to the dogs. As a tutor and substitute teacher with a flexible schedule and summers off, I’m able to provide consistent, reliable care. My priority is making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My flexible schedule as a tutor and substitute teacher allows me free time to do pet sitting and dog walking. I tend to walk dogs between 8am to 11am and then do my substitute teaching job between 11:45 to 3:15pm and after that will walk a dog as needed. During the summer time Im free all day for walks and for house sitting. I will make sure to follow any instructions or recommendations from the client concerning the well being of their pet. I typically give the dog daily exercise 4 to 7 times per day. With the owner permission I will take dog to the dog park and keep a watchful eye on the dog at all times there. If I feel another dog is getting aggressive I will immediately remove the dog so nothing escalates.

“Throughout the time my girls are in her care, I am regularly updated with photos and messages, which puts my anxiety at ease knowing that my dogs are in good hands. The heat is now becoming an issue, but Marie made sure to not over-extend, nor over exhaust my girls, especially my senior lady, making alternative “safe” choices for them while meeting their stimulation needs. Also another note, always very accommodating with my schedule, making drop-ins &/or daycare a seamless experience. Thank you!”

“Madison is so sweet and was lovely to my puppy Willow! Her home is very dog friendly and her dog is great with puppies. He was exhausted when he got home! Thank you Madison!”

“This is the best puppy sitter EVER! She is truly an animal lover and goes above and beyond for my puppy. I can go to work with the peace of mind that my puppy is being well cared for. She provides plenty of videos and photos as well as plenty of potty breaks and tome outside. My puppy gets so excited when I drop him of for doggy daycare. Jenna is truly a blessing.”

“Sarah was incredibly thorough and made sure that my dog felt comfortable in a new space! Thank you so much for your time and giving Lou Lou an incredibly fun experience.”

About: From the time I was 3 years old, I've had 4 cats and 2 dogs! I have looked after pets for friends, family, and neighbors, and love them like my own. I have experience walking, bathing, feeding, and playing with cats and dogs. I am very good at teaching puppies new tricks! I also have experience administering both oral and injected medication to both dogs and cats. Let me love on your pet today! I’m currently a Stay At Home Mom to an 15 month old, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies while you’re away! I’m always home and ready to help. “Bean loved her time here and I loved getting pictures/videos/updates! We booked again immediately. ☺️ It was all good vibes from beginning to end and Bean slept sooooooo well when she got home. Thanks and see you again soon!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I don’t have any right now. My boy passed away a year ago so Would love to watch your baby for a while! I would need some advanced notice before watching your fur baby. Most weekends are open. I work part time so have a lot of free time but must check with my schedule. I have a big yard not fenced so would require a leash to walk your dog. Live on a dead end street a quiet area. I have no small children no animals of my own so your pet would have freedom in my home. And they would be allowed on the couch !!
“Kelli has been watching my Australian Shepard for nearly a month now on a weekly basis for doggie daycare. She does a wonderful job playing, walking, and caring for my Ruby. She manages Rubys high energy and chaotic personality. Kelli is a great experienced sitter and I would recommend her to anyone!!”

“Christine has been incredible! She’s very responsive, sends lots of pictures, and can help out on short notice! My dog loved her immediately. Looking forward to continuing services with her!”

“Awesome communicator who arrived promptly and maximized her time with our dog on each walk. He arrived home pooped, in the best way. Will definitely utilize Bri in the future!!!”

“I had a great experience with Emily walking my dog, Rocket! She let me know when she arrived, sent me photos, and provided a detailed summary of how the walk went. Because the conditions near my house meant Rocket could not walk a long distance, Emily spent the remainder of the time allotted for the walk working on some command training - she was very thoughtful in asking me beforehand to confirm what commands I was working on with Rocket. I'll be happy to book with Emily again!”

I understand the possible worry of having someone take care of your animals and I assure being vigilant will take top priority. While allowing playtime or taking them for walk, I will be sure to keep them safe!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 9 years old, and over the years I’ve looked after the pets of roommates, friends, and family. From energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs, I know how to give each pet the love, patience, and attention they need. I have hands-on experience with puppy training, daily walks, playtime, feeding, and medication if needed. Your dog’s happiness and safety are always my top priorities — I treat every furry friend like they’re my own! I currently work Mondays through Thursdays, but have lots of time in the mornings, evenings, and weekends to care for your pets! My schedule can be flexible which gives me the option to work with the schedule that works best for you and your pets. I care for pets like they’re my own! I follow their usual routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles so they feel comfortable and happy. In your home, I make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise while keeping things just the way they’re used to. In my home, I provide a safe, cozy space with lots of love and supervision.
About: I’ve always lived around animals while growing up, ever since I was a baby. I’ve always loved playing with animals and taking care of them I volunteer at one of a kind pets. I’ve always taken care of my animals since I was little. I would always take my pets on walks, feed them, play with them, take them to parks, etc. Another thing while growing up I used to always go to the library and read to dogs there, it was an event. Every once and a while I go to the animal shelter and spend time with cats and dogs giving them company. I am in college right now we can talk about when I have classes and when would be best times for me to do drop ins, walks, whatever you need! I feed my dog 3 times a day I understand that varies from the dog and let I him out time to time, we have a electric fence so it’s easier to let him out when he wants, but I have no problem taking dogs out on leashes. Also if your dog is would like company, I could bring mine!
“Alexa does a wonderful job with my six month old German shepherd mix puppy! She’s very attentive to my dog and obviously enjoys spending time with her. She takes her for walks and then plays with her in the yard to tire her out. I’ve been very pleased. She’s also very punctual and reliable.”

“Susan and her husband were great to work with. Our dog Max felt right at home. I will certainly have them watch our dog the next time we need a sitter! Thanks Susan!”

“Lindsay was an amazing sitter for my baby Theodore. She was attentive, patient, sweet, and also gives updates on how he was doing the whole time. I got daily pictures of him and it made me really happy. I will book her again and again. Highly recommend.”

“Keith and Rebecca took great care of my dog for the week. They were very responsive and sent me updates every day. Will definitely be back when I need someone to watch my dog again. Highly recommend”

“Isabel was great! We had her watch our dog Remi for one night and I received so many pictures and “pup dates” from her it was so nice. She even walked him and took him to the dog park, it seemed like he had a great time! I will definitely book with her again :)”
“Jessica took great are of our dog while we were away. The daily photos she sent showed that Sundance was comfortable in his temporary surroundings, which gave us peace of mind. She has a nice fenced yard where dogs can enjoy outdoors time. She was available for meet/greet and drop off/pick up. All went smoothly!”

“Savannah was awesome! She kept me up to date with both pictures and videos. My husband and I both commented on how nice it was to take Sylvie to Savannah's home, compared to a boarding kennel. She got a lot more love, attention and care and came home smelling great too!”

“Sarah was very thorough with details and understanding of our our elderly dog's needs. She was flexible and communicated well. Thanks for loving on our sweetie!”

About: All K9 Solutions is fully insured and licensed here in Akron OH. I've been training dogs for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. After I worked for reputable training companies, one here in Akron area as the head trainer, I decided to open my own company called All K9 Solutions. I grew up with dogs, and have experience with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks as I used to manage a farm as well. I personally network all over the US with other dog trainers. One of my recent travels has been to Kansas to help host a working dog workshop with a few small departments. I have two Belgian malinois who I strive for their needs to be met daily. From mental stimulation to physical stimulation while giving them a “job”. My youngest is 3 years old and does many sports (PSA, AKC sports, and has been dabbling in odor work), and my oldest is 10, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information to learn and dogs aren’t cookie cutter. I’m also an STSK9 MVP student for advanced obedience. I’m very passionate about teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how their psychology works. My business hours run from 7am-10pm. My availability is open from the afternoon to night time, this way all morning routines are completed, walks, potty breaks, feeding, training sessions etc. All dogs are boarded in a home environment instead of a facility. This way your dogs aren’t as stressed being away from you, and they can comfortably enjoy their vacation too. All dogs are kenneled to ensure safety (not investing anything they shouldn’t, no free roam 24/7 with other client’s dogs you don’t know, and they have their own space to decompress). Since the yard isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar with a longline when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more mental and physical stimulation for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she follows the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. Better safe than sorry. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare. Safety precautions are always taken. For the well being of the dogs and myself. Please note that I do require all important behaviors are made aware of by the owners before hand and I will notify owners upon any concern of sickness or bite risks. I send updates each day as well or will add photos to your rover card.
“Our puppies Duke and Bella had a PHENOMENAL experience with Nathan and Jenna. The communication was incredible and our puppies came home TIRED and so well loved!!! We HIGHLY recommend!!!”

“Cassie did a wonderful job taking care of our dog this weekend! It was his first time with her and she made him feel comfortable and at ease! We will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Isabella made sure our two dogs had a great time with her! They went to the dog park, on a hike, and even for a pup cup. She sent lots of pictures and was very communicative. We appreciate her taking on our last minute booking!”

About: Hi I’m Hayley! I have about a year of Rover experience, doing doggie drop ins and walks. A little bit about me: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs nearly my entire life. I’ve never met a cat I didn’t love! I have two super friendly poodle mixes Nova and Arlo. Not only have I taken care of cats/dogs for 20+ years, I’m also the first to volunteer to care for my friends and neighbors beloved pets. I once babysat a neighbors 30 outdoor cats! I also have experience with senior cats and dogs. My expertise with dogs are home visits, walking and fetch or playing. I have a toddler who also loves animals and will accompany me at times, so a friendly dog is a MUST. I will watch one small/medium dog at my home in Ravenna prior to meeting them to ensure they get along with my pups. I treat my pets like family members, and would love to care for yours as well! I work a flexible hybrid schedule so I’m willing to work with your schedule. I’m available for overnight doggy daycare at my home for one family friendly pup if you’re out of town. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly pups to keep your dog company. They love to play! I’m willing and able to crate if needed as well.
About: Hi, I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover, devoted dog mama of 13 years, and self‑proclaimed helicopter dog parent. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. My babies are in heaven now so I’ve joined rover as a pet sitter. I’ve spent the last decade-plus loving and supporting two very different pups with very different needs. My 16‑year‑old baby boy chihuahua Harley taught me everything about caring for a truly high‑maintenance senior dog. From medications and special feeding routines to extra snuggles, slow walks, and those middle‑of‑the‑night “I need you now” moments — I’ve handled it all with patience, gentleness, and heart. I also shared my life with my 11 year old Labrador-baby girl Lexi- who recently passed away from cancer on 5/19. Navigating that journey with her taught me deep compassion, vigilance, and emotional care. I became an expert in monitoring comfort levels, adjusting daily routines, and making every moment count. These experiences shaped the way I care for every dog who comes into my home: with attentiveness, understanding, and the same level of devotion I have given my own. • I treat your dog the way I treat mine — like family, full stop. • I am extremely attentive and present. If your pup needs something, I’m there. • Senior dogs, anxious pups, and high‑maintenance fur babies are welcome. I get them. • Dogs are absolutely allowed on furniture — cuddles are encouraged here. • We don’t have a fence, but I’m a safety‑first sitter. I leash dogs for every potty break and stay right with them. • Because I work from home, your dog will rarely be left alone. • My home is calm, cozy, and set up with pups in mind. Why I Do This I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone. They’re your heart. Your routine. Your little shadow. I’ve been in your shoes many times, I’ve used Rover in the past and my goal is to give you that same peace of mind I always looked for — knowing your pup is safe, loved, and truly understood. On weekdays I go to the gym 5-6am, and telework daily 630-3 in my private office with a comfy dog friendly couch. Sometimes I am home on the weekends and sometimes not so it depends on when you need care. If you’re unsure just message me and I can see if I am free. :) Our non-smoking home is pet friendly and I have a 12 year old daughter who loves animals. I do not have any animals in my home. For potty breaks your pet would be leashed.
“Sydney and her boyfriend completely spoiled my dog with attention during his stay! I loved receiving all of the pictures and updates, he looked like he was right at home with them. We are so glad we found her and are looking forward to using her again in the future!”
