“This is the second time having Tina come to my house for my dog Ruby. What a relief to have such a responsible and friendly person feed her and take her out while I’m away. I just love getting the photos of Ruby playing outside too. It definitely puts my mind at ease when I’ve had to be away from her. I will definitely book with Tina again! Thank you Tina!”

“Clara was great! We hadn’t used this app before and she met with us in person before our trip to help us get comfortable with the process. Took excellent care of our cats and provided pictures for every visit. If you’re on the fence about finding someone I would definitely vouch for Clara. Very happy with the care she provided.”

“Max and Kyle were fantastic! They came by promptly, spent plenty of time to check on our pets (1 dog, 2 cats), and shared photos at every visit. When we came back, our pets were happy and healthy, and it was clear that they were well cared for.”

“Nicole was paid extra attention to detail during her visits with my cat, going above and beyond. My cat warmed up to her fast even though he is normally shy with new people, which shows how warm and calm her presence is.”

“Lydia took excellent care of my 2 cats! I had never used Rover and was nervous about having someone in my home but she left my home tidy and my cats happy. I will utilize her services in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Kaylee was great! She was able to accommodate me on short notice, and helped me out with early morning dog walks during the worst of the winter weather. She was extremely reliable and always cheerful despite the very cold temperatures and snow. My dog was always excited to see her. Would definitely hire again!”

“Yazmeen follow all the directions I left and that dogs really like her. It was our first time having someone come to our house to check on the dogs and feed them instead of boarding. It went so smoothly we will definitely request her again. Thank you Yazmeen!”

“Colleen took great care of our 4 cats while we were away. She cleaned litter boxes, fed, and refreshed their water bowls. She cleaned the dirty food dishes and took the bagged dirty litter out. Colleen communicated with us regularly to let us know our kitties were doing well. We would rebook Colleen in a second, highly recommend her!!”

About: I’ve always had pets in my house growing up. My friends and family always relied on me to care for them. To make sure they are well fed, walked, and overall happy! I work full-time at Taughannock State Park as an Environmental Educator. My hours are typically 9-5 M-F, with exceptions. If you need someone to help out at night, I would love to! I will follow however your dog is trained and what works for your pets. Whatever you feel most comfortable with I’ll make sure I follow!
About: I grew up in a household full of animals and have been pet sitting for neighbors for as long as I have been old enough. I've had dogs, guinea pigs, a rabbit, chickens and numerous other small creatures who I have loved over the years. My profile picture is of my parent's golden doodle! I am currently a physical therapy student at Ithaca College who is spending the summer here in Ithaca and looking to dog walk/sit or pet sit! I am not planning on doing any boarding of animals because of my household's allergies but I am available for house sitting, drop-in visits and walking!
Searsburg cat parents share their Rover experiences
I can't say enough wonderful things about Tina. This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous to leave my senior kitty and bouncy golden retriever in the care of someone new. Tina is clearly experienced and my pets took to her immediately. I would happily have Tina take care of my "girls" in the future.
