I also have experience in puppy care and training, as well as senior dog experience. I am fairly flexible when it comes dog walks or playtime. I am available Monday through Sunday 8am-7pm. When it comes to house/pet sitting weekends and Fridays work best. I can work weekdays however I am more limited. I take walks 2-3 times per day, poop scoop the yard twice a day, give enrichment puzzles and toys available for them at all times. Depending on the dogs needs I also have experience giving medication twice daily as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner to picky eaters.

“Courtney was great! She helped me for a week by walking my dog while I was in town for work. She was right on time and gave me great pics of my dog. She also handled a behavior issue he has very well.”

About: My family has a border collie of our own at home and he has always needed tons of care. As a herding dog, he’s always been an energetic and high maintenance guy. I have been looking after his needs since I was 10, along with an host of other small animals (2 hamsters, a fishy, and a trio of pet rats!) and I’d be delighted to show your pets the same level of love and care I show my own. 🐶🐱🐹🐍🦜 I’m also an elementary education major with a minor in inclusive/special ed. I am no stranger to the patience and care that goes into teaching and taking care of little humans, and that extends to animals as well. While I am home for the summer, I would love to look after your furry friends (and they’re free to help me with my school work for summer classes, too)! I am home for a short time this summer, before I move into a house in Bellingham with some of my peers. Because I am taking classes remotely this summer quarter, I will be able to care for your pets whenever I am needed! I am able to do potty breaks, walks, feeding, anything your pet needs. I will do my very best to ensure they have the care they require to make them comfortable.

About: Hi! I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and currently care for two dogs, a cat, chickens, and goats. I’ve been working through Rover for several months now and have experience with all types of pets and personalities. Whether it’s walking, playing, or checking in, I’ll treat your pets like my own. I’m currently a Running Start student taking online classes through Green River College. I also work part-time at a preschool and nanny, but my schedule stays flexible. Even on busy days, I make time for drop-ins, potty breaks, feedings, and playtime. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine whenever possible. Just message me with your needs, and I’ll do my best to make it work! I’m a strong communicator and always follow each client’s house rules and expectations. I take your trust seriously and do everything I can to create a safe, respectful environment for your pet and your home. Because of a past experience where my own dog was attacked, I’m extra cautious in busy areas or around unfamiliar animals. It really helps to know ahead of time how your pet does with other dogs, children, or new environments. I’ll always do what’s best to keep your pet safe and happy!

About: I grew up around animals my whole life! I showed dogs and goats in 4H for multiple years! And look forward to looking after yours! I would log to walk dogs to get in both our exercise! I’ll stick to your guidelines for lighting, trash, and thermostat settings to maintain a lived‑in feel, and I’ll alert you immediately if anything seems amiss. You can rest easy knowing I’ll leave your home just as I found it—safe, secure, and ready for your return.

About: I have taken care of a wide variety of pets my entire life! I am comfortable around animals, including lizards. I treat all pets like family. I have a fenced yard for dogs to run around in, as well as a dog park up the road. I have cat towers and scratches for cats to enjoy.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my dedication to providing personalized care tailored to each pet's unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and loving environment for your pets while you're away. I am available to take care of pets during the morning and afternoon because at night I am at my other job and I have to take care of my own pets at night. I care about my pets by cleaning their cage, giving them water and hand making their food every month. I care for other individuals pets like they are my own.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience raising my own golden retriever, who is now seven months old. I’ve personally taught her everything she knows—from basic commands to leash manners and good social skills—and she’s already a very well-behaved dog. This experience has given me a lot of patience and understanding of the consistency puppies need to thrive. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors, and always pay close attention to each pet’s unique routines and personalities. Whether it’s reinforcing positive behaviors, keeping an energetic puppy engaged, or providing a calm environment for an older dog, I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I work in healthcare, so I usually only work 2 to 3 times a week, and during the time that I work. My boyfriend is usually at the house! So there’s always somebody here! I have a fence yard, as well as a big space! And the clients home, I will do my best to maintain their rules, as well as routine for the pet sake, as well as for my sake!!

About: Hi there my name is Kelsey and I am have centered my life around the health and well being of our furry friends. I’ve spent the last 6 years working in pet insurance and have gained a lot of knowledge about how to create healthy and safe environments for our animals. My own dog turns 14 this year and people still ask me if she is a puppy because of how active and happy she is around others. I always treat every animal as if they are my own and would be honored to do so for your pet too. I’m currently working from home on my own business in the field of digital marketing and have missed being around pets in the office. My availability is based on my own schedule and can be very flexible. I have a fenced yard on over an acre of land and lots of non-harmful plants that my dogs loves to sniff around. When the dogs are outside I will be right there with them enjoying the afternoon.

About: What sets me apart is my specialized expertise in puppy training and senior pet care, ensuring every furry friend receives tailored attention. I understand the unique needs of young pups for proper socialization and foundational training, and I provide gentle, compassionate care for older pets, managing medications and mobility challenges. Plus, I offer constant communication, sending regular updates and photos for your peace of mind. As a stay-at-home mom and part-time teacher, I integrate pet care seamlessly into our family routine. Mornings involve dog walks and feeding, plus checking on the chickens. Throughout the day, when not teaching, I provide playtime and attention for our dogs and cats. My retired father-in-law helps with potty breaks for the dogs, and my husband and I handle evening duties. The kids assist with age-appropriate tasks, making it a true family effort to ensure all our pets are well-cared for. When boarding pets in my home, my focus is entirely on providing a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment where your beloved companion can thrive while you're away. I treat every guest like part of our family, carefully integrating them into my home's routine alongside my own well-socialized dogs and cats. This means establishing a consistent schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and dedicated playtime, mirroring their home routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. I provide a cozy, designated space for each pet and their belongings. My priority is ensuring your pet feels loved, secure, and happy throughout their stay.

About: I have walked and have had overnight stays with my neighbors dogs for 6 years now. From big dogs to small dogs and even cats! I prefer no aggressive breeds(pits, shepherds, no huskies etc) I am pretty free during the week now that my daughter has started school. I am a musician also so I am out of town sometimes for shows and gigs, but I do have free time too! If I am not here my parents are wonderful at caring for dogs and have a ton experience so they can also watch your dogs. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I do have a big yard and there are great walking trails around my house. There is also a doggy park near by. I do have an indoor/outdoor cat, but he is chill and warms up easily. If I am not here my parents are wonderful at caring for dogs and have a ton experience so they can also watch your dogs. We help each other out! Only excepting smaller to medium sized dogs for new clients currently. I do not have a fenced yard and keep all dogs on a leash whenever I am outside. They are able to run free in my home though!

About: Hi! I'm Laney—an animal lover through and through 🐾 I currently share my home with two wonderful dogs (a purebred West German Shepherd and a GSD/Lab rescue), a sweet cat, two frogs, and I’ve cared for everything from fish and guinea pigs to rabbits and chickens. Over the years, I’ve fostered and raised over a dozen rescue cats, and my heart only grows bigger with each animal I meet. I’ve personally trained my youngest pup in leash manners, emotional regulation, and basic obedience like sit, stay, down, catch, shake, and “settle”—with the long-term goal of agility. I understand how unique each animal is, and I respect every training philosophy. Whether you use e-collars, prong, martingale, harness, or none at all—your dog, your rules. My role is to love and protect them in your absence, not to impose my beliefs. I treat every pet like family, offering structure, play, and peace of mind while you're away. I can’t wait to meet your furry (or feathery or scaly!) friend ❤️ I'm a special education teacher and currently off for the summer, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I do have a couple of family vacations planned, so please feel free to message me first to make sure I'm available on the specific dates you need. Most days, I'm flexible and available at almost any time! When I care for pets in your home, safety and trust come first. Your pet is my full focus—I never take my eyes off them while house sitting. I’ve learned little tricks like how to gently squeeze through doors without leaving them open, so your pet stays safely inside. I’m always watching to prevent chewing or any hazards because I know firsthand how fast an animal can get into trouble. I have personal experience with frogs, which is rare to find in pet sitters, so I understand the special care reptiles need. Plus, my own dog was a serious chewer as a puppy, so I truly understand how much you worry about their safety. I consider it a blessing that nothing ever happened to mine, and I would never let harm come to your baby on my watch. My goal is to keep your pet safe, happy, and loved while you enjoy your time away, so you can relax knowing they’re in truly caring hands.

About: I was raised on a farm in Texas with several dogs and cats throughout my life. Also chickens, cows, and horses! I’m currently a college student so unfortunately, no pets in dorms. But now I can get my daily furry friend time by caring for your pets! While in school, I work at the Washington State History Museum and help with the field trips for young students. I’m a college student but it’s summer, so no classes! I’ll be around until August 5th, then I’ll be off to Norway to study abroad! I live in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with parks and hiking trails nearby. There are some dog allergies in my home (hence no pets there) so I would love the opportunity to walk your dog through my neighborhood!

About: 2 Story Home, fully fenced & very safe back yard. I am married with a dog (Lab) of my own. I take pride in our home and would do the same with yours, I don't mind helping with chores if needed as well. Dogs are family to us; we wouldn't want it any other way. Your dog would be treated as one of our own. You can rest easy knowing your dog or cat is being very well taken care of. I am responsible, reliable and honest. I do not do Rover pet sitting for the money, I do it to help others and because I absolute love all animals and truly enjoy being around them and caring for them, all ages and breeds! I started Rover after we took a vacation and found out firsthand how hard it is to find truly reliable people to pet sit. It was an awful experience and I wanted to change that for others. We need more passionate & responsible people offering pet sitting and I figured I would be part of that change. I want to contribute to our community and also reduce the number of animals which end up in rescues or shelters. Sometimes this happens due to lack of available care. We have a fully fenced yard (actually double fenced), your dog can go out or come in as needed. If you prefer to have your dog crated, just let me know your preference and adjustments can be made. Whatever makes your baby feel at home.

Delaney H.
“Through my interactions with Delaney, it clear she is a passionate, communicative, and knowledgeable caregiver! Seeing how she interacts with animals and is so in tune with them is amazing and truly something wonderful. Seeing her interact with both her dog as well as other dogs it is clear that Delaney has an in-depth knowledge and passion for working and caring for dogs and animals in general. She is quick to notice if a dog is starting to get over stimulated, or getting distraught, and quickly and effectively reassures the little (and sometimes big) guys and gets them regulated quickly! I have seen her do this by getting the dog away from the trigger, using kind and positive reinforcement such as treats to attain desired outcomes, as well as always keeping a calm and loving tone with dogs to help quell their anxieties. She is also great to work with as well as very knowledgeable of different training techniques which shows through with how well her own dog behaves, and is always kind and humble with both people and dogs alike. I have no doubt in my mind that Delaney will be an excellent person for taking care of your dogs! I’d let her take care of mine any day of the week and then some!”
