I volunteered with ACCT Philly Animal Shelter, where I helped care for both dogs and cats with a wide range of temperaments and needs. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my family always had multiple pets, and I was known as the one who spent the most time caring for them. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable while you're away. Pet care isn't something I fit into my routine—it's a part of my everyday life. I truly believe that when you choose to have pets, you make the time for them. The people closest to me joke that I'm a bit of a "helicopter mom" with my animals, but I think that's exactly why we have such a strong bond. I love going above and beyond to make sure my pets are happy, healthy, and enriched. On nice days, I bring my cats out onto our secure porch so they can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I hide treats around the house to create little "brain games" that keep them mentally stimulated, stay on top of their grooming and hygiene, and make sure each of my pets gets one-on-one attention every day. I think it's important that every animal feels loved as an individual, not just as part of the group. That same level of care is what I bring to every pet I look after. Whether it's sticking to their normal routine, making time for extra play, or simply giving them companionship while you're away, I'll care for them with the same dedication I give my own. I believe the best pet care starts with understanding both the pet's needs and the owner's expectations. I'm also a strong advocate for respecting boundaries—both yours and your pet's. About: I’ve worked with shelters taken care of up to a total 23 cats at a single time! Up to 15 dogs at a time As well! The love of my life are cats and dogs, so I know I would treat everyone’s animals as if they were my own! I have no limits in my schedule at the moment, so I can be available any day anytime to help take care of your furbabies! I always treat animals with the same dignity and respect that humans deserve. Fenced in yards are great for letting them let lose, but walks are also great for both parties to have a different view and experience. Feeding/Play time are both essential bonding time, as they build my trust, so I always make time to play and roll around with them at their level.

About: I’ve been sitting, caring, playing, and watching dogs and cats for my friends and family for over 10 years. I also have two French bulldogs of my own.. and they are my best friends! About: Passionate about caring for our fuzzy friends! I have a dog and two cats of my own and I prioritize play time, regular walks and on-time feedings, and litter box changes everyday. I’m currently working part time. I’m available for day care and check-ins every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as after work (1 pm) on Wednesdays and weekends. For overnight care, I’m available on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. I’m very cautious when walking dogs or entering/exiting homes to ensure no pet gets loose. Being the calm person that I am, it’s easy for me to gain the trust of and build relationships with even the shyest of pets.

About: Ive taken care of people's pets while they were away. I even stayed at their house. I am trustworthy and reliable when it comes to taking care of people's pets. I'll make sure the animals are well taken care of especially pets that are older. I currently work full time at a nursing home kitchen as a dietary aide. I usually work 6-2. Tuesdays I work 10-7:30. The only days I am off are Thursdays and Sundays. So anything after 3 is fine and Thursdays I am available all day. I will care for your pets with love and affection. I will walk your dogs and feed them. I will also play with them to get a feel of how they interact. As for cats I will feed them and play with them as well. I enjoy rewarding them with treats.

About: I’ve always have had a love of animals.. I’m the proud dog mommy of 5 German Shepherds. I’ve always felt that they are part of the family . I’m not afraid to get down and dirty with them.. I love taking them for walks and rides . I also had a shepherd named Gino was recently passed due to complications of seizures.. So if you doggie has health issues, that won’t be an issue. I had to carry him from time to time after his seizures, and he weighed 150lbs.. so if your doggie is older, and needs assistance, that won’t be a problem either.. I don’t have any problems picking up after any accidents that they may have.. any question please feel free to message me..

“Tokar was amazing! Our pup has a rather long list of feed and care instructions and Tokar was able to do everything we asked. We had pictures of her relaxing on the couch and she even slept in bed with her on the last night. If that doesn't say that she felt comfort having Tokar here, I don't know what does. It's always nerve-wracking leaving your dog and house in someone's care but I know in future we will have no qualms about using Tokar again.”

My experience mainly comes from family and friend requests; however, I am very passionate about taking care of pets and do my best to make sure they are happy! I have a rescue dog who I have trained to not chew on shoes, do some tricks, be gentle when grabbing treats, and to wait when getting food. I'm currently enrolled in an in-person summer class which means that on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I am only available after 1pm. I also work part-time over the weekends so my schedule varies. Despite this my schedule is pretty flexible and I am able to move around work hours to make sure your pets are well taken care of! :) While I do not offer boarding in my own home, I will make sure your pets are well cared for in the comfort of your home.
