About: We have had dogs in our home our entire life. They are always a family member and treated with the best of love and care. I come from a family of breeders and a hunting and show dogs. Our seniors are loved and cared for savoring every last day. We have a ranch with plenty of room for your fur baby to run and explore as well as a huge dog run. We offer different places to keep them safe if running off leash is not the best for your baby. I am a self-employed realtor, who works from home. My husband is a rancher and contractor so one of us is typically home there are times of course when we leave but everybody is locked up safe and sound and they are also welcome to take the car ride with us should we need to run some errands. if it’s important that nobody ever leaves your baby, we can make that accommodation as well. We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: I have been a volunteer trainer with the Sierra At Tahoe Avalanche Dogs since I was about 10. My father runs the dog program so I grew up being taught how to train, take care of, and watch over dogs since I was a toddler. At the ski mountain I helped drill the dogs to find subjects in the snow, played, walked, fed, took to the bathroom, and watched over the dogs ages ranging from puppies to senior dogs. My family also has three dogs and three cats all of I have assisted in training, and most of the time look after on my own. I recently left my job so I am open full time with my schedule to take part in pet care. On some days I do need to watch my own animals since my parents work full time, but even then I am always available for even just a check in if needed! I make sure my pets have a set in feeding time as well as they have a signal for bathroom breaks, even if they do not show me they need to go I will periodically let them outside or take them on a walk. Besides just food and bathroom I love to work on skills, tricks, and just playing with the dogs throughout the day as to make sure they are enriched and happy. These qualities go for all animals I may watch too! I pride myself in being able to recognize their behavior so I can adapt for them what they need or want!

Hi my name is Corbin. I'm an 11 year old border collie "puppy that needs a lot of exercise. My mom found me a new friend - Dakota - who comes and takes me for walks and to the dog park for work outs. I'm kind of afraid of new people, but after a few minutes I knew I was going to like Dakota. He is very kind and patient with me. My mom tells me when Dakota is about to arrive. He has been reliable and on time which is very important to me as I'm not very good at waiting. My mom is really happy because each time Dakota takes me out, I come back happy and very well exercised! Thank you Dakota! Corbin (and his mom, Mary)

About: I’ve taken care of all dogs including seniors and puppies throughout my whole life. Many family members have trusted me with their dogs while they are out of town and I always love getting to spend quality time with their pets and comforting them while they’re missing their humans. I also had cats and kittens for a brief time when I was younger and I absolutely loved them! Each animal is unique and I love getting to know them! I have always felt a deep connection to all animals and recently earned a degree to work in wildlife conservation to help as many animals as I can! I just moved to the SLC area and would love to find new clients in the area! I’m currently working at a coffee shop 3 mornings a week and am completely available any other times :) I will do exactly as you ask of me to make sure you and your pet are comfortable! I will always prioritize the safety of the animals.

About: Hello, I am a patient and kind care provider for pets of all sizes, ages, and energy levels; including exotics and livestock. In addition to growing up on the Vargas Cattle Ranch in Fremont, California, I have many years experience as a foster pet mom and respite pet caregiver. My specialties are orphan care and special needs requiring medication and or specialized attention after surgery. I have occasionally provided respite to animal rescue homes with up to 15 animals when the proprietors are out of state on vacation. In addition, I scored a proficient level on "Indeed's" veterinarian technician assessment in the areas of knowledge of common medications, vaccines in medical tests as well as skill in addressing animals needs during treatment. I am also a retired certified nurse aide with first responder medical training, a safe driver with car insurance, and a trusted provider with a clean Federal back ground clearance as a Notary Public for the state of California. I serve all of Amador County. Although I would consider other counties on a case by case basis. I am a retired Health Care Provider with many years of Special Needs Pet Sitting experience and prefer to stay busy on my 3 acres of fenced in property. My pets and the pets that I host enjoy joining me on morning and afternoon walks on trails and playing fetch. I keep a close eye on them when we are outside. Then we all snuggle up on the couch and dog beds after meals while we watch a fun movie together.

Unless otherwise agreed upon my normal rates for stays within 15 miles of Diamond Springs are: $40 for 1-3 pets per night for up to a 12 hour stay (for example from 7pm on a Friday to 7am Saturday morning) $50 for 1-3 pets for 12-18 hr overnight stay $60 for 1-3 pets for an 18-24 hour overnight stay Longer distances may affect rates. We can discuss your needs at a free Meet & Greet session or feel free to contact me for a quote or other information. I manage my own schedule and my priority is spending as much time as possible pet sitting and caring for animals. I think the more the merrier which is why I include up to 3 pets in my standard rates. Each pet is given their fair share of my attention and care. I think all pets deserve as much diversity and entertainment as is recommended for their breed or type so I strive to create safe activities and an environment that keeps them stimulated and happy.

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. I've learned a lot about dogs from great people like ceaser milon and the dog father, and many great people I've met along the way on my travels in the military. Your dogs will be well taken care of under my care. I have decided to do this as a full time gig. I want to be my own boss and work better with animals then I do people lol. I have delt with dogs of every age from my grandparents older German Shepard of 14 years old to my dog Mr. Buddy as a young 12 week old pup. I can assure that I will adhere to any safety practices that you want for your fur baby. I also have my 4 year old Aussie, Mr. Buddy, that does great with other dogs and socializing them. I've seen him help mentally troubled dogs many times. Off course I will not bring him if the client doesn't want him there. But once again I care assure that any dog will be safe under my care.

About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs, fish, and especially cats! I have training from the SPCA on dog walking, cat care, and some skill/behavioral training for both cats and dogs. I have 3 years of fish keeping experience. I currently have my own cat (he’s orange!) and I am fostering a mother and her kitten for the time being. I am willing to help clean around the house as well! I have indoor/outdoor plants and I can take care of your plants while you are away - I have a green thumb :) I’ve helped friends and clients with farm animals, including feeding and cleaning their spaces. If directed I can help with other farm projects. I am looking to take on as many hours as possible! I am currently in college, but only have classes Monday and Wednesday and can work around my school schedule. I am unable to bring pets home due to having my own cat and living in an apartment with a single pet deposit! But I am just fine coming to you! I offer dog walking, some behavioral training while pet sitting/walking, in home pet sitting, and I can do small cleaning projects for a minimal extra charge. I am gentle with the animals and can do grooming such as brushing and can try nail clipping if your pets allow it!

About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of caring for pets — I’ve had animals since I was a kid, and my own elderly chihuahua keeps me tuned in to the love and patience pets need at every stage of life. I’m gentle with seniors, patient with puppies, and treat every animal like family. With my background as a personal assistant, I’m reliable, organized, and attentive to all the little details that keep pets happy and safe. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life — I care for my own elderly chihuahua every day, so things like walks, feeding, snuggles, and keeping routines are already built into my schedule. I also work as a personal assistant, which means I’m organized, flexible, and used to balancing responsibilities with care and attention. Making time for animals is easy for me because it’s something I truly enjoy and value. I have a flexible schedule and for the most part I can fit into your routine. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow your instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and double-check that doors, gates, and food/medications are handled with care. I take time to create a calm, loving environment so your pets feel secure and comfortable while you’re away. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, happy, and cared for like family. At my own home, my elderly gal gets free run of the space. She sleeps on the bed, we do walks, treats, and play with her favorite toys (her llama with a unicorn horn), you dog would receive the same treatment. :)

About: I've been pet sitting since the age of 9 (10 years give or take) doing both drop in visits and live-in care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish. I keep in close contact with the owners during my stays; sending pictures, giving updates and sending questions. I'm a 20 year old non-drinker, non-smoker, people can trust me in their homes with their fur babies while they're away. You can count on your animal feeling just as wanted and treasured while you're away as they do when you're home because animals are my passion and joy in life. I have a very natural, sweet, yet firm and understanding way with animals. I have a pretty open schedule and I’m able to pet sit throughout the week and weekends overnight! I can discuss times and dates with the client! I make sure to squire all the needs for the pet such as feeding, walking, playing, and petting. About: Hello! I am an eager and positive college student looking forward to pet sitting this summer. I have a lot of experience with dogs and cats, and am very happy to take care and spend time with them. I helped raise my rescue pit bull since she was a puppy, and the same prompt and dedicated schedule and care I have for her, I will have for your pet too! I can’t wait to get started :) I am currently working part-time at a restaurant, so I will make as much time as you’d like to be available for your pet! Depending on your individual schedule and pet, I am willing to be flexible and available to your needs. I have a pit bull who is 6 now, but when we rescued her she was my first real pet. I helped train her, potty and walk training, and my family and I have created a nurturing and loving home for her. No matter what service you hire me for, I will care for your pet and create that same environment as well.
