Not only did she step up and save our planned trip to Bahamas after our other scheduled rover home stay sitter we had booked months earlier canceled last minute on us, but she also went above and beyond in every way, from doing some positive reinforcement training with our kitten with his harness and leash, and asking good questions( she has attention to detail) and cleaning our place at the end of the stay. She sent us lots of good updates and photos which showed our dog and kitten were having a good time. She is an amazing resource when it comes to cats since she volunteers and a big cat Sanctuary, and with her degree in animal law and her passion for animal advocacy, we knew Huntington and Remi were in the best hands possible for their care! Payton was great with our 5-year-old labradoodle, Elsie! She kept our house squeaky clean and took excellent care of Elsie walking her twice a day and keeping her company while we were away! When we arrived home after being gone for almost two weeks - the house looked great, all the sheets and towels were washed, and there were even fresh cookies on the counter. Would 100% recommend.
Devna was fantastically helpful and easy to work with - she cared for our two dogs including a senior dog in need of medication. We couldn't have been more pleased with her attentiveness and flexibility. We look forward to having her look after our dogs in the future.
My 2 dogs loved Tanya! She was very responsible, listened attentively to all of the information about the dogs, and asked good questions. My dogs are very needy of attention, and it seemed like they got plenty of it while I was away. She communicated well during her stay. I will absolutely ask Tanya to come back and house sit for my pups again!
Quinn was amazing! She house + pup sat our 69-lb senior aussie-border mix for a long weekend, and we could barely tell she’d been here (in a good way!). She was very tidy and respectful of our home during her stay. More importantly, we’d never seen our senior pup so content while we were gone—both in photos we received and when we got home from the trip! Normally he kinda shuns us when we return (lol), but he was just so happy all around and could tell he had a great time despite us being gone. It was truly like we never left him! 💛 Quinn was also very responsive during booking which was so appreciated. Our pup also loved her instantly during our meet and greet and she seemed very attentive to him regarding his unique quirks and eating/supplements. We will definitely reach out to book in the future! Chantal was perfect! The minute she arrived, I could tell my pup would be in good hands. Chantal immediately warmed up to my pup, and he to her. During the evening she let me know how my pup was doing (great!) and l loved the photos she sent. We will call on Chantal again!
I was going out of the country and my current dog walker could only house/pet sit for part of my trip. I contacted Lisa and she got back to me right away! She kept in touch with me everyday and sent so many pictures of my dog having fun! She took him out for adventures and spoiled him just like I would.
