About: I am the person my friends and coworkers call when they find a turtle, have a question about their betta fish or puppy chewing on the table legs! I have been interested in small animal care and husbandry since I was 10. I have worked and volunteered at animal shelters, was a wildlife and baby bird rehabilitator and even did an internship on a farm caring for 50 chickens! I am available to care for your animals during the week with prior notice and would occasionally be available on Saturday. I am flexible but do have animals to care for myself and like to try and keep a routine. I currently have two dogs of my own and have extensive experience caring for senior dogs. Ensuring there are secure fence perimeters, closed gates and doors is something that is automatic for me.

I have owned multiple dogs of different sizes and cared for multiple kinds of reptiles. I have experience carrying for special needs dogs as two of our dogs needed extensive medical care and medication administered multiple times of day as they near the end of their lives. I consider myself to be very calm and respectful of people’s fur babies and home. I’m currently working part time, just 10 hours a week and I spend most of my time when I’m not working doing schoolwork. I’m a local college student and avid pet lover, so should you choose to have me in your house? I’ll spend most of my time caring for your pets and reading my textbooks. I’m a quick learner and can follow any instructions you set for me. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I also have experience with reptiles and heating requirements and general feeding schedules.

About: I have a lifetime of farm life! I have helped care for many sweet dogs, cats, donkeys, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, guinea hens, reptiles, birds and more! I work with integrity and I communicate very well. I'm well rounded in my experiences and qualities provided. I'm confident I can meet anyone's needs as far as great animal care. You'll see many photos i've posted of my sweet white lab-wolf mix, she passed away two years ago. Hank my youngest sons sweet boxer passed away just about five months ago. Losing our family members has been very hard. Taking care of pets has filled my heart with healing love and energy. Pet care is a full time job. I schedule my weeks accordingly. I keep my calendar flexible and I can usually meet anyone's pet needs for the day. I will schedule to meet you and we can walk through the routine your pet needs in your home. I am flexible and can take pets in my car if needed. I'll follow instructions as given and make sure safety is my first choice.
