About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have experience with all ages and senior care, as my childhood dog is now 13, and I frequently pet sit and care for her. About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. Adopted a 3rd torti cat in the Spring of 2014 (named Hallie B). I adopted a chihuahua in the Fall of 2016 (named Clara my grandmother’s name). With the exception of Hallie B they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The 1st in December 2020 then June 2021 and most recently in May of this year :-( 🐾🐾🐾 They were adopted as Seniors. They were the best. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours WEDNESDAY thru SATURDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Sunday thru Tuesday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. Quality. Compassionate. About: We have so many pets, I’m sure I can share my love to your pets! I love playing with dogs and cats and being able to help out wherever I’m needed! I am currently a professional dancer but I have a very flexible schedule! Happy to help out whenever is convenient for you and your schedule. I have no problem cleaning litter boxes, cleaning up animal pee and poop (should they have an accident in the house), and I love going on walks. I also love being able to love on those sweet faces.
About: I have been taking car of all kinds of dogs for years. I've watched dogs from Labrador puppies to senior German Shepards. I've owned dogs my whole life and I've always had a special bond with them. Dogs usually gravitate towards me because I am a very fun and light hearted person. My friends often refer to me as a Disney princess because of how I am with animals. I belive all animals need love and respect and I always do my best to make them feel safe and loved. I am a nanny for a mother of three during the day but I am usually only needed two or three days a week so my weekends are completely free. Even days when I watch my kids I am off by 3pm and can spend evenings with the pets. I have several dogs of my own so my house is fully equipped with w fenced in yard and my house is pet safe. In regards to a clients home I would of course check what the client has in place but as a pet owner I am also aware pets can be sneaky and love to get into mischief. I am always checking on clients pets making sure they are safe and not getting into things they shouldn't. I am also certified in pet cpr and massage therapy incase a pet does get into distress or if they need some other help with pain. Over all my priority is always the health and safety of my client beloved pets.
