“Rodney is a true professional. Every drop-in visit is consistent and reliable. He treats my two puppies with care and patience, and I can fully trust him in my home. About: I've been working with animals for almost 10 years. I was a veterinary technician in private practice and currently work at an animal shelter. I have a range of experience from healthy, medical needs, and seniors. I'm comfortable administering medications and providing medical care. I work well with scared and nervous pets and make sure their time is stress free as possible. I also have personal and professional experience with pocket pets and aquarium pets. I work full-time but I make sure to plan accordingly for your pets needs. I have an extra bedroom that they can stay in, if not comfortable having them around other pets. I also have a kennel if they need down time or like to have a safe space to decompress in. I have 3 days off during the week and those days will be filled with multiple walks, play sessions, and anything else that will make their stay comfortable. I have a fenced yard and my 3 dogs love playing and taking walks throughout the neighborhood. I have a separate room and/or a kennel for any pet that's not comfortable or needs additional time to decompress.

“I truly appreciated Bailee stepping up at the last minute to watch my little guy! I had zero issues with communication and I know Rebel received great care. Will book again!”

“I never had to worry about the kitties while we were on vacation. Nevaeh went above and beyond when one of the cats was being super sneaky and she was able to capture him on camera for us to ensure he was in the house (he's really good at hiding). We will definitely be booking with her for future trips!”

“I just moved to San Antonio and found LeeAnn on Rover based on positive reviews and was SO HAPPY she could help me when I needed to go on my first work trip since I moved to the city!! She not only watched my 2 year old pup, Henry for a week, but she also dropped into my house to check on my cat, Toto a few times throughout the week to make sure he had food and water! She made me feel so secure when I left my key in a new place at the house (because silly me forgot to bring it to her when dropping off my pup at her place) and she even let me know when she found it! I can't recommend her enough!”

About: Hi there! I’m a work from home professional who’s looking to help out pet parents who need quality care for their pets while they’re away. I have an 8 year old shih tzu who loves other dogs and huge back yard to let them play in. Over the years, we’ve had plenty of roommates with dogs, been to several dog parks, so a lot of experiences with other animals. Since I work from home, I’m able to keep a good schedule of potty breaks, play time and on a medication schedule. Also, your pet would never be lonely here, so we can send bunches of updates while you’re away. I work from home, and don’t do much during the week at night. Typically if I do anything on the weekends, it’s for a couple of hours then I’m back home. I recently purchased a home, so it’s just me and my shih tzu. We have a huge fenced in yard with plenty of space to run and play in. I’m almost always home so there’ll be a lot of supervision. I always hope other pets in my home feel at home, so being on couch, the beds, is never an issue. Comfort and safety are top priority!

“Sierra was loved by my pets, easy to set up, and so easy to use! She made my time away from my loved ones so easy. I will definitely be using her future times I need to be away from my babies. I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave me knowing how well taken care of they were. :-)”

“What an amazing experience I had with her. She was very responsive to your questions and needs. My dog loved her. She was very punctual and kept me informed at all times. We definitely be our go to sitter for Bruno.”

“Christine did a fantastic job! My wife was really impressed — she followed all the directions carefully and took such great care of the animals. We will definitely hire her again. Seeing how happy my wife was made me happy too. Highly recommend!”

“Lindsay has been wonderful with our puppy! She is following what we asked of her and we couldn’t be more pleased with her! We get updates as to what they did and how my pup was! You can’t go wrong with Lindsay!!”

About: I have had the wonderful experience of raising a kitty and training him to sit and spin. And also being able to care for my sisters dog when she’s out of town and meeting his needs. Im only working part time so i definitely have enough free time and can work with your schedule. Im also open to long periods of time you need a pet sitter for. I always make sure things they can get into is put away in a safe place where they won’t have access to. Make sure to have communication with the pet owner to insure the pet will be comfortable with my care.

“She was flexible with my schedule and able to come at odd hours that I needed since I work evenings! She was great with the pups- played with them safely, fed them and sent detailed reports! Definitely going to book again!”

About: I used to be a vet CSR + assistant, marketing manager for a pet care company and now I work from home full time as a video editor. I love that my current job gives me tons of time with my pets but I miss caring for more. Im experienced with all sorts of critters and volunteer with animal rescues in my spare time. I love getting to interact with animals on whatever scale they are comfortable with. Their comfort and well being is my top priority. I'm fully self employed so outside of my own crew of animals, I have a flexible schedule. I enjoy the excuse to get out of the house and get those steps in. :) Being careful with animal safety is extremely important to me. In home I have gates that can be used to maintain boundaries. For walks I keep aware that even the most leash trained dogs are still animals so an awareness of surroundings is crucial.

Shelby C.
“Shelby has watched our 4 dogs several times while we were out of town, as well as when we traveled out of country. She was very communicative with us the entire time on the status and behavior of our animals. She was also very good about meeting the differing needs of our four dogs. One is very hyperactive and she took him for runs to help get his energy out, and one is very anxious/special needs but she was incredibly patient and adapted to ensure the best care was still being provided. She is always thorough to ensure any dietary needs or medication is being met and administered appropriately. Her background in multiple fields of animal welfare comes through, and you can tell she has a love for all animals. Would definitely recommend her!”
