About: Honestly, I don't think I've gone more than a few months of my life without a pet around. I grew up with dogs and have since lived with and looked after dobermans, beagles, doodles, pointers, and pitbulls, amongst others, so a big, strong, or stubborn dog doesn't throw me off, and neither does a nervous first-timer. I've also lived with cats for years, so I speak fluent "aloof but secretly obsessed with you." Along the way I've picked up a lot of the extra care stuff almost by accident: giving meds on a schedule, handling a dog with leash reactivity, sticking to a strict routine for an anxious pet, being patient with a senior pet who needs a little more help getting around. I'm not saying I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot, and I actually enjoy the pets who need a bit more thought and attention. They're usually the most rewarding ones to work with. I'm currently a full-time master's student, and don't currently have other part-time work, but I will communicate if that changes in the future. I do have evening classes that are online except for one. Otherwise, I'm available to spend time with your fur babies. I like sitting in your pet's own home when that's an option. It just tends to be less stressful for them than a strange new place. Every pet's a little different, so I'm not going in with a fixed routine; I'd rather figure out what actually works for your dog or cat and stick to that. If your pet needs meds, has a quirk, or gets nervous easily, that's not a dealbreaker for me, if anything, tell me more, because I want to get it right.

About: I've been pet sitting since high school. I looked after the neighborhood pets until I graduated. I've been sitting in Tennessee since I moved here in 2011. I've also fostered dogs through various rescues. I'm a school teacher so I'm free most evenings and weekends. Once summer starts I'll be more flexible. I have a dog so I can only provide drop ins. I offer drop in visits for your pet. I'll be able to take them for walks and administer meds or refresh food and water for your pet.

About: Hello! I would love to take care of your dog while you are away! We now have a sweet cavapoo so your dog needs to be friendly to other dogs. I am home all the time so your dog will receive plenty of love and attention. In order to provide individualized attention I will only house sit one dog at a time. I can take your dog for walks or they can stay home, whatever you prefer. Your dog will be treated like family in my home. My family always had small dogs so I will only house sit little guys that are good and gentle to children and our puppy. We have had experience with senior dogs and dogs that required medication. I will just need detailed instructions on how to better care for them. I look forward meeting you and your sweet little pet. We are usually home all the time. My husband works from home, so someone will be with your dog at all times except rare exceptions. We have a fenced yard and your dog will always be supervised. We also put gates on the front porch when a dog is visiting to avoid runaways. We have a friendly small Cavapoo so your dogs needs to get along with other dogs.

I started working with animals when I was very young, volunteering for fostering, working at shelters, and working for rescue groups. I grew up in the country where we used to have a ton of animals! Dogs, cats, (even chickens and gunnies). I now live in a spacious house in nashville with my hisband, daughter, 2 rescue dogs and rescue cat. The past year, I have been fostering for a local rescue. I’m so fortunate my two dogs get along well with others. My house is a dogs dream, as we have a huge fenced in back yard and I work from home! So they run until their heart is content. We welcome all breeds here and would love to meet you and your furry companion. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible! I let my dogs in and out many times a day - our house is equipped with all the toys and beds a dog could want I take safety very seriously. Especially when it’s a life I’m responsible for. Ensuring all locks are locked and precautions are in place before walking or letting out a dog is my number one focus. Then we can have all the fun!

I know my family has had a hard time finding good help with our dogs when we want to go on vacation so I’d like to be there for yours. Working from home allows me whatever schedule is needed to accommodate your best friend. I am available for fetch and feeding at any time. I work from home on my own schedule, so my days are pretty open. I am able to work around any schedule, any time of the day. Give me instructions on how you care for your pet and I will strive to make the transition as seamless as possible. Do you mix wet and dry food? Do they get a cuddle after eating? About: I have worked at doggy daycare where I received training on dog behavior. We learned how to better care for dogs and understand them better by their behavior. We also learned some training techniques and fun,healthy snacks to make I just graduated college and have a full gap year before I start medical school. As of now I have so much free time and would like to use it having fun, which includes my love for animals. I have multiple leashes and a dog car seat in case we had to ever go anywhere. I also have a small fur baby who loves to play with other dogs and keep yours company. I have lots of treats and like to make homemade ones as well.
