This stay my girl had some ear irritation going on and Patricia let me know and even picked up some ear drops for me and gave to her. It made me feel so happy to know my girl was in great hands. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. Maddie was so great! I needed someone last minute and she was quick to respond and so nice. This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Julie was wonderful as always! Murphy had the best time for the 2 weeks over the holidays with lots of videos, pictures, and updates. During the stay, Murphy had a senior moment but Julie took care of him no problem. She was also very flexible and communicative when my flight home was delayed 5 hours. Julie is dependable, experienced, and such a great pet companion. Highly recommend!
For our first experience with rover, Katherine far exceeded our expectations! Our beloved Phoebe was so spoiled and happy from drop off to pick up. The daily communication with photos and updates was wonderful, Katherine seemed to know that we needing taking care of too! He sent me regular photo updates and even asked how he could best support my pup through some tough moments—especially during rainy weather, which usually makes my dog uncomfortable. Shafter carefully wrote down all of my instructions and followed them to the letter. I had *zero* hesitation leaving my fur baby with him, and I absolutely would again in the future.
