About: I’d say what really sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about the pets I’m watching. I don’t just “check in” on them I try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owner is away. I take time to learn their personality, routines, and little habits so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar to them. I have experience with both young and senior pets. With puppies, I’m patient and consistent with things like potty training, basic commands, and building good habits. With older pets, I understand they may need a slower pace, extra attention, or help with things like medication and sticking to a routine. I’m also big on communication I like to send updates and pictures so you know your pet is doing well. Overall, I just treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure they feel as happy and stress free as possible. I currently live with my partner and my puppy all i do at home is do online school and take care of my puppy all day! I have a fenced backyard a pet safe house with pet gates as well lots of toys and food of course! I love caring for pets i am studying to become a Vet tech

About: Like staying in shape by taking jogs or walks to the park and having a companion come along. Like to have little or big company to play with and help train to help them learn their tricks. Pet loving family that will enjoy the extra company on my days off work. I have had a few pets that I enjoyed coming home to and playing with but due to budgets and lack of free time was not able to care for my pets full time so we gave them away to our family member that was in love with them and now they have full attention from their owners and are happy. Since I can't have my pets I would like to still have some part time to fill that void.

About: Hi, I’m Mandy! I’m an Animal Science graduate from Cal Poly with a lifelong love for animals and hands-on experience caring for all kinds of pets. During college, I worked at a professional doggy daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, personalities, and energy levels. My experience has taught me that caring for a dog is about more than just walks, meals, and playtime—it’s about understanding them. I’m very familiar with dog body language and behavior and pay close attention to the little things that tell me how a pup is feeling. Whether your dog is playful and energetic, shy and cautious, or somewhere in between, I take the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable. Communication is a huge priority for me. If your pup gets injured, has an upset stomach, vomits, has diarrhea, starts acting differently, or simply seems a little “off,” I’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll never be left wondering how your pup is doing while they’re in my care! And because I know how much we all miss our pets when we’re away, I’ll provide daily report cards so you can keep up with all the fun, cuddles, walks, and adventures your pup had that day. 🐶💕 My goal is to give your pup the same patience, attention, and care I would want someone to give my own pets. I currently work from home, so I’m home for most of the day and have plenty of flexibility to give your pup attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. My schedule can vary from day to day, but I’m generally able to work pet care into my routine and make sure your pup’s needs always come first. If I do need to step out for a little while -whether I’m grocery shopping, running an errand, meeting a friend -you can still feel confident knowing your pup is safe and cared for. I’ll make sure they’re comfortable and settled before I leave and will always plan around their feeding, potty, medication, and exercise needs. I’m happy to discuss your pup’s specific routine and schedule ahead of time so we can find what works best for everyone! I live in an apartment with my two dogs and two cats, so my home is already a pet-friendly environment. My dogs are very well socialized and have experience being around dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. They have never been ones to instigate a fight, but I always prioritize safety and comfort when introducing animals. When caring for your pup, I’ll keep interactions with my own pets limited at first and will have my pets in a separate space when needed so your dog can settle in and feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. If you’re comfortable with it and your pup seems like a good match, I’d also be more than happy to gradually introduce them to my dogs after they’ve had some time to settle in. I do live in an apartment, but I have access to a fenced-in yard where I regularly take my own dogs to potty, stretch their legs, and get some outdoor playtime. I’m happy to give your pup plenty of opportunities to get outside as well, depending on their routine and needs.

About: I have four pets of my own, three dogs and one cat! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15, from dog sitting overnight or just during the day. My parents coworkers always relied on me to stay with their dogs, feed them, and play with them. I have time available during the week and weekend to do what I enjoy doing, and that is taking care of animals. I love being energetic and provide the care animals need. I have a huge backyard to keep my dogs entertained. I also have plenty of toys my dogs don’t use because they are extremely picky. I follow the specific directions my clients direct me to. It varies between each client but I feed them as many times they tell me, make sure they have their certain blanket next to them when they sleep. Leave the light on because they are scared of the dark. Give them certain treats after they use the bathroom or do tricks. Take them on a walk with the correct harnesses, clean up after them etc.

About: I’ve had the joy and experience of owning and caring for dogs just about my entire life. I’m an animal lover who has also owned and cared for turtles and birds. I have bred Labrador Retrievers, Pekingese’s, and Cairn Terrier’s which has given me the experience and joy of caring for pregnant dogs and litters of puppies. I am presently retired from my long career in law enforcement and nursing. I was a Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputy for several years and a Correctional Peace Officer with the California Dept. I can board dogs overnight or take care of them during other time frames. I can do short or long term stays. I am flexible with my availability. I have a big house In a very good neighborhood located about 3 miles off of the 101 freeway. I keep my yard, crates, and dog houses very clean and safe. I keep the dog water buckets filled with clean water. My location is very convenient for North or Southbound travelers. I have a very big backyard and big side yards. I have a separate and spacious enclosed dog run area. I have many dog crates and dog houses. I have lots of love and doggie treats. I am about 3 miles from the ocean and am able to take dogs to the beach if that’s what they love. I have a big den and very comfortable couches that I cover with blankets during the evening and watch television with my Labrador Retrievers. We make awesome fires in our fireplace on cold nights
