“We were really happy with the care Kodiak received during her stay. We loved the picture updates and hearing what she was up to while we were gone. Kodi came home much more relaxed than she ever has after staying at the kennel. Thanks for taking care of our girl! We will definitely look to book again for future care.”

“Jane is wonderful with Oliver, our 4 year old labradoodle. She treats him like her own dog. She’s very loving and patient. She is easy to work with and always eager to please. Oliver is very relaxed and happy when we pick him up, unlike when we pick him up from a noisy kennel. We will be using her again and again.”

“Finn left Holly’s worn out and with a new best friend! Getting pictures of Finn and Millie together made us feel so happy knowing he was having a good time while we were away. We will definitely be using Holly again!”

“I simply cannot recommend Karen enough for your dog's vacay. She is WONDERFUL! I recent had a tough situation with my dog, Dex, coming down with a horrendous allergic reaction just in time for a business trip i had to make. And Karen stepped in, took care of him for the whole week, sent me pictures of him recovering. She was so enthusiastic to take care of him and also administer his medication on my behalf. I could not have left him with anyone else other than Karen, not even my friends, with the confidence that he will be well looked after. When I came back to town, Dex was almost back to his best and was healthy and happy! Karen, you ROCK!”
“Cori was very good with Scooby and so enthuisastic to watch him. He seemed to have a good time and had no issues with her other dogs. Cori provided several pictures and updates throughout Scooby's visit to show how he was doing.”

“Dana & Jason were wonderful! They were communicative, sending daily photos and updates. Our puppy loved staying with them and they are very professional. We highly recommend using them!”

“I would undoubtedly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog! Her communication was excellent both before and during the stay (she sent daily updates and pictures of Piper!) Piper was so well taken care of! She loved the walks Jenny took her on! I was nervous using Rover for the first time but now know I have someone reliable to care for Piper when we’re away!”

“Patricia was great watching our small herd of dogs, 2 large/older and 1 small/younger, at her place. Daily updates were timely and consistent. Very accommodating and our dogs loved her!”
“With out hesitation we rebooked our Winston & Riley Bichons with Abbie & her family in their great home environment for a week of loving care. The updates, pictures gave us comfortdaily. We have already booked our next visit with Abbie.”

“Monte did a wonderful job keeping tabs on my pup! He was kind and welcoming with the introductions, as well as his furry companion. Definitely will be contacting Monte again in the future.”

“My pup seemed so happy and comfortable staying with Kelti and Tanner, especially with it being his first time away from home. I loved the updates and pictures I received. I would absolutely recommend them!”

“Domino had a wonderful stay! He came home happy and well cared for. She was detailed with his care. I appreciated the photo updates. Clean home and great experience—would definitely book again!”

“Great communication, sent us photos/videos of our little guy’s stay, and was very accommodating and knowledgeable of our pup’s quarks and behaviors. Would recommend!”

“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. Thank you so much for watching her!”

“Amanda and Mike were super welcoming and we felt very comfortable leaving Dolly with them for the weekend! They have two labs of their own which made me confident they knew how to handle our high energy girl. They sent lots of pictures and Dolly seemed to have a great time!”

“This was my first time using Rover and Tess made it a great experience! She checked on my 2 guinea pigs while I was away and I was really happy to get pictures and daily updates. She took really good care of them and am definitely going to look to book her in the future!”

“Heather was wonderful! She sat & spent time with my kiddos, and provided pictures each session. Makes me feel so much better having someone I can trust there for my babies when I have to be away!”

“Two of my cats have special care needs that make them more complicated than the typical cat, and everything went smoothly! Really appreciated the updates too. Thank you for taking care of my cats!”

We have 6 cats, some with bigger personalities, and she does so good taking care of them all and making sure each of them get attention. “Karen is awesome, our dog Charlie loves going to see her when we go on our trips. Karen is so flexible and easy-going. I really appreciate it with our busy schedules. Karen is our number one pick when it comes to dog boarding.💛”

About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

I believe that any pet should be treated as if they were my own and nothing less! When your pet is with me, I can assure you that they are in good hands and you can be worry-free while you are away. **Must be able to board with other dogs!** Caring for your pet is my number one priority. I can assure you they are in great hands! **Must be child-friendly!!** Working from home allows me to be super flexible for walks, potty breaks, and one on one time they may need while you are gone! **Your dog must be potty trained, if not I will charge an additional $20/day** I care for any pet that comes to my house as if they were my own. I think it’s very important that your pet feels safe and comfortable. There will be plenty of walks, treats, and fun while they are here! My goal is for your pet is to enjoy their time so much while they are here, they want to come back again!
“Thank you so much Meghan for taking our little 4 legged ones at such short notice. Megan was awesome, warm and friendly. I recommend her to anyone who would be needing the care that she provides.”
About: Hi! I’m someone who genuinely loves animals and treats every pet like family. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I focus on making both pets and owners feel safe, relaxed, and cared for from day one. I have experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs — including administering medications, working with reactive dogs, senior dogs, and puppies. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I also make it a priority to keep routines consistent to help reduce stress and make the experience as comfortable as possible for your pet. “Jen & Rob took such great care of my dog for day care weekly. He always came home happy, healthy, and exhausted (thank god, he is a high energy Aussie and needed to expel that energy!). Thank you, Jen & Rob for being a safe place for me to bring my dog!”

About: Hi there! I’m Steven - lifelong dog lover, experienced sitter and a pet parent of two sweet pups: a Bernese and a Chihuahua. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone new, and my goal is to make every pup feel right at home and every owner complete at ease. With years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities, I have handled everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra attention. I’m patient and love learning each dog’s quirk and routines. I work from home most days, which means your dog will get plenty of attention throughout the day. On the days I am in the office (usually Tuesday and Wednesday) I can adjust my schedule as needed to fit your pet’s routine. I live in a safe, pet friendly community in Colerain with plenty of green spaces for walks. I also love taking dogs to parks for a change of scenery or staying cozy indoors for extra belly rubs! Safety always come first. All outdoor time is fully supervised and your pup will never be off leash unless in a safely enclosed area. I truly treat every dog as my own and want to make your time away stress free. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry best friend! My day pretty much revolves around dogs — and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Since I work from home most of the week, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule full of walks, playtime, and cuddles. My own pups keep me active and in a great routine, so adding another furry friend into the mix feels natural. Even on my in-office days, I make sure every dog gets the attention and consistency they’re used to. I care for every dog as if they were my own. At my home, pups are part of the family — they can lounge, play, and get lots of attention throughout the day. I make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, and I always supervise outdoor time. When I’m watching pets in their own home, I do my best to keep everything just how they like it. I stick to their regular routine, give them lots of love, and keep you in the loop with updates and pictures so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.
“Jessica was wonderful! She took great care of my pup and was super kind and patient with him, even when he was being shy and stubborn:) she communicated well and made sure to really ask all the questions needed, to know him, which is always so appreciated!!!”

“Dirk was great! He met my babies and they started to get warmed right up! Bo was nervous and Dirk was calm and willing to let him choose when he as ready to snuggle. Super awesome and helpful with local tips about Cincinnati!”
About: Danielle and I have had dogs our whole lives and absolutely love caring for them. We both grew up with dogs, so we’re very comfortable with their needs and understand how important it is for them to feel safe, loved, and well cared for. Danielle works a hybrid schedule, while I’m fully remote, so I’m home every day. We’re happy to work with your dog’s usual routine and schedule. We enjoy taking dogs on long walks in the morning and late afternoon, along with plenty of playtime throughout the day. We have a spacious 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment with plenty of room for a dog to feel comfortable. We also have a 1½-year-old son who loves animals, so your dog would be joining a loving family environment. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who need a little extra space or quiet time around our son. We usually walk around our neighborhood, but we also have a dog park in our apartment complex for extra exercise, socialization and play! Since I work from home, I’m with the dogs all day. Occasionally I go skateboarding in the afternoon for a couple hours, which is the longest the dogs would ever be home alone. We take Ori out twice a day and feed him in the morning and evening. Our home couldn’t be safer. Of course the door is always locked and we keep Ori on a leash the entire time that he’s outside. We make sure to keep any food or other things he shouldn’t get into off the floor and out of reach.

“Kymberlee, was a God sent. We could not leave our Nordic breed dog in the RV even with AC as too many variables. I connected with Kymberlee and she was very welcoming and accepting on last. She is a great host for pets, loving and extremely caring. Our Louie had a great time and we received pictures and updates during the day. Highly give Kymberlee an above excellent rating”

“Akita is professional, very responsive and amazing! My fur baby felt at home immediately. He even ate his food which he never does when he’s away from home. Now, let me give the world to yours when we get to have adventures together on walks, at parks, and at home with lots of pet cuddle time! I am a graduate student but make plenty of time to hang out with your pets during the day and in the evenings! I give daily walks and lots of play time and cuddle time each day we spend together! About: I’ve always been a dog person. I took care of my neighbor’s dogs in high school and did a lot of housesitting during and after college. I’m excited to expand my opportunity here. I’ve invested a lot of time training both of our dogs since they were puppies. I also love hiking & live near several parks and trails. I am in between jobs so my schedule is very flexible! I usually walk my own dog once a day but that is easy to work around. We live in a small apartment so I will always travel to you. I don’t have enough space to bring your pets here. Working remotely, I make sure to get out for a minimum of 2 walks a day and I am flexible.
“I could not recommend Tess more- so reliable and attentive to care instructions and communicative about the walks. Tess was also flexible with me when I needed to modify a walk. I greatly appreciated her care for our 12 year old greyhound and it’s clear our grey felt very happy and calm around Tess. We will be booking again! Thank you!”

I have a 4-year-old Cavapoo named Ringo who I trained/potty-trained on my own. He's a super chill dog who gets along well with other dogs. I work from home full-time (9am-5pm), so I can stay at your home to house-sit/pet-sit if you prefer, or I can do drop-ins at any point during the morning/day/night. I live in an apartment, so I can't keep your pets at my home. But I have a car, so I can take them to the dog park or on walks—whatever you prefer!

About: Hi! My name is Claire, and I’m someone who has always had dogs growing up — they’ve been a huge part of my life. Now that I’m in school, I really miss having a dog of my own, but I know I don’t currently have the time to fully raise one. That’s actually what drew me to Rover: I get to spend time caring for and loving dogs while also helping owners in my community feel confident their pets are in good hands. I genuinely love dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I take caring for them seriously. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just giving them attention and comfort, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and always focused on making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Being in school has taught me how to manage my time responsibly, and pet care is something I truly enjoy rather than see as a chore. I would love the opportunity to help care for your dog (or cat!) and give them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my routine because I’m currently in school and have a flexible schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting during weekdays and weekends, and I make sure pets receive consistent attention, playtime, and care throughout the day! I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort when caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. I carefully follow feeding, medication, and routine instructions, keep environments clean and secure, and make sure each pet feels calm, loved, and well cared for.

About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!

Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them!

“Patricia was great watching our small herd of dogs, 2 large/older and 1 small/younger, at her place. Daily updates were timely and consistent. Very accommodating and our dogs loved her!”

“Drei had a fantastic time. He was loved and well cared for while we were away. Tasha and Joseph treated Drei as if he was their own and communicated with us daily with pictures. We already have two more trip planned and are planning on continuing with them watching Drei when we are gone”

“As always, Michelle is amazing! We have been using Michelle to puppy-sit for over a year now & can’t imagine using anyone else. Finley loves spending time with Michelle and her dogs so much it’s like he doesn’t even realize he’s not at home 🖤”

“Maddie was so great! I needed someone last minute and she was quick to respond and so nice. This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got regular pictures and updates, and though I was worried my dog would be anxious it was clear she was having a great time. I’ll definitely be booking with Maddie again!”

“Highly recommend! My dog stayed here for a multiple day booking and had an amazing time. The sitter was fantastic and which allowed my dog to socialize and spend time around a friendly large breed dog, which was a wonderful bonus experience. It was great to see my dog so comfortable, well-cared for, and happily socializing. I will definitely use this sitter again in the future!”

“She was very friendly and sweet to Spud, very formal with pictures. Kept me updated and took care of Spud exactly as requested with meds and feedings. Spud had a blast, he didn't want to leave.. I totally recommend her to any one. Will be using her again in near future.”
