About: Hello! Welcome to my profile! :) My name is Yari, me and my husband are both Army veterans who just moved to Lockhart in 2024. We are so happy to be here. I’ve taken care of puppies to elderly dogs like (Nacho the pug) for all of his life (all of 16 years) and my Luna for 13 years. I have over 15 years of dog sit/ in-home check-in experience for multiple families. I am kind, gentle and patient with every animal I care for. I work from home, so I will definitely have a lot of time for your furbabies! I am available for house sitting/ doggy day care/walks mostly anytime of any day. I am mostly free to do check ins for your pups in-home depending on what and when you’d prefer. I have a BIG fenced yard with 2 friendly furbabies (Luna the yorkie and Fang the Bluey) to keep your pups company. I can crate your pup or they can stretch their legs throughout the house and yard.

I do have a few cats of my own, so if you have a kitty needing care, it may be best for me to care for them in their own environment. My cats are used to other pets though, including dogs, so they are more than welcome in my home. I also have a fenced-in yard with a lot of room for your dog to run around and live in a neighborhood conducive to walks.
About: I love dogs. My past pet experience are amazing dogs are the most pure-hearted animals I know. One comment I get a lot of that I attracted a lot of animals, cats too. I love cats as much as dogs, one think that will set me apart from other sitters is that I want the dog to trust me. I want the dogs I take care of to see me as someone that they are ok with and not someone that is just there to watch them. I want them to enjoy the time with me as much as I will enjoy my time with them. About: Animals have been at the center of my world for as long as I can remember; I grew up in a family that owned cats since before I was born, and I’ve been learning how to care for them since early childhood—even hand-rearing a newborn kitten when I was just 12. Today, I care for my own two cats, look after four more for senior family members, and have regularly dog-sat a friend's Corgi for nearly two years. I'm currently working a flexible schedule.
