About: I have previous experience in caring for an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix for long periods at a time. Being a high energy dog- I’m prepared for anything. I’m willing to help in whatever way I can- and provide your pet with love and attention! I have always had pets, but currently can’t afford to keep one myself. Growing up I had a Rottweiler and a Jack Russell, as I became a teenager we adopted a Pit Bull type dog who really changed my perception about the breed. I have high energy myself- so I love to be able to get dogs outside as much as possible and burn off a lot of their pent up energy. Dogs need it just as much as children do! I work a normal 9-5 job usually Monday- Friday but I have a partner who works from home, who I could argue loves pets as much as I do. I have a big yard and perfect sized home that is very safe for big and small pets as it is a single floor home. I do have a crate if needed for your fur baby and will treat them like my own pet.
About: I’ve had pets my whole life from childhood to adulthood. I was the child that found strays and brought them home! I have had dogs, cats, lizards and Guinea pigs. My pets are treated like family and I’ve always been on top of their health care and grooming. I currently have three cats, ages: 16,15,&two 4 year olds. I have an eight year old German Shepherd as well. At one time we had four dogs, and for cats! I was blessed to live in a large home with large fenced yard. I also have two grand cats, two grand dogs and one grand Guinea pig. My love of pets has past down to all my children. I also have access to military installations. I’m a retired teacher so Pet sitting is what I do! I travel and pet sit for areas that I’m interested in visiting so I’m often traveling to both cities and rural areas. I have my own transportation. I enjoy taking pictures of your loved ones for daily updates. I also have access to military installations. I will only provide care in the pets home. I’m a traveler right now so I can only sit in the clients home and Iam comfortable with that.
About: I've loved and cared for all types of animals throughout my entire life; dogs, cats, even horses! I've gained personal experience caring for my sister's senior pup when she moved overseas Cooper quickly became not only my pet,but a part of my family.Cooper was almost 15 before he passed,through the last 4 years of his life I cared for his medical needs including,multiple medications and building a small ramp due to his hip problems I have about 30 years of experience in the medical field,and a strong understanding for specific accommodations your fur babies may have I'm currently home and available for your fur babies full time I'm flexible and willing to work around schedules and any special preferences you or your pup may have. I live in a single family home with a fenced yard with room to play. With ability to create if need be or to your specific preferences. I also can separate if need be with multiple Gates and rooms
About: Have experience with multiple dog homes, and senior doggies needing meds and special care. Also have been sitting for a puppy now, so I welcome a challenge. I am not working right now so I'm very flexible with hours. I can be requested for short notice also and can make multiple visits in a day. Will treat and love your baby/babies as if they are my own. I have experience with senior or special needs dogs and giving medicines if needed.
About: I have had the pleasure of gaining experience through family and friends having me pet sit for them over the years! Large breed or small breed and many in-between! I work full-time Monday through Friday. I would be available most week nights after work and weekends generally for any of your pet care needs. About: I’ve have taken care of pets since I was a child. I have been with Rover since February 2023.I have a large yard and a little boy who loves animals. We spend a lot of time outdoors. If your pet likes that, they will be able to join us. I have a chain link kennel out in the yard and a lead where they have room to walk around and hang out outside of the kennel too. I work full time. I am available after 5:30 pm Mon-Fri. Weekends I’m free all day! About: I have had dogs since I was in preschool. I started my understanding of them and other animals when I turned nine. Since then, I always have had my and other people’s pets interest at heart. Today, my dogs are ages eight and eleven and I am their most trusted person in the house. I’ve trained them both despite being in school and I take care of their hygiene. This includes brushing their fur, washing them, and cleaning their teeth. When I am not taken care of their hygiene, I make sure they have a daily playtime or cuddle session so they have some love everyday. I have a part time job that requires me to work on Friday evenings, some Mondays, Wednesday nights, Friday nights, and Sunday however I do have a cancellation on those days sometimes and I will let clients know. Other than that I am very flexible on both weekdays and weekends. If I am unable to work, I will communicate immediately to the best of my ability. I make sure hazards are out of range and site of the animal in care. I don’t rush the bond, and take it to the pet’s pace for trust. At home, my dogs at senior dogs that I have trained since they were puppies and we have a lot of trust in each other and a great bond. I can’t perform service at my own house since I have a toddler sibling who my dogs have gotten used to but I do not want to stress anyone’s pets out. We also have family members who have allergies.
About: i’ve had animals from dogs to cats and so many other animals since i was a little girl. i love watching animals for other people. i currently don’t work due to medical issues so caring for others animals when they’re away would get me out of the house. i’m always available unless i am watching someone’s animal(s) i will take on many walks and feed when they need to be fed, make them feel like they’re my own, give so much love and also give space if need be. i treat it like i’m at a sleepover with friends but my friends are the pets

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
