About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who has cared for just about every kind of pet you can think of, dogs, cats, geckos, and everything in between. I’ve loved animals of all ages and personalities, and I’m comfortable with shy, playful, energetic, or senior pets. I am a medical social worker and keeping others safe and cared for is part of who I am. Honestly, I’m just looking to add more animal joy into my daily life! I’d love to care for your furry (or scaly!) family member and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’m available for boardings Thursday through Sunday, and during the week I can easily fit in walks and drop-in visits. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a longer cuddle session, or a good outdoor adventure, I can make it work. I regularly travel between Sacramento and Pollock Pines, so I’m happy to support families anywhere along Highway 50! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to build trust at your pet’s pace, paying close attention to their cues, routines, and comfort levels. Whether I’m in your home or out on a walk, I create a calm, predictable environment so your pet feels secure and understood. I treat every animal with the same care and respect I give my own. You can trust that your pet will be in safe hands, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere where they can relax, play, and be themselves.

About: I have taken care of small and very large breed dogs since I was a child. I am able to give medications appropriately as well as easily notice any signs of discomfort in animals. I read animals very well and am able to give them what they need to be comfortable. I moved last summer back here to Pollock. As I am taking time off from work right now I have plenty of free time to help you with your pets! I currently live in a mini cabin like studio on a property by myself. My family also live on the property in their own homes. We have almost an acre. Your pups would be inside mostly and only outside for restroom unless outside together. I can do walks or dog park routinely. I am also flexible and able to tend to each animals needs for whatever best suits them!

About: I'm a certified fitness coach& energy healer who's been in love with animals for as long as I can remember — so combining the two just made sense. I'm out running, walking, and hiking almost every day anyway, and I love having a dog along for the ride as my companion. Whether your pup needs a high-energy run to burn off zoomies, a steady long walk, or a scenic hike, I'll match their pace and keep them safe, happy, and well-exercised the whole time. I treat every dog like my own — plenty of affection, patience, and attention to their individual personality and needs. Your dog won't just get a walk; they'll get a genuine companion who's excited to see them. Pet care fits naturally into my everyday life rather than being a separate task I squeeze in. I teach fitness to private clients, which gives me a lot of flexibility in my schedule to take pups outside for walks, runs, or hikes throughout the day — not just squeezed into a narrow time slot. Whether I'm caring for pets in my own home or a client's, my priority is keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. In a client's home, I stick closely to their normal schedule — feeding times, walk routines, medications if needed — and make sure they have plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while their owner is away. As an active person who's out running, walking, or hiking daily, I love incorporating pets into that lifestyle, so they get real physical enrichment, not just a quick potty break. In my own home, pets are treated as part of the household — free to relax, cuddle, and settle in, with plenty of outdoor time and supervision. I'm attentive to each animal's individual personality and comfort level, and I always prioritize safety, whether that's pet-proofing a space, using secure leashes/harnesses, or simply reading their body language to know what they need.

About: I grew up in a home filled with animals, so caring for furry family members has always come naturally to me. During the 7+ years I lived in Philadelphia, I taught at a large charter school and began house and pet sitting on the side for fellow teachers and staff. Over the years, I had the privilege of caring for so many sweet furry babies, including pets who needed extra attention, medication, and around-the-clock care. I truly grew attached to many of them and missed them dearly when my Philly chapter came to a close in 2024. Today, I proudly call Sacramento home and am excited to share that same love and care with a new community of pet friends! I’m a firm believer that animals can see and feel the energy of humans in ways we sometimes cannot. I lead with warmth, patience, attentiveness, and genuinely good energy…and animals tend to pick up on that pretty quickly. I’ve yet to meet a furry friend who didn’t eventually warm up to me. 😊 I’m especially comfortable caring for pets who need a little extra support, including administering medications, following detailed routines, and providing consistent care throughout the day or night. I work best with thoughtful pet parents who deeply care for their animals, their homes, and the energy within both. When you book with me, you can expect plenty of LOVE, communication, respect for your space, and most importantly…ACCOUNTABILITY. 💛 I work remotely and have plenty of time to share with your furry family members. I love nature and take many walks/hikes as a form of self care. I’m sure we can work just about anything out—flexibility is our middle name😉.” Interactive pup toys to keep them engaged (i.e Kongs, Hide&Seek Treats) My energy can be extremely high most times so playtime is always a thing both indoors and out!! On a chill day/evening you’ll find my toddler (if approved) and I cuddled up or sprawled out on the floor with your fur babies vibing.🕯️

About: What sets me apart is the genuine care and attention I give every pet. I know every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I take the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I provide regular updates with photos, stick to your pet’s routine as closely as possible, and treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
