“We are so thankful to have found Bree. She provided constant updates and was always willing to check in more if we wanted. We will 100% be using her for our extended vacations.”

“This was our second time having Tonie watch our animals and I appreciate her SO much. I’m protective of my lil babies, especially having a pupper with particular needs and allergies. She handles our concerns well and adapts when needed. I know my animals are safe in her care. She also is very communicative, which I appreciate! We will continue asking for her support when needed!”

“Mariah was amazing! She came to our house and watched our 2 dogs for 4 days and did a fantastic job! I got daily updates as well as pictures letting me know how the dogs were doing the whole time. She played outside with them and spent quality time with them! I knew they were in good hands while I was away. She listened to all of the directions and left our house very clean! I highly recommend her and will be using her again for future bookings! If you are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy, book with Mariah!”

About: I am a loving mother of 2 and I will care for your pets as if they were one of the kids. I have dog sit before and loved it. When I was younger I use to volunteer at the animal shelter with my great-grandma and that's the reason I love animals today. I have flexible hours and can work around your schedule, anything you need I can do from dog baths to walks at the park. We also adopted a cat a couple of years ago, and we just love him to pieces. We also just adopted a dog that we have previously sat for. I currently work at a nursing home, my boyfriend and I work opposite schedules so someone is always at home with your fur babies. Also with it being summer I have my two kiddos help out. I will make sure each animal has proper care including a clean safe cozy shelter, clean water, regular bathroom breaks, going on walks for at least half an hour, who knows it could be longer, and so much more!
“Tracy is great! My dogs instantly warmed up to him, even my shy one! I felt comfortable leaving them with him for the week knowing they would be in good hands!”

“Brooklyn was able to help me out last minute and was great. She paid a lot of attention to my dogs and they really liked her. She communicated well and was fully invested in making sure my dogs were well-taken care of while I was gone.”

“I would give Samantha a 10 if I could. She went above and beyond for us. I found Samantha after my previous sitter had to cancel unexpectedly. Samantha was very friendly and organized. My 2 dogs loved her right away. I was so happy that the pure excitement of my pittie did not overwhelm her. I could tell she had had experience with rambunctious dogs and handled it without problem. She asked questions that showed it was important to her to do the kind of job I wanted. I appreciated that. I also got to learn a little about her and her experience with pet/house sitting and felt very comfortable that my doggies would be very well taken care of care of. She kept me updated with pictures of them and their daily activities which included our pitty finding baby possums. When she texted me, I sent my daughter over so Samantha wouldn’t have to take care of it. But my daughter texted me back and told me Samantha had it all handled by the time she got there. Samantha also handled bad weather with the pups and informed me of tree damage from falling tree branches. She can handle it all. I came home to a very clean and organized home. I think the pups were glad to see us home but couldn’t really tell if they missed us or not. To me, that’s a good sign of a great sitter. I would highly recommend Samantha and will have her back every opportunity I can.”

“Ariana is amazing! She came out to meet Gemma and go over instructions twice before we went out of town. Ariana sent pictures and kept us updated while we were away. We felt very comfortable leaving Gemma in her care! We will definitely book Ariana again!”

“I was nervous about leaving my dog because she's a senior and very dear to me. Hannah was wonderful. She sent me pictures and updates. I arrived home to a happy & content doggie. Hannah did a great job and I highly recommend.”

About: Growing up on a farm, I've had the pleasure of taking care of both small and big fur friends. I have experience with small house dogs, as well as barn cats and our Great Pyrenees and a German Shepard. I am also a medical professional, so I am comfortable with medication and lifestyle management for your furry family member! I am currently a full-time student with a focus in Pre-Medicine. I also work as an EMT part-time on a 911 service. Although signing up with Rover is allowing me to provide a safe, caring, and loving environment; I will also be getting the opportunity to experience time with your one of a kind fur family! I believe that pets provide just as much for us (if not more)! Coming into your home with your fur baby, I would ensure that they feel that nothing has changed. I'd keep their same routine, whether it be feeding times, walking times, etc. As stated earlier, I am also comfortable managing medications or any special care your fur baby may need!
“We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Julia. She truly cared for our pets like they were her own family. Not only is she incredibly professional and trustworthy, but her communication kept us at ease the entire time. Julia has such a great character and is a natural with animals. We’ll definitely be booking her again—she’s awesome!”

“Teresa was excellent taking care of our two dogs and kitten. She walked the dogs everyday, sent updates and pictures, and was very responsive. She also tidied up before we arrived back home. 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I have experience in caring for senior and disabled dogs, especially blind ones. I have also reared and house trained two puppies to adulthood and are still with my family to this day. They can walk unleashed (never with your babies tho!) and even know protective commands. I am currently homebound so your doggy will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby and would enjoy a companion on walks in my neighborhood and in nearby parks. I always have leashes and body vest on the door at the ready for any potty breaks and walks, no fence no problem. Stairs and basements will be blocked off all times to ensure safety and rooms will always remain closed. For house guests, we have an end table crate to ensure visibility when I am just resting. There is a regular metal crate and a spare room dedicated to any overwhelmed doggy.
Sawmill Woods pet parents share their Rover experiences
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter to watch our baby while we were away for a few days. Rebecca was so caring, attentive and loving with our dog. She provided multiple updates, pictures and videos, and followed all of our care instructions. Our dog loved her and had such a great time with her. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you so much, Rebecca!

Brandi and Luis were amazing with our high maintenance, energetic princess pups. They truly did love my dogs and my home as their own! They loved on my dogs, had great patience and gave endless snuggles and treats! We will be booking Brandi and Luis every time if we can!

This was the second time Natalie watched our girls and she was just as wonderful as the first! She stayed with them, gave them so much love, and we could tell they were so happy and well cared for when we got home. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in such great hands—we’ll definitely continue booking with her!
