About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover, American Sign Language (ASL) professor, and proud Deaf pet sitter. I treat your pets like family—with calm energy, play, and lots of love. Whether it’s senior pets, puppies, shy cats, or playful kittens, I create a peaceful space where they can thrive. My bilingual service dog is also fantastic with other animals. About: I have over 7 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities—from small breed seniors to high-energy breeds. Jinger (My own pup) is a 6-year-old Female Malinois-Lab mix, so I’m especially familiar with energetic dogs who need structure, attention, and enrichment to thrive.  Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, rescues, and dogs with unique needs—including leash reactivity, anxiety, and medical routines. The wonderful folks at Southside pet shop had taught me Animal Husbandry by the book (literally). During my time there I had taken care of a wide variety of pets in a professional setting. I comfortable caring cats, and exotic pets too- I am more than at home in a multi-pet household.  I ALWAYS approach every pet with patience and empathy. I understand that every animal is different, so I change my care-style (never quality!) to match their needs—whether that’s a long walk, playtime, cuddles or medical needs.  If you need drop-in visits, house sitting, or just someone to give your dog an afternoon potty break, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, understood, and loved. You can expect daily updates and plenty of photos, Rest assured! Pet sitting is my full-time profession and passion, alongside my work as a freelance artist. I have professional experience in animal husbandry; I’m able to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy doing both traditional and digital art; my favorite are pet portraits! If there is downtime while I am petsitting, I’m usually doing art! In both my own home and when caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owners instructions, because I understand this routine is in place to keep them comfortable, and healthy. This includes using toys, treats and games to make their day rewarding and fun. Maintaining a clean environment is a top priority; food and water bowls are washed regularly and I always make sure each pet is fed according to their specified guidelines.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was ten years old! Between looking after my own dog and my family's, I have the experience and love to make sure your furry friend gets the attention they deserve! I'm a middle school teacher in the Louisville area, so weekends are the best for house sitting and longer watching periods! During the weekday afternoons, I would love to help check in, play with your pup, or give them a nice long walk! Communication is the most important thing. I will always follow the wishes of the owner to make sure your pets are cared for in the most consistent way possible. Your boundaries are mine, and I always act in the best interest of you and your pets!

About: I am experienced with dogs of all sizes and cats! I love animals & all their quirks! I have a dog as well as two cats. I can’t wait to meet your fur baby! I am currently working from home so I am open to care for your pet in any way they need! Whether they are big, small, chill, or active. I have a large fenced in yard and a very friendly pup to keep your fur babies company. I believe positive reinforcement is the only productive way to interact with animals.

About: I absolutely love animals and have my whole life. I just know my last words are going to be "pst pst...come here buddy" as I walk up to a big cat or something. I have had pets ever since I was little and have always considered them apart of my family. I have experience with the care of cats & dogs and I would be delighted to care for your fur baby! Currently this is my full time gig, so I am available for walks and check ins all through the day. I can also do overnight stays with your fur baby (in your home only). I am available to take walk doggos during the day/evening and even do some check ins to make sure they have all they need. Overnights will be in your home so your fur baby is in a familiar environment that they are comfy in.

About: I have been a general sitter since I was a teenager. I love learning about a pet’s routine, their personalities, and what keeps them happy! I’m currently pursuing pet sitting and house sitting full time, so I can watch your pets at any time! This includes weekends and curtain holidays. Regular check ins as I’ll make sure your pets are consistently and have learned to know when a pet is sick or in distress. I’ll also keep you updated!

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, and with housesitting as well. I am able to help support animals who have health concerns, special needs, and anxiety. I can administer medication and give shots as well. I have a senior kitty and an adult age cat myself, so plenty of experience with senior care. And I have experience with dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors. I am happy to work with any owner to accommodate their pets needs and make them feel comfortable while they are away. I am have nearly full availability the next couple of months, so please reach out and I should be able to accommodate any time frame. I will abide by all house and property rules for the animals safety which includes leashes, fences, walking paths. I am happy to work with owners on what they are most comfortable with. I do not bring pets inside my home as my cats are usually not friendly to that! But I am always happy to stay at others homes.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting dogs and cats since my early teens. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and medical needs, including diabetic dogs requiring insulin injections, blind dogs, pets with seizures, and dogs with mobility and potty issues. I’m comfortable administering medications and providing extra patience and attention to senior pets or those needing specialized care. I’ve also fostered dogs and cats through my local shelter, caring for everything from puppies and kittens learning the ropes to senior dogs needing diapers and additional support. My experience fostering has helped me become adaptable, calm, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I currently have two dogs of my own, Murphy and Lucky, they are my whole heart and I love every pet I care as if they were part of my family. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work overnight shifts from 9pm–5am, Monday-Friday, which gives me a flexible daytime schedule. I’m able to adjust my sleep schedule as needed, so I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, medication administration, playtime, and overnight care. In my home, I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, cared for, and entertained. I have a fully fenced-in yard that backs up to a park, which gives dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a separate guest room available if an owner prefers their pet to have their own quiet space during their stay with us. I understand that every pet has different routines and comfort levels, so I try to keep their schedule as consistent as possible with feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to accommodate senior pets, puppies, and pets with medical or mobility needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable in their familiar environment while keeping up with their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care, and I know how important communication and reliability are while you’re away from your pets. I love to send parent’s updates on their babies and we can work out details on how frequently you would like pictures sent!

About: My beloved family dog passed away right before COVID and left a animal shaped hole in my heart. I’ve been watching dogs ever since and love enjoying all their different personalities. If you’re looking for someone to absolutely love on your pet, I’m your gal. I’m extremely flexible and understand that everyone prefers to raise their pets differently and I will respect all those needs during my time with your pet. I am open to most any accommodations needed. I love going on walks, runs, and hikes with the active dogs but I also LOVE being cozy in the house with sleepier pets. At the end of the day I’m just a girl that wants to love on your pet as much as you do! I am a local graphic designer. I have the convenient ability to work from home when desired so my weekday and weekend schedule is flexible. I live in a home without a fenced in backyard but am in walking distance to a park. I do live with my boyfriend and he is always begging me to watch more dogs so he will provide extra EXTRA loving on top of my own. As for house sitting I always respect your space and always try to leave it better than when I came.
