“Shannon - can’t thank you enough for caring for Abby this past weekend. So glad we met! Abby was so content when we came home. I’ll send you some more dates :). Highly recommend Shannon to care for your fur babies - great communication and sharing while we we’re away.”
2. Antonio H.
“Antonio was exactly what we were looking for to take care of our home and our 4 legged kids. 2 chocolate labs and mama kitty. My husband and I felt very comfortable leaving town. The pictures he took showed us how much fun they were having without us. Thank you Antonio! Max and Marley can’t wait to have you back. 😀”
3. Brea M.
“Took great care of my doggos and checked in with me with any question she had. Highly recommend!”

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I have been volunteering at a local animal shelter for the past 6 months doing dog walking and socialization, and I have been trained in how to handle dogs with anxiety and aggressive dogs. I am also certified through Red Cross in cat and dog first aid. As an animal shelter volunteer I have gained valuable experience with dogs from all walks of life and new furry friends. I have been pet sitting for over 20 years, and when I moved to Redding for ministry school, pet sitting was part of how I helped support myself through school. I had 4 dogs growing up, the last of which was a family dog we had for 11 years (black standard poodle). I work 2 part time jobs throughout the week, and my schedule is such that I am looking to walk dogs, do house sitting, drop-ins, baths, etc. My condominium and apartment complex is pet friendly, but the apartment I rent out is not. I’m able to walk pets around the neighborhood but I’m not able to do boarding at this time.
5. Claire S.
“We have left our pets in Claire’s care several times, and always come home to happy, healthy animals. With two dogs, three cats and a parrot, we needed someone with multi-animal experience, and patience. We will definitely be using Claire’s services again.”
6. Jason H.
“I’m definitely making Jason my go to guy whenever we need to leave our pups. This was our first time using a pet sitter other than family, but after meeting Jason and seeing how great my dogs reacted to him, I had no worries. He kept us updated constantly with pics and kept up on their activity better than even I can sometimes. Jason is amazing and I highly recommend him to care for your pets!”
7. Adava H.
About: I grew up around animals my whole life. My dad would take them in, but not take good care of them. As a kid, I stepped up to the plate and made sure I would treat the animals he brought in love and respect they deserve! I used the knowledge gained in childhood to snag my dream job in animal care; primarily with kittens! While I’ve always been a felidae fanatic, I love to learn about furry fuzzy guys and deep sea critters alike. Feel free to leave me a detailed list (behavior, medicine schedules, grooming habits, favorite song etc.) so I can give your buddy the best of care in your absence! I currently work overnight Sat-Mon (12 AM - 8 AM) through November, so I can only stay overnights Tue-Thurs. Otherwise, my availability is open and flexible for drop-ins, walkie times, bathroom breaks and whatever your baby might need! This includes holidays! If you’re like me, you’re constantly anxious about how your little darlings are doing when you’re not there. Leave me a detailed list (no detail is unneeded!) and I will follow it to a tee. The health, safety and happiness of your fur babies is just as important to me as it is you! Be free to text me to check in and ask for some pics of your little guy, I got plenty of space on my phone!
8. Crystal B.
“OMG! My kitties loved Crystal! We got lots of photos and updates during our trip. We made an excellent choice with Crystal and she will be our go-to sitter from now on. The kitties and we feel like we have gained a new member of our family. LOVE HER!”
9. Abigail L.
About: I have raised animals all my life and I’ve worked at my college farm for a semester, I have worked in the local animal shelter… I’m a college student going towards agriculture trades and my AS in science. I’m available whenever. I’m starting summer classes soon but I’ll make time I give them love, clean up after them, walk them, play with them, take care of them, safe environment, keep up with their training etc
10. Mindy J.
“Mindy and her husband arrived promptly at our hotel to care for our dog while we attended a memorial service over 4 hrs long. They fed, walked and spent quality time together, and sent several photos to me . I would highly recommend them , especially to anyone traveling and in need of hotel Pet care in their absence, at a reasonable rate.”
11. Annie G.
“Annie has long been our go to girl for care of our 85 pound Labradoodle. Our furry face boy very obviously loves Annie and gives her the whirly swirly tail whenever she arrives. Annie follows directions to the letter and I would entrust her to administer medications to my doggo. Whether it’s doggy walks, doggy off leash park visits or hanging with the doggie while housesitting I trust Annie to be on time, responsible, and caring. I highly recommend Annie.”
12. Macey G.
“Macey sent tons of photos and updates while she was house sitting and taking care of our animals. Would definitely recommend to a friend and book again.”
13. Emilly M.
About: I genuinely just love my pets and hope to make some extra cash for college. I’m majoring in nursing. I’ve had a lot of experience with all different types of animals! I have a very flexible schedule. So most days just work for me if we plan it ahead of time so that I can get it into my calendar. If I bring your animal home with me I’d like to keep them inside if possible. I just like to keep my eye on the pets. But I also have two friend dogs in the backyard that would love a friend to play with if that is preferred.
14. Sydnee D.
“Amazing Syd took care of my four dogs and my house was clean when we came back home. Definitely recommend her to watch you’re house and pups.”
15. Hailee O.
About: I’ve always understood dogs better than I understand cat humans and so it would be a dream to be able to work in the pet care field once again. I excel in an environment that allows me to work with dogs, and even cats, and I always put their knees and wants as my main priority. Choose me for your pet care and you won’t be disappointed, guaranteed!! I have a pretty open schedule and I’m available anytime needed. And even after I get busy, I excel at juggling life with my job, especially I’m passionate about the job. As of right now, I do not have a home I can bring dogs to or board at because I am in a small apartment with my two dogs, I am moving soon but until then I can just do pet sitting at the clients house and dog walking
