It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. She was kind, flexible, understanding - even after my dog had multiple accidents in her home - which had never happened before. She reassured us that she was a professional and used to these situations. We were able to proceed with our booked getaway ONLY because of Marians professionalism and kindness and flexibility. “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! We will definitely be calling again to have them watch our little fur baby!”

“Roberta is experienced, capable, compassionate and communicative. We were so lucky that a former client of hers (from 10+ years ago!) referred her for in-home boarding of our recently inherited, mostly blind, 18 year old Maltese mix (former owner died). She spent a relaxing hour with us during the first meeting so Petie could get to know her. When I left him there for the extended stay, he fell asleep right away and had no potty accidents. These are sure signs that he was completely at ease with her and in her home, no small accomplishment for this senior dog that only had one owner gus entire life up til recently. We highly recommend Roberta, especially for seniors dogs that need extra attention and TLC. We fully enjoyed our vacation, knowing he was getting great care.”

“Kanija was great. My dog seemed to be happy and relaxed with her and her family and other dogs. I was very impressed that he was able to spend time and play with her other dog and bond with everybody over the three days he stayed there. I am usually very cautious because my rescue dog has a medical condition and can be mistrustful and nervous around new situations. So I am very happy and would highly recommend Kanija. She was also very responsive and flexible given my ever changing schedule.”
