About: With 5 years dog walking and 10 years of caring for my own families animals (chickens, dogs, and cats) I will treat your animals like my own. I have experience administering medications and can help reinforce training skills for younger and older animals. I currently work part time during the week. However my hours are flexible based on the frequency you need me to check in on the animal(s). I can do check ins through out the day and stay over night all nights of the week as needed. I will care for your pets like my own. I will come into your home and help your pets stick to their routine so you don’t have to worry about being away. About: I've always loved animals, I have my own fur children, a 10-year old Cairn terrier and a 3-year old Husky German Shepherd mix. I'm always the first person neighbors ask to look after their fur babies. I am currently between jobs and so I have open availability and am able to be available with a couple of days notice. This may change as I gain clientele. I like to get a lot of detail so that routines stay consistent and trust is built with your animals. If you have any house rules your pets need to abide by that is also helpful.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs, mostly Pit Bulls, and have always been comfortable caring for and being around them. I also cared for my own dog for over a year after getting her when she was around 6 months old. She had a difficult past and had already had puppies at a very young age, so she needed extra patience, trust, and consistency. I worked with her and taught her basic commands, and she became very responsive to me. I’m currently available for pet care any day and at flexible times throughout the week. Starting August 31, I’ll be attending school Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Outside of those hours, I’ll still have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, sitting, and other pet care needs. My school schedule is consistent each day, so I’m able to plan my availability reliably around it. I treat every pet in my care like they are my own. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I make sure they are fed on their normal schedule, have fresh water, get their walks and exercise, and have plenty of playtime and attention. I also enjoy playing with their favorite toys and getting to know their personality and routine. I understand that some pets may take a little time to warm up to someone new, so I’m patient and let them get comfortable with me at their own pace.
