“Five stars for Alicia! She was wonderful with my cat! I contacted her last minute and she was quick to answer. I was able to go on my trip without worrying as she was constantly keeping me updated with messages/pictures. I am thankful to Alicia as she was patient, kind and sweet to my cat (he gets nervous when a new person comes around) but she was able to get him to be comfortable around her. As well, Alicia kept my apartment safe and tidy while being away on my trip. I will definitely reach out to her next time I need to leave my fur baby at home.”

I have pets that have to be cared for in a specific manner, so I understand the importance of following instructions to be sure your pets are safe. I do not work outside the home. My time is not limited or scheduled. My girls are home schooled so we have no other commitments than to be sure your pets are cared for. I am able to come to your home as a drop in, or stay in your home while you are away. I do not board in my home due to aggressive pets of my own.

“Alexis is AMAZING!!! I have a 1 year old Basset Hound and a 7 year old Great Dane. Both dogs have big personalities and need a ton of attention, both get really sad and unhappy if I'm not home. The Great Dane doesn't eat when he is upset. Alexis stayed with them on overnight visits and throughout most of the days. Both of the dogs were so happy, and didn't seem to notice that I was gone at all. The Great Dane ate all of his food, and acted totally normal. She played with them, fed them, and took wonderful care of both. Alexis took tons of pictures of them playing and sent regular updates to me which made me feel so at ease because I knew my dogs were so well cared for. I will absolutely rebook with her, she is fantastic, I highly recommend her.”

About: hi again! I go to school for animal science and have experience in livestock and animal shelters, Im very gentle and understanding to your fur babies as well as my clients ! I manage my schedule very well with school, work, animal care everyday, always being scheduled everyday shows how committed I am to your fur babie while also getting my experience from school :) I normally stay inside with your fur babie and take them out when needed/ or to play, depending on your dog’s personality and needs, or if it’s a serious weather outside we can just hang out and play inside ! :)

About: I have taken care of family and friends pets for over 20 years. They have relied on me to take care of their pets and home. I am currently off for the summer and am availability anytime. I am available weekends and weekdays. Then I will be working part-time when the school year starts, being that I work at a school. While taking care of cats, I feed, change litter, and play with them. While taking care of dogs, I feed, walk, play, and bathe if needed. I also give pets a lot of love and attention.

“During our 21 year old, senior cat’s last days, Vanessa ensured our cat was comforted and cared for. Our loving senior was fed, loved, and watched after with the utmost attention and care. We know it is harder for people to want to care for senior animals as they have become fragile, sedentary, and overall have lost their young cuteness. Vanessa instead let our sweet angel take her time, playing with and petting her gently. She also made sure our tiny senior was fed around the clock, making sure to prepare her special diet thoroughly (she had oral surgery twice with teeth removed both time). I would recommend Vanessa for all animal needs. She is intuitive, attentive, and meets all demands you might have for your fur baby.”

About: As a little girl, I was always known as the “animal whisper” as my family knew I had a special way with animals. I grew up around farm and house pet animals my whole life and always had a heart for taking care of my own animals. I went to school wanting to become a veterinarian, however, with my current situation, I have needed to change my aspiration and focus on what is important. I am currently doing school online, so it will not affect my ability to dogsit. I am also pregnant with my son, so by his due date I will have a tighter schedule. As my client, I will tailor to your needs in anyway you need me too. If there are any specific needs that the animals have, I will make sure to give them the attention they need.
