Lorraine was very patient with him and extremely compassionate and caring. She is prompt with message responses and updates. I couldn't have chosen a better sitter for Westley and plan on using Lorraine in the future!”

I much preferred the direct care of someone I can do a meet and greet with, get to know the person that is willing to care of my sweet Levi, like I do. We go camping and Levi always goes with, but this time we went to an AirBNB (No dogs aloud) his first time away from us, and he did fine.”

“Amanda was extremely helpful, attentive, and reliable when we needed to board our doggie, Gastón. She was flexible in us bringing homemade food for the 4 days Gastón would be staying with her and she gave me all of his things back in pristine condition. On the evening of our pickup, our flight was delayed by close to 1 hour, which pushed back our pickup time. She was extremely understanding when we communicated this with her. We offered to pick him up the next morning, but she shared that she is fine with us picking him up late that evening, which we definitely really appreciated! Also, Gastón gets dirty faster than other breeds, but Amanda kept him clean and he came back to us in the same condition we brought him at the start of boarding. Last but not least, Amanda shared updates with us for all 4 days, sending us photos of our lovebug and letting us know how he was doing that day. It relieved a lot of anxiety for us while we were away. We are extremely grateful for all the careful attention Amanda paid to our pup and will definitely be leaving Gastón with her again!”

Penny was very thorough and sincere in wanting to get to know everything she can about our boy. She took plenty of notes and communicated throughout his stay with plenty and pictures videos and texts. She made a report card of his stay with them (which is already the refrigerator) and placed it in a giftbag full of treats for him. Such a blessing to find people who truly care and love your fur baby just as much as we do! We could tell that he blended in perfectly with their routine and felt completely comfortable right away.
