About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)

About: I have experience taking care of all shapes, sizes, and attitudes of pets. I have yet to meet an animal I don’t like! I understand that finding proper pet care can be stressful, I would be more than happy to help minimize these worries. I treat all fuzzy/furry creatures as if they are my own, in the same way I’d want my babies to be cared for. I am a current graduate student, so I have a somewhat flexible schedule. I find that I have availability for a least several hours each day if not entire days. Your pet’s safety is my number one priority! I can offer services such as simple walks and checks-in as well as more in-depth care such as staying with the animals for extended periods of time.

About: I have three years of experience working at a dog rescue, where I took care of anywhere from 10 to 100 dogs and puppies at a time! I grew up on a small farm surrounded by cats, dogs, horses, goats and chickens, and I helped take care of them from the time I was able to. Now, I have no pets of my own, but I love and cherish being able to shower other people’s pets with love and attention! My work schedule is one week on, one week off, and I travel during work days, so I am only able to care for pets on my off days. I love pampering pets that I’m taking care of and making them feel cozy and at ease while their owner is away. I love taking dogs for walks and live in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

About: I have been dog and cat walking and sitting since the age of 11. Sometimes as my full time job and sometimes as a way to make some extra cash. I absolutely love all fur babies of every size, breed, and age! I am not assuaged by the more aggressive and/or larger dog breeds. I have experience caring for pitbulls, boxers, huskies, golden retrievers, labradors, collies, and hounds, as well as various smaller breeds. I have pet sat for both dogs and cats from ages 2-months to super seniors! I love them all! I am not currently a pet mom to any cats or dogs, but I have been in the past and my partner and I are the pet parents to a feisty bearded dragon, one adorable turtle, two silly toads, one lazy pac-man frog, one chill beta fish, and a tank of four high-energy salt-water fish! 😊 We recently laid to rest Pixie our hamster, Lucy our ferret, and Anthony our saltwater eel. Lucy and Anthony were in our lives for 7+ years 😢 I will treat all of your fur babies like they are my own! I originally signed up on Rover as a way to make ends meet while putting myself through Nursing school; and although I have since accepted a job as a full-time nurse, I decided to continue Rover on the side. I also regularly volunteer at Memorial Medical Center as an Auxillain. Aside from these two commitments my schedule is pretty open. I unlisted myself from house sitting; however, I may be able to house sit for you in 3 to 4-day stretches, so if this is all you need please reach out to me. Unfortunately, I cannot house any pets in my home either overnight or during the day due to restrictions set forth by my apartment complex; however, I am free to pet sit overnight or during the day in your home (in 3 to 4-day stretches). I have found this is normally less jarring for your fur babies anyway. I am also free to dog/cat walk either on a regular basis or sporadically. The needs of your pet will be taken into account on an individual basis. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs most of my life. I’ve been trusted by neighbors, families, and friends to take care of their furbabies while they’ve been out of town. I trained my husky when she was a puppy, and trained my shepherd/husky mix after rescuing her from the shelter. My schedule for work is a little all over the place as I work at the convention center, as well as volunteer with Mesilla Fire Department. However, both jobs are extremely flexible and I’ll still be able to let your pets out or hang out with them! Whether you need me to stay at your house or just drop in to let your furbabies out, I’ll be available. I’ll make sure to keep your furbabies on whatever schedule they’re used to. Whether it’s for feeding, being let out to go potty, medications, etc. I’ll give them a lot of attention and make sure they feel loved while you’re gone!

About: I have sat from a new born puppy to a hyper teen Cane Corso to a 500 lb senior dog. The puppy are the easiest I would have to say. Just keep warm make sure they are eating and make sure they're ok. The Cane Corso teen dog wasnt too bad she was very heavy lol but overall very sweet and just wanted to play. I currently have open availability. I am a caretaker for seniors but currently I have no more clients. Please contact me two days before you need your fur baby to be watches. About: I had 5 dogs growing up (4 German shepherds and a boerboel) so I absolutely love dogs and have always been surrounded by them since I could walk and talk. Since I had 5 of them at once growing up, my parents made sure my siblings and I were very hands on and involved in their care. Due to this I now have 10 years of experience in bathing, feeding, playing, walking, and just overall caring for dogs. If I couid handle caring for 5 dogs at once for nearly 10 years, then I can definitely handle yours for a week or so😁 I’m a full time student with no part time job so I am available Monday-Wednesday after 5pm, Thursday after 11am, Friday before 5pm (I’m in my church choir and have rehearsals at 5:30pm), all through Saturday and Sunday after 2pm (I have church). I treat every pet as if they were my own, this means paying close attention to their body language and behaviors when caring for them (whether during drop in visits or walks) to ensure they are feeling comfortable and happy. When doing drop in visits I follow my clients house rules, instructions and ensure everything is put back in place and that I leave no trace of my entrance other than a happy, comfy and content pet.

About: I have taken care of many dogs and cats over the course of quite a few years. I truly enjoy doing so. I love getting to see their different personalities and giving them that extra love while their people are away. I had my own dog as well for a few years. Fun fact: we shared the same birthday too! He was really my best friend. At the current moment my availability is fairly open throughout the week and anytime. I am open to mostly any hours currently. Book with me! About: Since I was in middle school, I was chosen as the neighborhood petsitter due to my responsible nature and love for animals. To be trusted with the care of a loved pet is the most honorable position I can think of and one that I hope to continue here in New Mexico. To keep an animal happy when their owner is away is something I pride myself in. I also have experience in dosing medicine for multiple types of animals. I'm a graduate student and TA at NMSU with flexible class schedules where I would be able to attend to the daily needs of the client's pets. Because I don't work outside of the University, there would seldom be a time that I would be unavailable for pet care needs. I have always adhered to the highest standard of the needs of an animal based on the human owner's desire and interactions with their pet. About: I provide an safe haven for all my fury and non-fury friends. I provide an clean safe space and make sure all is provided for all my fury friends. One of my first job was house-sitting and taking care of necessities around the house as well as the owner's pets. I not only clean and help around the house but I also make sure the dogs are fed, getting in their exercise and etc. I also take them on walks and make sure they are comfortable with me first, because dogs can sense if people are actually decent and kind beings.
