“I must say this was the first time using a boarding service that was not the ordinary pet boarding organization. So I was a little hesitant using a service through an app no less. I found Shannon and she turned out to be an absolute gem. She's very accommodating, communicates, send pics, and you can see the passion she has for taking care of your pet. Overall, just puts you at ease during the process which is important to me since I travel. Needless to say, would probably not be going back to the old boarding services.”

“Dolphin had an absolute blast at Autumn’s house! This was his first time boarding with other dogs and her 2 girls made him feel like part of the pack for a week. “I highly recommend Randy to watch your pets. He and his family watched our 2 cats while we went out of town. He sent videos and pictures regularly. He had everything already set up for them so all I needed to bring was their food and their food bowls. We had to extend our stay one additional night and he was able to accommodate the changes. “Kelly was a terrific dog sitter and her sons were so attentive and friendly with our large dog, Charlie. Normally Charlie has severe separation anxiety when he is being boarded in a kennel so this was our first time trying a Rover sitter and we were pleased to find Kelly because she is home all day. We brought Charlie for a meet and greet prior to boarding and could see he would be very comfortable. During boarding, Kelly's sons played with Charlie outside in their large fenced backyard. They gave him a lot of attention which put my mind at ease. Kelly worked with Charlie, trying different things to make sure he would eat (normally he eats very little while boarding), and her methods were successful. We recommend Kelly and will use her services again.”

“I can’t describe how great our and Buddy’s experience with Cindee was. It shows that she genuinely loves dogs and just wants to make your pup happy. Communication was great and Buddy loved her home. He had a huge back yard to run around and lounge in the sun. Buddy had some stomach issues during his stay and she went above and beyond to make him comfortable.
