This journey started after volunteering for a few months at a local humane society and wanting to spend more of our time with dogs. Since starting our Rover journey, we have been trusted with the privilege of caring for many of our friends' and family's dogs. With us, you can be sure that your dog will be in the hands of someone who enjoys dogs and their loving nature! == MEET AND GREETS == We personally do not require meet and greets but are more than willing to accommodate your request to have one, as we understand and value a mutually harmonious fit between all parties. Meet and greets will take place in the front yard and be limited to 10-15 minutes. Also, please know that we do not give tours due to liability reasons, however there are pictures on our profile to reference if needed. Our home is spacious, safe, secure and clean! PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Daycare rates cover up to 12 hours ( pricing can be adjusted for half days etc) Boarding rates covers 24 hours *If a daycare stay exceeds 12 hours, additional rates will be automatically applied. **If a boarding stay exceeds 24 hours by more than 2 hours, additional rates will be automatically applied. ***A convenience fee of $10 will be applied to any drop off or pick up prior to 7am. Thanks for reading and we hope to meet you and your best friend! == SCHEDULE == Our family is are full time dog sitters (I am a stay at home Mom) and Eric (husband) still works his full time job in the military typically 8am-2pm. We are committed to have a dog loving and caring life while balancing our "weekends". We are typically able to accommodate changes in your schedule/needs to adjust pick up and drop off times. Please let us know as soon as possible about any adjustments needed. == DURING YOUR PUPS STAY == Upon a dog's first arrival, we strictly monitor their interactions with any other dog to be aware of any dynamics we need to be concerned about. We do not hesitate to separate dogs into different play areas if anything seems off. Our property is fully fenced on all sides, and we have gates to keep even the best escape artist pups safe. Dogs have full access to our entire downstairs which open up to a well-maintained fenced in yard. == FEEDING == During feeding time, your dog will fed in their crate or a play pen area to prevent food aggression and upset stomachs caused by consuming foreign dog food of other pups. == SLEEPING == Crate-trained dogs will sleep in crates (please specify if your dog is used to a certain size, as we have a wide variety of sizes available. Dogs who are not crate trained will sleep in a pen. Special accommodations can be made for dogs who are not able to do either of those. == WALKS == While it is our goal to make sure each dog get proper exercise and socialization, we do not provide walks during boarding due to liability and risk factors involved with walks (dogs escaping from harness, eating something off the side walk, coming into contact with an unfriendly dog, etc). We do, however give them plenty of outdoor time with the other dogs or solo to socialize and play, which we find is ample exercise for the pups that stay with us. REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PET Prior to dropping off, please fill out your dog's bio as much as possible. == THINGS WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DOG == -Is your pup sick and/or contagious? -Quirks or habits that would be helpful to know (humping, chewing on paws, separation anxiety, excessive barking, etc). -Current or past illnesses, injuries, or traumatic history/triggers. -If they are taking any medication or require any special care instructions. -Is your pup up to date on vaccinations and flea & tick medication. We understand vaccines are not bulletproof and that some illnesses may have an extended incubation period but we highly recommend the vaccines to create the safest experience. *Please know that we are unable to care for sick/contagious dogs. If your pup shows any signs of disease or illness, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure you receive a proper refund. If we discover that your pup is exhibiting obvious symptoms of disease with the first 12 hours with us, your dog will need to be picked up and no refund will be issued. I am a stay at home mama. I pick up and drop off my children at school and have the rest of the day free to help take care of your dogs. We live in a very clean two-story home, fenced in yard, and all the necessities required to properly care for your pets. You will not need to worry as they will be in safe and good care during their appointments. I love to be outside and can travel for drop-ins, walks, and even in home sitting!

I love to accommodate anyone I work for, as the current couple I fur baby sit for I watch their fur babies in their home. As I ensure all animals are taken care of, fed, cleaned, & their household is left the way they like it when they return home. Taking strolls around the neighborhood for the doggies and leaving blinds open so that the cat can sun bathe leaves both fur babies happy.

About: From a young age I've been helping my mother take care of the many dogs we owned. Through the years we've also had everything from horses, cats, chickens, pigs and even rodents. It just seems fitting now that I'm an adult I would become an animal caretaker. I am willing to take care of almost any animal, if you have something unusual just ask. However I do prefer to not have to take care of certain reptiles. I'm currently unemployed so I am available most times of the week. I'm able to come take care of your pets whenever you are in need. I will follow all the rules that you would have about your pet and home. I will keep a very watchful eye on them at all times.

“This was our first time booking with anyone, and it was just a drop in visit for a few hours while we were on a day trip, but it was just perfect. Kelsey let me know when he had arrived and sent me lots of pics (which I loved) and kept me updated on how it was going. We had good communication back and forth and it was a great peace of mind for me to know the dogs were all good. They had a great break with Kelsey and lots of time to be outside if they wanted, or to cuddle with Kelsey as one of them did a great deal, and just overall a nice social break in their day.”

About: I've been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have experience with large, medium, and small dogs. I have experience with rescues that have special needs, puppies, as well as senior care. I’m happy to specialize each experience for max comfort for your pup. I have a remote job and am flexible with scheduling around your pups needs. There are times when I am unavailable but I will always have any walks, visits or day cares scheduled accordingly . I have a corgi mix of my own that goes on walks and potty breaks at a regular schedule. I have a fenced yard and a friendly corgi mix to keep any pups company. I do not have a crate but if provide one I have no problem if that is better for your pup.
