House Sitting in Searingtown

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats- near and far- for a while now. I have experience with all kinds of dogs and cats- breeds and size combined. I am available for dog walking/sitting any time before 9 AM and after 5 PM on weekdays and any time on weekends! Just let me know a little in advanced and I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a pen for my puppy to keep him safe and happy. He enjoys running around outside in the backyard and I know he will be safe because it is fenced in.

“Beverly responded to my request quickly, and was friendly from the start! She arrived right on time, was patient with my two guys who are a bit anxious these days because we were recently displaced from our home by a fire, and patiently listened to all my (also a bit anxious) instructions. She asked good questions, sent me some pics while I was away, and kindly took in a package that was delivered while I was gone. She took the boys out twice and all was well upon my return. The dogs were clearly comfortable with her, and I was grateful to leave them in the care of someone solid, grounded, and attentive. I highly recommend Beverly to house sit with your pooch(es).”

About: I have developed a deep passion and care for animals since I was a kid. I possess experience in walking and caring for the pets of family and friends. I currently work part time as a patio furniture delivery professional. Which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule with plenty of free time on the days I am not assigned deliveries. About: HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WITH DOGS THAT HAVE BEHAVIORAL ISSUES!! Eager to work! :) I have grown up with, and helped care for, dogs my whole life. For the past 3 years I have been training my dog, currently with assistance from a trainer. He was fearful-reactive and is now an amazing service dog in training. I have been a volunteer at the world’s largest no-kill shelter for 2 years now. I have handled dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have worked with blind and senior dogs. I also have experience with cats from the shelter as i have taken advanced feline behavior classes. I am able to understand cat body language fairly well. I have worked with cats as well as kittens, and cat sat several times. I can care for, and clean up after, dogs and/or cats. I will always respect your pets boundaries. I am currently an undergrad with the goals of becoming a veterinarian! I will genuinely treat your fur babies as my own. I will ensure everything is as it was when I came, as well as closing and locking any doors I used. I will dispose of animal waste as instructed. On walks I have a steady balance and strong leash hold to ensure the dog stays with me. I may carry treats with me for minor training/intervention (if allowed and if the dog pulls or something like that). If your dog is scared of certain things or creatures I will take precautions to avoid anything triggering to the dog. Lastly, I will certainly make sure the pet(s) feel loved, happy, and relaxed.
